I go here almost everyday as it is close to my job. The one and only reason I continue to go here is because of Michael who is such a light in the morning. We are on a first name basis at this point. Believe me I have plenty of reasons for why I would not return. Sometimes my coffee isn't made right and I know it's probably because he's not around haha. His customer service is top notch, 5/5. read more

I usually go here, and it's fast, convenient and I have no complaints. Been going here for years before and after the renovation. However this time I believe there was a dead fly in my drink. I only noticed it until I was almost done with my drink. I'm not one to complain and I understand mistakes can happen.. but at least check the cup.. I'll probably be scarred for life but again overall very friendly people, and good service. I just have to be honest that I was disgusted and concerned about the dead fly. read more

Starbucks - My drink!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I ordered a medicine ball and waited over 35 minutes for it. There were over 10 people who came after me and left with their order. Mobile orders were being done before mine. People ordering complicated coffee drinks had their order ready before mine. I took my refund and left. I will never visit this place again unless they have new management. #starbucks #newmanagament read more

This is the worst Starbucks. They always have an excuse for not doing their job. I have come here and they said ...um we are all out of cups. Today they said the they said they couldn't make a caramel macchiato, I guess they didn't have milk or espresso. Terrible service , this place will be a chick fil a soon enough. LOSERS. read more

Avoid this location if you have any choice. I would have given them 1 star except my drink tastes decent all be it luke warm. First, we ordered ahead with the app. Upon arrival the door was locked and had to wait in the drive thru line anyway. Secondly, 15 minutes in to the line they never spoke through the intercom to ask " Can I help you?. A piece of paper was taped to the intercom listing at least six items they were out of. The door says they were closing at 5:00 instead of the scheduled 8:00. Third- we get to the window and tell them we have a pick up order and she says, "you can tell us that through the intercom in the future." You mean the one that was taped over and you never used!? Lastly, this is how both our drinks looked when we received them. (See the picture). They double lidded them so coffee was leaking in between the lids before we even took a sip. Hmm? Now I've added 45 minutes to what was to be a 5 minute stop, I'm not having them remake it. WTH? read more

Starbucks - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

They made the best coffee and they have the best service , I wish they have another one in Billerica.

Out of the many starbucks I go to (including the one I work out) I have never received such awful customer service. Not only was I unable to use my free beverage because of "the opinion of the cashier", I never got the dried fruit that's supposed to come with the oatmeal I get regularly. Instead of them telling me they were out of dried fruit they gave me MOLDY ASS BLUEBERRIES which i DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR (they could've at least asked) I wish I remembered the Karen looking ass cashier so I could put her name in here for ruining my day. read more

Starbucks - a hand holding a container of blueberries - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

This store has T-Mobile HotSpot wireless broadband Internet service. as well as a drive through window. This is the first drive through Starbucks in MA, which I found a bit odd. I suppose that was driven by the Dunkies competition? Regardless, the service here is top notch, and there is plenty of interesting drinks to try. Make sure to give a "Dirty Chai" a try! read more

Some of the staff have no idea what in the world they are doing for example yesterday I got a coffee it was great today I got the dam thing the staff member had no idea WAt she was doing to pint I had to yell at her and repeated it 7 times and still messed it up and then when I finally got it it tasted horrible not as good at all as the day before they need staff that actually knows what they are doing read more

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. Not clean. Seems disorganized based on the last 4 times I've been here out of desperation and convenience. It's great that the staff chat with each other but I really don't care about who's dating who while I'm waiting over 17 minutes for an order that was placed on the app. They've messed up my basic vanilla latte order twice. What a waste of time and money. Everybody- including management needs to be retrained here. read more

I've never seen such a horribly run Starbucks. I never write bad reviews for businesses because I always love to give the benefit of the doubt, especially since I come from a business family but each time I came here the stuff is rude, the drinks are always off or they'll close before actual closing time for no reason. Even when you go through the drive through no one will answer and it's not even busy. read more

this starbucks is meh. the staff were friendly but it was on the slower side and the store was on the messier and less organized side too. there are a couple of outdoor dining tables which are nice but inside is pretty small. my order was correct atleast. read more

This is the only Starbucks we have ever been to in this area that makes our drinks correctly. We are never disappointed with this Starbucks. It doesn't matter if we order a drink that they don't make frequently they always get it right! The staff is friendly. read more

What's the point of ordering a trenta if the whole thing is ice. I paid almost four dollars for ice and a little bit of black tea are you kidding me. I would have turned back and asked them to remake it if I wasn't short on time - but I shouldn't have to do that at all in the first place! I added some pics of my drink and what it looked like when I poured the little liquid of black tea into a separate cup. Freaking all ice. Rediculous. I'd avoid this Starbucks if you can. This is the third time I've experienced this at only this one store. read more

Sooooooo nice and amazing! Even when they're behind on orders they find a way to get your drinks and food out to you as quickly as possible. There is one worker named Don who is the best. He always works very hard to keep the drinks coming out quickly and he learns names very quickly. He always finds way to talk to everyone and learn everyone's name. This is my favorite place to go! read more

I usually walk into this Starbucks at around 12:40pm every weekday. It's close to work, and I couldn't be more thankful for that! The staff here is very nice, and really make an effort to get to know their "regulars," but are very friendly to newcomers. They're knowledgeable about their menu and drinks, and are always eager to suggest new beverages, or answer questions like, "What IS a Caffè Misto, anyway?" The store is very well managed, clean, and usually isn't too crowded. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes to receive my coffee, and if it takes longer, it's only because I've been chatting with the baristas. The drive-thru is a nice feature when you're in a rush. Since Starbucks now offers free wi-fi to its customers, there are usually people using their laptops at the numerous tables in the store. Admittedly, I'm a Starbucks addict/groupie. I've been to many Starbucks stores (both in and outside of MA), and can say that this is easily my favorite. read more

For the most part the staff is pleasant and friendly. It's often busy; so plan accordingly, especially if you're going through the drive-through. They are absolutely terrible at having food ready for mobile orders though. I have to ask for it about 80% of the time. This happens even at 5 am when it's quiet. All and all, an alright place. read more

They don't know how to make a good cappuccino but they do have a drive through. I also like the fact that they have a drive through. Did I mention their drive through? I have worked in the picturesque town of Billerica for several years now, and I can't begin to express how thankful I was when Starbucks opened! As a lifelong Massachusetts resident, Dunkies will always hold a special place in my heart, but nothing gives me an afternoon jolt like a Starbucks iced coffee. My coworkers and I come here at least thrice a week during lunch hour. (And no, that's not a typo. I'm trying to bring back the word thrice.) The staff is very friendly and knows most of us by name or our favorite drink. Congratulations, Starbucks. You are my new favorite vice. :-) read more

Nice Starbucks. Clean, friendly and fast service. Seating a bit limited. Mostly hardwood chairs and the two plush chairs are by the window with harsh morning sunlight and right in front of the main entrance. Seating is why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. read more

Been to better ones for sure. They're usually not that busy at this location, with the exception of the drive thru. Some of the baristas are friendly and have personality, some are seriously lacking in both. I go there because it's convenient and close to home. read more

I appreciate Starbucks and the owners of the franchise, as they truly care for their employees and are working role models of how to run a business in America. The prices are high, but considering the asset Starbucks is to America, the dues should be paid. The customer service is Aleuts above average, and my order is alway made the same. This is one of my treats to my sleds on long errand days. I love the hot chocolate and the oatmeal! read more

This is the only Starbucks in town. However, IT IS NEVER OPEN. Everyday I pull in to the parking lot it is CLOSED or it is only open for about 2 hours of the day when I cannot get there. I have had enough with this place and not to mention the lines take FOREVER. I spend about 45 minutes waiting for an overpriced coffee because they can't learn to make it right or they forget the one ingredient I asked for in it. Highly disappointed and in fact VERY angry. read more

When Starbucks first came to Billerica it was great! Well, that excitement is long gone and this place just gets worse and worse as time goes on. I wasn't going to do this but you know what - F this crap service. There are a few good workers and when they're working, the place functions as one would expect. When those few good ones aren't working, be prepared to wait in line for at least 8-minutes, on a good day. Also, I figure I'll give all reading this fair warning - during my past three experiences at the North Billerica Starbucks, after paying almost $6 for a "venti," the cup is only filled 3/4 or even 1/2! Cheap friggin' place. Unreal. I wish Billerica had a place that offered at least decent coffee because this is crap. read more

Starbucks - $5.62 for half a coffee, thanks cheapos!!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

ive never wrote a review before, but this is legit the worst starbucks ever. the drive through always takes at least 20 minutes, they constantly run out of venti and trenta cups and they are incredibly rude and unorganized at all times. i always drive out of the way just so i dont have to go to this one. read more

Honestly, this is more of a 2.5 rating and I hate to give negative reviews but my past few experiences at this location have not been enjoyable. This particular Starbucks is close to work so it is convenient for afternoon coffee runs. It is never really that busy during the afternoon, but they always favor the drive through customers over the ones that go in store. I have waited 10-15 minutes for an iced coffee and an iced tea because the employees are so focused on getting the drive through orders done that you just sit and watch the people outside getting their beverages before you. I have had some incredibly nice, friendly baristas but also very rude ones. Quality of drinks just seems to be so much better at the other locations as well. read more

Alright so I am obsessed with Starbucks. I love almost every single one of their products. I love almost all of the staff even though there is a very high staff rotation there. Starbucks coffee in general is the most customizable and delicious coffee I've ever had. This one in particular was just renovated about a year ago. During this renovation they kept only the drive-through open which I thought was a very smart business move. They put a ton of staff on and the drive-through went faster than ever, even during busy times. Unfortunately that is not the case now. My fiancée and I have had numerous negative experiences involving timing at this particular location. A few minutes for a freshly completely brewed just-for-me beverage is perfectly acceptable. However, 15 minutes to move 7 cars to only get to the ordering portion is crazy. I'm talking about 12 cars from the back of the line to the window you receive your order taking 20 plus minutes is outrageous. Most of the time without even an acknowledgment of how long you've waited. And what happened to those little drink credits? Every time they saw somebody without a smile you got one even if you were already in a great mood. Anyways long story short I waited 15 minutes the other day to move 7 cars and instead I pulled out of line and popped into a longer Dunkin' Donuts line and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I'm taking a break from Starbucks due to their poor service lately... To reiterate please understand this review is about timing and service, not product. read more

The folks here are the friendliest people you could meet at a coffee shop.

Dear Starbucks, Well, You got me! I was swooned by an in store advertisement for a Green Tea Frappuccino. I've got to tell you that the pale green of the beverage featured on the in store advertisement made me think, "Now that's something that I would like!" I don't know why I would have thought that. It turns out that the "Tazo Green Tea Frappuccino (Blended Crme) Inspired by Japanese tradition" is not as palatable as the advertisement would lead one to believe. I love the part of the drink being "Inspired by Japanese tradition". By this you must mean the less desirable parts of Japanese tradition; the Rape of Nanking, the Bataan Death March, the stuff they do with sticks. If you watch the History Channel then you know what I am talking about. I don't mean to come across as someone who dislikes the Japanese. Hey, I even dated one for a couple of months. Well, I will continue to buy my coffee at Starbucks, but I am going to think long and hard before I buy something with "Frappu" in its name. Thanks, -Todd Lefrank read more

Since they've started the mobile ordering, both the counter and drive through are suffering. The management needs to do something to have dedicated employees for each the counter, mobile orders, and drive through. I can't believe I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, that's just absurd! and then this morning they were out of soy milk... WHAT...that should never happen?! not to mention there's a Market Basket in the same plaza!!!. Hello??? It's time for upper management to step in and make necessary changes to accommodate the growing community. read more
