Most Starbucks I give a 3 simply because it's a chain and consistency is usually mixed. Service is usually good, and drinks are usually good. But to go into a Starbucks where staff was full on wonderful, and drinks are spot on! I can't do anything but rate the experience as it was, Amazing! Pumpkin spice latte was on point, and the altered it was I requested. And the apple cider was delicious! Props to this location, it feels welcoming! read more

As many Starbucks I have seen or visited in my life, in various cities, states, and even countries, this one seems to top them all. Why? Always clean, orderly, and excellent service by many smiley and pleasant staff. The sitting areas are plenty and comfy, the place is never dirty like so many other busy Starbucks you visit. So, aside from the same line of product across this chain, what differentiates them is the customer experience. For me is exactly the order of what I described above and if I'm thinking of having a cup of coffee I like it to feel right like this place read more

Awesome service today! The location was busy and there were a couple of folks at the front of the line who seemed to be having difficulty with ordering (clearly not familiar with how Starbucks are laid out, beverage sizes, etc). The cashiers and baristas were unfailingly kind and helpful to them, efficient, and kept things moving so that everyone was served quickly. Wonderful job by the Saturday mid-morning crew! read more

I do generally feel that a Starbucks is a Starbucks. You know what you're getting into, you know what drink you want, you may want to chill and surf the net, you may want to relax and have a conversation. All feasible, like in most Starbucks locations. The reason that this place gets it's 4 stars is because the staff are nice and there are plenty of parking spots. It also is the correct temperature: not freezing you out, not sweating you out. My Americano could have done w/ a little more room (for cream), but whatever, I didn't cry about it (much). read more

I just made an order via uber eats and when it was delivered there was a hand written note with a gift card attached to it. They were evidently out of something that I ordered so they just gave me the closest thing that they had to it as well as the gift card and the note. They didn't have to do that. The best customer service is performed with an honest intent. not contests. Sitting here for the past hour i have heard each and every single employee try to engage in some sort of asinine contest for customer service. these people have very little rapport building skills and just come across as trite. From someone who studies body language, and has trained several companies in customer service and interpersonal relations i can honestly say this charade is making me sick. I can see right through their facade and if they knew my credentials they might actually look me in the eye and greet me with the same fake charisma. I have mixed reviews. The people that work here are worth 5 stars. It's good service and they seem like nice people. I would give it 5 stars and felt bad giving less but... It's super cold there and the music is cranked up way too loud. If you're on a date, and don't want to talk, great. If you're doing work or want to chat. It's too loud. I'm a musician that brought my studio monitor, noise canceling headphones and they didn't work there because the music was so loud. So environment is more like 1 star to me. read more

While it's a strip mall store and therefore lacks the character of, say, local Looney Bean I do really appreciate the great team working this Bucks. Some of the team remember me by name (and I don't go very often) and even remember my daughter too. I do feel appreciated and I love their consistency. I go to Starbucks several times a week and have for years and was happy there was one this close to me when I moved to Redmond. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this is consistently the worst I've been to. It is messy, and even though there's a large staff it takes significantly longer to get your order than other places. I've also had it come in wrong more times at this one place than all other places combined as well. I usually order a nonfat vanilla latte and they have forgotten the vanilla multiple times. So it's not one of those crazy complicated orders or anything. I tried this place out probably 5 times because sometimes places just have off days or there are extenuating factors. The staff takes the order super slowly and spends way more time talking to each other than taking orders or making drinks. The inside has also been messy on almost every occasion. The first few times I figured they had just been in a rush but after the third or fourth i realized they just don't clean it often. I would say most other Starbucks are around 4 stars, and some are for sure 5, but this one is honestly a bit of a mess comparatively. read more

This Starbucks is NOT in a grocery store. I wish my GPS could tell the difference. This is my first time in this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly, there is a little bit more seating than the average Starbucks, and there's outside seating. There are NOT very many outlets. (And that's why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.) The only thing I drink at Starbucks is iced chai tea lattes....I don't like coffee. Clearly, the Starbucks chain has this drink down to a science. And I've yet to find a chai tea latte that tastes better than Starbucks. But now, lets go back to the subject of my GPS. What the heck is wrong with the skies above Bend. The GoogleMaps GPS has been SO SO wrong! But the Starbucks is nice. read more
