The lady at the counter taking my order was very helpful. I had never had a dragon fruit drink before and I was asking her about the sweetness. She said the tea itself is a little sweet. I got a Venti and it was a very refreshing drink. I do wish you could control the sugar some in it . It was clean and your typical Starbucks with some tables and a couple comfy chairs to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff is friendly and does their best to be quick. That's where it stops. The parking lot is extremely too small and laid out oddly. There are really only a few tables to sit at. There are 9 customers in the store and no where to sit. Again I just want to repeat it's the location and layout, not the employees. read more

Hands down the worst Starbucks location, the staff is rude, very slow and some would even say unorganized. Most people will cancel their order after 25 minutes of waiting. If you try to call they pick up the phone, say nothing and hang up on you. The extra hot coffee will be cold. Since so many of the staff act this way clearly management stands behind these actions. read more

Had the worst experience ever at my local Starbucks. If you want to get attacked by management this is the place to go. I had to threaten to call the police to get manager away from me. I do not recommend this Starbucks in any way and let me tell you why. I walk inside and there are flies everywhere, which is gross but I let it slide because I was excited for my coffee. I am a black, lesbian woman and it is very obvious that the worker I encountered was homophonic and potentially racist. Starbucks values include being accepting of all races, genders and sexualities. They were treating me as if I was going to rob them or something and they all stared at me in awe like they had never seen a black person in their establishment. I was uncomfortable and felt so strongly discriminated against. I would not send my worse enemy to a place so terrible. To top it all off they also made my drink wrong twice. 0/10. read more

This is my hometown Starbucks and tbh I only come here about once every 3-6 months but seriously every time I have come in the last couple years my service has been awful. I typically order ahead and walk in expecting my drink to be waiting for me and end up waiting 5 minutes before they realize I'm waiting and haven't even started my drink.... this is ridiculous... I have visited several Starbucks stores around Indianapolis (where there are always more customers than this location) and I've never had a problem with my drink being ready and the baristas are attentive to waiting customers rather than ignoring them. And the parking situation is just terrible. There are a total of like 10 parking spots... and they're right in the way of the drive thru as well. read more

I just left the drive through at Bedford and I am disappointed. It was pouring down rain and I couldn't hear the person taking my order and they couldn't hear me. This is my hometown and a place I hang out a lot at. The people that work here are absolutely the great, many different personalities but all great!!! Even when they do make mistakes on orders, they apologize and make up for it right away. They only thing this place could do to make it better is expand their parking lot. Could ask for a better place to be. My favorites are plain coffee, breakfast sammiches especially the double smoked bacon and the spinach egg white wrap, all with their amazing sriracha!!! read more

3 stars. Only because I adore the employees. They make my undertow perfectly. They are friendly. Negatives? 1) always out of something. If you happen to be there on a day they are put of salt for the salted caramel mocha...or out of bacon breakfast sandwiches or scones...be kind to the employees. They are not the ones responsible for ordering and are just as irritated as you. And they will do everything they can to make it up to you. I promise. 2) parking is limited....and by limited I mean there are about 9 spaces...6 spaces if the lady who drives the red Mercedes-Benz is there...she freaking triple parks. So, if you have a toddler or baby...parking in the church lot and walking is very inconvenient. ..but that older lady gets to the door just fine. Drive thru is great. Just drive thru if you can :) 3) the parking lot is...odd. there is but 1 way in and 2 ways out. If you get turned around...prepared to be cussed by everyone you pass. Ha...seriously. ..only come in on the 16th access. So, in conclusion. ..this Starbucks is amazing at the right time. When the afore mentioned lady isn't there and they have what you are craving. Starbucks as a whole are great and always good. The Bedford Starbucks has a great Mgr. and it shows in the staff, the quality of the drinks being served and the atmosphere in the cafe. Great place to go! There is a drive thru, which is always an added bonus. read more

This store has gone downhill somewhat in the past few years with changes in management, but there are a handful of employees that I adore and always get my drink right (looking at you Chelsea, Kate, and Tommy!). Overall I enjoy visiting this store, but the parking situation is a mess, that's for sure. read more
