This is my favorite Starbucks and the staff is really efficient. Beware of the morning rush between 7am-9am. I love using my points I get from using the app on merchandise here because they seem to have a variety of things. The seating here is limited to only 13-15 seats total not including outdoor seating which is about 8-20 seats. There is a Master Coffee person here and she is extremely well versed on the drinks, coffee and options. read more

Horrible! This place is SLOW! And Noelle has the worst attitude. I've never seen a barista at Starbucks just throw peoples food on the counter, items falling out of the bags, until today. If you don't like your job, or if you're having a bad day, take the day off. Maybe this locations is this bad everyday. I don't know but I won't be back. This spot is usually a quick in and out drive thru experience but this morning I got to enjoy great service and a relaxing time in the store one early morning while I was waiting for a call to pick up my husband. The staff is truly so kind and what a treat to have my drink in a mug and sandwich on actual plate since I had time to linger. Not to mention an epic Taylor Swift playlist to enjoy - ha! Only thing that wrapped up my stay a little earlier than I wanted was a delivery truck that arrived around 7am and propped the door open on a 32 degree morning, bumming my cozy toasty vibe. read more

DO NOT go to this location. They have their supply trailer truck parked on one side of their drive thru, effectively blocking the entrance when coming in from the 183 feeder road. When told to staff they don't even acknowledge that the truck is there. The staff also is in-apt and will not ring up the right order for you. What is up with this Starbucks? Customer service is horrible! Staff is rude. If you request extra ice or extra caramel they never make it how you want it and if you tell them they got it wrong you get an eye roll. If you do Mobil order you still wait 15 min extra. & I understand sometimes they are busy and short staffed but it shouldn't be 30 min after placing my mobile order for my drink to be ready. Ohhh and waiting on drive thru is also slooooow. I know people say we shouldn't complain since a lot are short staff but if im paying 7 for a coffee I expect to get my coffee right. This place has the rudest employees, and it's a consistent thing that I've noticed since I started coming here several times a week through drive through and in store. This last instance, I specifically asked whether they could make a coffee frap without any sugar and unsweetened before I ordered at the counter and the barista said they could. Then, they made me a regular frap, and when I asked about it, they said they couldn't make it unsweetened or use sugar free syrup after they made the drink, then made it sound like it was my issue. I said I confirmed before I ordered, and the barista remarked that the attendant shouldn't have told me that, and acted like I'm the one who messed up. If I'm paying $6 for a drink and confirmed before ordering that something could be made a certain way (esp when it's sugar related), then I should get the drink I ordered without rudeness. They are also chronically understaffed at any time of day, and getting a simple drink takes forever in store or through the drive through. Wish there were more options in the area, because I hate that this is my only option. read more

This Starbucks is one of the best ones I've been to. The staff is so incredibly sweet, upbeat and calm even when they're super busy. The drinks and service are always consistent and top-notch! I recommend using the app to place your order and going in to pick it up, no matter what time of day it is the drive-thru line is always long (which should tell you how great this location is!). Huge shoutout to the baristas here, you guys are doing a great job and I can only imagine the stuff you have to deal with sometimes. Keep up the good work! read more

Service is spotty - depends in who is working. Some staff have loads of personality and are quick to get you through the line around 4-4:30-ish. Others...not so much. Ordered two bakery items - NO DRINK - and sat at the window several minutes before they took payment. Staffer then told me it would be "a few minutes" to get those two items from the bakery case, because...wait for it...they were "really busy." Hmmmm. No one was in front of me in the drive-through the last five minutes, and the parking lot is pretty sparse as well. DUTCH BROS - please ramp up your snack offerings! This is one of my favorite Starbucks they are open late on the weekends & before the one off cheeks sparger opened this was the closest one to my house! I worked the overnights at that time & would show up every night 3-5 minutes before they closed. I would order & pull up to the window the mgr would say I didn't think you were gonna make it.. I laughed, nah I'm getting my coffee. She would laugh. They night shift always new my voice & my face, so did the day shift. I was just more partial to the night shift. They made the drinks stronger for some reason. Everyone was always nice & helpful. Even when the online ordering started & I sent my order to the precinct line store! Doh! This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The drive-thru (regardless of number of cars) averages a 20 minute wait. It's ridiculous. Now, having said that, they do always get my order right but wow, they're so freaking slow! It's almost always a better idea and faster to go to the ones by Industrial and get your fix there. read more

Sick of this Starbucks! It is extremely SLOW, the line runs out into the street, and if you think you're wise by ordering ahead of time you're not. You will still wait 15 minutes in the standstill drive thru line or not be acknowledged when you walk in to pick up your drink. Go to another one. read more

Staff were super nice and helpful and I was able to grab a couple of drinks fast even during happy hour time. Wish that the drive through area was in a different spot as a lot of time cars will back out onto the street near the freeway and cause issues. I would like to personally thank whoever decided to open this Starbucks in this particular location. This Starbucks is so thankfully within walking distance of HEB Harris Hospital and is also on the service road just before you get to the hospital. I have been camping out in the ICU visitors area at HEB waiting for my Daddy to wake up from a stroke and the only coffee option there is is out of a freaking Jetsons/70's vending machine - gross. Me or one of my family members has been here at least twice a day in the past 6 days with large orders and only one vanilla latte was wrong - that is out of about 20 orders per day. Never was much of a coffee drinker, but on a recent trip, I went to Starbucks for the first time in years and discovered some pretty delicious stuff on the non-coffee portion of the menu. Fast forward to tonight, when my wife and I decided to drop by on the way home and order something tasty. It did not go well. Ordered: Pumpkin Spice Crème Received: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Ordered: Royal English Breakfast Tea Latte Received: Royal English Breakfast Tea At least the second one was sort of close. But the first one? I said the name three times. Three. And even said "Steamer" at least twice. But no, apparently those words were too difficult to understand. At least there was some pumpkin spice on top of the whipped cream, I guess..... And the service was painfully slow, especially for 8pm on a Monday. I guess I'll try somewhere else around here. Lesson learned: Use the app to order, always. It may not speed up the glacially slow service, but at least it might improve the odds of getting something close to what you ordered. read more

Stopped here for morning coffee when I was on the road for work. Pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't crazy busy & service was friendly and prompt. I also heard them warmly greet a regular customer by name as he walked in. WMy americano was a welcome familiarity on the road and grabbed a new seated steak wrap for breakfast which was pretty good. It was hot and had decent flavor although the steak wasn't the greatest quality but it did the job for breakfast. read more
