I don't often visit HTeaO, but when I do, I like knowing there will be an assortment of teas to choose from. I tried their Cotton Candy (watermelon and coconut), which was very good. I originally wanted the new Dirty Cherry, but I was told they were no longer available. Because it was still on the menu, I don't know if it was sold out or literally, no longer available. Either way, I hope they update the menu if that's needed. I really like the Cotton Candy; it wasn't too sweet, and the flavors went very well together. Random mention, but I love their beef sticks, as well. The menus aren't the same at each location. If you're looking for the newer menu items (coffee, lattes, etc), make sure you check the location before going. read more

Wanted to give an update to HTea0. While I'm still not the biggest iced tea fan, this location has taken great care of our needs over time. They've worked with us doing orders for events, and I've stopped a few times to get gift cards to give as part of our teacher appreciation gifts. Another one of the highlights of our Texas trip was the discovery of Texas Htea0. This place was amazing. Think Starbucks....but it's all Ice Tea!!! When you walk into this place, there are multiple drink dispensers for the many different teas. They have little cups that you can taste test the different flavors. Not sure if this is all of the locations, but the one I visited had the wonderful small crush ice...which is my favorite. There is a topping bar that you can add to your drink for an additional fee. You can buy tea by the gallons. There is also a good assortment of merchandise available to purchase. We LOVED the tea here and we visited almost every day of our trip. Tea Heaven! I've seen this place pop up on Yelp and I was pleasantly surprised when I drove by it on the way to dinner. I made a mental note to stop by afterwards. This girl loves the convenience of drive-thrus and this place has one, but for my first time, I wanted to check what they had inside. I'm so glad I did! There are so many choices of teas and they have sample cups. Some of the flavors have an unsweet version along with the sweet. I love that as I typically drink my iced tea unsweetened but every now and then, I like a little sweetness or flavor. You can do half and half or mix flavors because it's self serve inside. They also carry Yeti products along with their own merch. Some of the flavors are packaged and ready to go from the fridge. They come in gallon, half gallon, and mini sizes. The nice lady working there was welcoming and friendly. I went with the sweet Texas chai, because I can't resist a nice spiced tea. It was just sweet enough and the flavors came though. I LOVE HTeaO! Of course, being born & raised in Texas I'm a lover of sweet tea. I found this location as I was moving out of Bedford. I was extremely sad because it was so good & then I discovered they had a location in Waco too! (Where I was moving at the time). Now I'm back in Bedford & the service is still just as good as it was when I left in the summer of 2020 when they were new. For example, I swung by today at the start of happy hour (half price drinks 2-4!) and the line was LONG. I'm talking wrapped around the building long. There was an employee outside who was very friendly & quickly took my order and gave my total. As soon as I got to the window I paid, my tea was already ready & got my receipt for rewards. Think of it as the Chick Fil A of tea. They have quite a few flavors that come in both sweet & unsweet versions. They also have lemonades. Though I have to be honest, I found my favorite in sweet coconut & never tried anything else. I get it both individually and occasionally in a gallon to take home. I have gone all hippy and try to cut down on my single use plastics, but I am a lover of tea and decided to pop through the drive through and try them out. Just my luck, they do half price happy hour drinks from 2-4. Score! I got a MEDIUM unsweet coconut tea. I may be a fine southern lady, but I drink my tea black. Let me tell you, a medium is 32oz. God bless Texas. It was cold and refreshing and they've got that good ice! It was just coconutty enough but didn't taste like imitation flavoring. Man, it is a good thing I no longer live around here or this would be a problem. For now, it is a treat that I will indulge in when I come to Bedford. It is super fun to come to HTeaO! Think "froyo," but with ICED TEA! There is a variety of iced teas. You can sample all the flavors, which was great. Pick the size of cup you want, and then self serve and pay. There are also fruits you can add as a topping (like cherries!) for a little extra. The lemons and limes are complimentary. To be honest I didn't think I would like it as much as I do now. They have very friendly quick service and prices are so affordable. My personal favorites into the mango fresco, coconut, and Georgia peach. I love that their sweet tea isn't too sweet but just right, also, the flavors don't taste artificial like other tea places I've been too. I look forward to enjoying more tea from them and new flavors. I hope they come up with exotic flavors like lychee, strawberry or even artichoke. I am mad that I am now just trying this place! I was riding with my friend to Wally World (Walmart) and we passed this drive thru that sells tea. We scroll Yelp right quick to see what flavors they had and the SWEET mint tea stuck out to me. I told my friend that I bet the SWEET mint tea is refreshing. Now I said that cause I was parched like an elephant who took a wrong turn getting to the only water hole in the desert! So, boom, fast forward a few days later and me and bunk buddy were across the street eating burgers and I told bunk buddy that I want to go across the street to try this tea place out. We finish our burgers and made a B line straight to HTeaO. I ordered a small SWEET mint tea ( I capitalize the sweet because there are two versions- sweet and unsweet. And who is drinking unsweet tea? NOT I.) anyhoo, the small was NOT small lol but they do things BIG in Texas apparently. They had me at the nugget ice baby. I took a sip and I was correct. It was THE most refreshing tea I ever had. Let me tell you how much of a chokehold this tea has me in. The next day I went back and bought 2 gallons of this crack. I took one to work and left one at home. Over the weekend bought 2 gallons- one was of the SWEET mint tea and of the SWEET mango. I did not want the mango, I asked my bunk buddy to bring me SWEET georgia peach. Not sure how he read sweet georgia peach and saw mango, but it was good. I will be trying other flavors cause it is like 10 or so of them, but I will always buy a gallon and a small cup of the SWEET mint tea. This place opened up officially on Friday, and I meant to go then but my evening plans changed and thus I went today. I enjoyed it pretty well. They have a wide range of teas, but they also have quite a bit of merchandise and some snacks-mainly protein and energy snacks. They sell bags of the tea leaves which you can make hot tea with at home; and they have gallon jugs of their teas. Furthering that, they have those giant gallon dispensers (and unique vase-like bases) if you want to have your own large dispenser. Now the tea bar they have has little sample cups and you can spend as much time as you like sampling each tea to see what your preference is. The staff here was friendly, though there were some questions they didn't seem to have answers for. I noticed that the snacks and various items didn't have prices marked on them and was informed that they have to be scanned at the counter-I'm fairly certain that's just due to the place being brand new and eventually they'll have prices marked on everything. The one thing I didn't like so much was that the dispensers for the tea splashes everywhere, so when you're getting the samples, your hand is getting splashed by the tea. I also wasn't too fond with it seems you can't get hot tea here; but you might be able to, the person I was asking about didn't seem to know. I personally favor hot tea over cold/iced tea, so it is good to know you can buy the tea leaves to boil. I enjoyed all the teas that I sampled, of which there was an energy/Caffeinated tea, sweet watermelon, coconut, chai, orange, and too many more to name. They also had two of my classic tea flavors: Mint and Ginger, I wound up getting the sweet mint tea as my first purchase here along with some "Clifs Bloks Chews" which are an energy snack. For my tea-I got a 24 ounce, and the chews, altogether it came out a little over four bucks. They are definitely affordable, I was expecting a specialty tea bar selling their own brewed tea flavors would be far more expensive. They're definitely great for a quick stop before or after work, and I will likely visit again. They are in a tricky spot of the parking lot, the line of cars in the drive wrapped all the way around the building too, so I was glad to be able to just go inside Inside, their store is pretty clean, though again with the dispensers splashing everywhere, they have to keep mopping the floor, I'd suggest putting some floor mats down in front of the counter to keep people from possibly slipping. Anyway, great looking place, great people working there, good teas and good prices. For a primarily coffee drinker and preference for hot teas, I think this place is remarkable. I love the renovation of this tiny space. Also great that they have drive through option. My second time and this time inside since drive thru was long. That is good for business. When I went inside they has fridge full of gallon amd mini size. The wall of self serve tea were overwhelming. They had sample cups and I was like a kid in a candy store except it's tea. I got the gallon of sweet Georgia drive thru the first time but was unsure what other flavors taste like. Now I know that my fave are sweet regular tea, Georgia peach, sweet watermelon and Texas chai. The service was fast and friendly. They open really early and have grand opening special this month. This will be my place during hot summer.. I wonder if they have hot tea option eventually. I am curious only serving tea would be enough, but sure glad I gave them a try. So, if you are Chick-fil-A tea oerson, do yourself a favor and try this place. The sweet tea are not overly artificial sweet but seems natural if that makes sense. You've gotta try the coconut tea! There are just so many options. I adore their ice as well. It is that crushed ice that is just perfection in every way. As far as tea flavors go there is an excellent variety and they seem to also change it up from time to time and with the seasons. They will include fresh strawberry or blueberry fruit toppers for a few cents extra. The citrus toppers are free but it is nice to have that addition during a hot Texas day. They have sweetened or unsweetened so you can tend to your dietary needs. I would agree with another reviewer that that is this a nice alternative to snow cones in the summer! It is a cute store that reminds me of a snow cone spot, like back in the day when my mama would take me to the drive thru there after school. I'm a sucker for tea. I like iced tea, hot tea, boba tea... you name it! And while I've been to several HTeaOs now, the Bedford location is my daily go-to. You've GOT to try it. The tea itself is super yummy, but the customer service is really what makes this place. We've had a stale cup here or there, sure, but we understand how difficult it probably is to juggle so many flavors -- and they have sample cups aplenty, so you can always try before you buy! The best part is Ruth, an above-and-beyond employee who everyone cherishes and adores. The first time we met her, she introduced me to a combination of two teas that inspired my new favorite (1/2 Texas Chai, 1/2 Unsweet Peach Ginger) and when we tried to redeem a reward during our very first happy hour, she advised us to hold onto it... our total was less than $4, and we got our two free teas the next day. Finally had the opportunity to drop by HTeaO in Bedford today, and it was great! We went inside, as others had recommended, so that we could sample different flavors. I started with sweet watermelon and wasn't wowed. Moved to sweet coconut, which is what I had expected to order. I had to taste a few others, though, to be certain of my decision. I sampled several and found that I liked the sweet blueberry green tea and the sweet chai the best. I'm definitely a chai girl so I ended up taking that route, but I may go for the blueberry green tea on my next visit. My fiancé does not care for tea so he ended up getting the pink lemonade, which he said tasted about like he would expect it to. It was nothing special. He did try some of the fruity teas (surprised me!) and he actually liked a few. Several of the fruit teas tasted more like fruit and less like tea. One thing that I found very odd was the floor. It was sooooo sticky. Every time I took a step, my shoe made an awful noise as I pulled it away from the floor. I don't know what was up with that, but it was certainly weird. My fiancé said it was the same in the men's restroom. It was actually sort of a turn off because it made me question whether it was clean. The rest of the shop was neat and clean, though, so I gave them a pass. They have a new location opening soon in Grapevine so I'm really excited about that! I love this place and have got several other family and friends hooked on this place. They sell tea, you can go in and pour your own or just order through the drive through The staff is helpful, they offer suggestions, and extremely friendly, this staff is A+ and I have been many many times. I LOVE the seasonal tea for fall called Chi tea but I do not allow myself to indulge in it often as its sweet and I have to much of a sweet tooth to have just a small amount so I stick with the unsweet options the most. The happy hour prices are excellent! I have tried all the unsweet flavors and like them all. I do wish they had an unsweet Jasmin or unsweet oolong tea but maybe this is something they will rotate in (hopefully). I have read some of the negative comments on this place and find them rather funny, they basically say "I don't like tea and this tea place is bad because tea is gross" well if you don't like Tea why in the world would you think you would suddenly like tea at a place that only sells tea? I don't love spam, if a spam place opened up I still wouldn't like spam but I would NOT give the business a bad review due to my own taste preferences. Its simple, if you enjoy Tea you will enjoy this place. If you go to try it and the line is wrapped around the building do not let that deter you, they are efficient like a chick-fil-a drive through but way faster. read more

Hello, I was at your Bedford, Texas location on Thursday evening, August 10, 2023. I have only been in maybe ten times if that since you guys opened. Never have I ever been so disappointed on my very unfortunate visit experience as a customer today. I left extremely disappointed. From the start- the sticky floor around the tea station, the lack of care around the condiment/lids/ straw area. Trash was overflowing. The worst part was the young lady at the counter. She was extremely impatient and on the border line rude. Mind you she treated the mother and young kid in front of me the same way. She wasn't about to scan my app because "she had already rang up my purchase." I am really disappointed in this visit and hopes this places makes appropriate changes quick before it's too late. read more
