Even the gentleman behind me spoke about it and said "no is no, no matter the amount". The manager was very nice and mentioned something about an automatic button. That's crazy that they just go ahead and do whatever. How many other people has this happen to. Not cool! Ultimately it was a great experience, but have to watch that.
