Great location and great selection. I spent about $27 which is a lot but it's a specialized candy store and they often have stuff you can't find so I'm ok with the prices. Like Elf, I love sugar. Therefore, I really like this place. There are so many sugary sweet options here, your teeth will start to hurt. Lots of unique things too. The boozy gummy bears (see picture) I found particularly interesting. If you like sweet, you need to check this place out. Bottom line: Not recommended for diabetics. Gotta love a candy store! There's lots of funny and novelty type of gifts inside. I always go directly to the back right of the store because that's where all of the sour candy is! I've yet to find anything too sour for me. However, the Warheads liquid candy is as close as I've come. Each small package is $3.99. I also love too that I can buy just black jellybeans. (I'm one of those weirdos who love their flavor). I think my main complaint would be prices. I know they're located by Sundance Square, and I know candy stores usually are on the pricier side. But still. I wouldn't go out of my way to patron this store, but it's fun to pop in when in the area. read more

I've always seen this store in different cities but have never been inside! It's colorful and exciting! The store has more than just candy, there's also a small selection of apparel (socks, hats, shirts), various stuffed animals, and a crazy amount of candy! The store itself is SO entertaining with witty books and sayings on most of the products! I picked up some warheads and some affirmation unicorn cards and I couldn't be happier! read more

I don't think you will find Willy Wonka here, but it is definently the place to go if you if are looking for a good sugar fix. This place is located right near the middle of Sundance square. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with a "welcome" and music that makes you want to start dancing. Happy feelings from the time you hit the door. No matter your poison-I'm sure you'll find it here. They have everything from chocolate to gummies, chewy candy, hard candy, candy in Chinese, to big boxes of everyone's all time favorites. ok hereee we go. let's begin with the positive. the building is beautiful, the candy is good, and the employees are really nice! but uhhh.. when i say it's EXPENSIVE. it is so overpriced for literally no reason. i got like 20 gummy worms and i paid like 10 dollars. my friend got some gummy worms and some chocolate covered almonds and payed 20!! we literally got hardly any candy and paid so much money. the candy was really good though, and the employees were nice! but i do regret purchasing. i could've gotten candy wayyy cheaper somewhere else. i wouldn't recommend. read more

When it comes to dessert I have the palette of a seven year old and I've come to accept- and even relish- that fact. If you like gummy sweets, this place is similar to diving into an ocean of opium where all the mermaids have a keen interest in pleasuring you in whatever way you desire best. Too weird? Too bad. It's true. I hate chocolate. I know that it's not normal but I can't help it. Chocolate tastes like loam to me. My wife appreciates good chocolate and reminds me often of the apparent gaping hole of pleasure in my life. I don't care. I don't care because this place exists. Every sweet, teeth-ruining, chewy, unnaturally colored, grin-inducing treasure can be found here for those like me. They even have my favorite candy in the world: the elusive Australian licorice. There's a shop called Schakolad nearby (which my alien-tongued wife who believes in the evil power of chocolate swears is spectacular) for a certain kind of person. Cute little candy store, these things are easy to accidently spend too much money at because it's literally a candy buffet and everything looks tasty. BEWARE THOUGH: A lot of the candy you buy per the lb isn't the "original". The runts, gummy bears and other gummy and gummy rope candy I bought were knockoffs of the original you probably ate as a kid. They either looked and/or tasted a little different. Not only was this disappointing, but it was also EXTREMELY expensive. I've learned to get the original from dollar stores and be happier, I just have to wait to get there. If you want a cute, unique candy gift for someone and are willing to spend more for that sort of thing, THIS IS YOUR SPOT. They've got unique stuff, things that are fun to open, eat, play with.. but not the sort of stuff you'd treat yourself to on the regular. If you're passing by and wanting to go overboard treating yourself (like I did), it's a great little spot for a sugar rush. I didn't buy much (some unique gummy bear flavors like mango and berry, sprees, runts, other gummy ropes, and some Swedish fish), but somehow spent $18. If nothing else, check out their variety of random candy, because IT IS IMPRESSIVE.. just way too over priced. I won't buy candy here again unless it's for a gift. It didn't say you couldn't mix - it said the price. There's many ranges of candys. For many people that have different tast buds it's great place to go to enjoy your self.

My kids found another favorite store in downtown! They love the smell when you first walk in!
