My daughter and I have been to two yogurtland locations. Both locations, there were some flavors out of stock, but there was a sign on both windows at the entrance warning us of that, so no big deal. The yogurt was the best I've had in a long time. Toppings were flavorful and the fruit toppings fresh. We'll definitely be back! The only reason I took off a star, was the employee at the Fort Worth seventh Street location, she was not interested in being at work, didn't even smile when we approached, and was borderline rude. The froyo I've tried has been good, but on my last three visits 8 of the 16 flavors were unavailable which is really disappointing not to mention annoying. The employees stand around in the back room and can't be bothered to look up from their phones until it's time to ring up customers, mind you the register sits behind a big jar of loose dollars and coins with a sign that says "tips appreciated." I guess now it's customary to tip someone for the superior service they provide reading out how much the computer tells them to charge the customer. Hard pass. They charge .65 per ounce which is more expensive than many of its competitors. So it's more expensive and they only have half the flavors you'd expect, so I'm not sure why anyone would choose to go here rather than somewhere cheaper where parking is a lot easier. read more

I love frozen yogurt and am happy that there's one option in the area that's easy to get to. It's decent frozen yogurt with good topping selection. It does suck that some of the flavors disappear within a few days so don't get too attached to one flavor. It was good a while back but as it gets warmer it gets messier near the frozen yogurt dispensers and there's frozen yogurt on the floor or on the handles which sucks. Some of the staff are nice and hand you the spoon as you pay but some of them are super rude and aggravated if you even ask to scan for rewards like one of my friends did today. We had to ask for a spoon since she didn't give us one at all and they keep the spoons near the register. This happened to my friends and I, and the group that was before us. I am currently sitting outside on the concrete floor outside of this yogurtland and the girls working here had tables from outside and chairs all picked up by 8:47 PM. Keep in mind THEY DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL 9:30 PM!! Many people were outside standing or sitting on the floor due to the chairs being stacked up and tables taken away. Also the girls do not have the toppings stocked up and they make rude faces when you ask for certain toppings. Definitely a RED FLAG. Please whoever is in charge needs to talk to the girls working during this shift or just all the employees in general. How do you want people to tip with situations like these. read more

This place is conveniently located by all these restaurants and across from target and the bank. Parking is very limited so you'll have either be really lucky to have front row business parking, or park on the side and walk. ( it's not that bad) The place was clean, not very busy. It did smell kinda weird, almost like a foul smell ( like trash), i don't know if it's from the outside lingering in? I don't know. The plus is a little small, but not that crowded. They have really cool flavors like American blow pop, cheesecake, etc. and of course normal flavors. The yogurt didn't taste as fresh to me. Not a lot of flavor came out for me when I tasted it. My boyfriend and I spent a day doing tourist things in Fort Worth. We made it to the AirBnb worn out. This was the perfect hotel snack. The cups are freaking huge, and we used a special that got us a good price. The chocolate yogurt is so rich and delicious. I loved the brownie bites, and he enjoyed the cookie dough bites. Yogurtland is my favorite place to get frozen yogurt in Fort Worth. I've liked all the flavors I've tried, but I enjoy the fruity and plain tart flavors the most. None of the flavors have been overly icy. I usually add popping boba and mochi, while my girlfriend likes the oreo topping. The employees here have always been friendly, and the store is clean. It's also conveniently located in Montgomery Plaza. If you can't find parking right in front, I suggest parking in the Target close by and walking over. It did take me a few minutes to find parking. Even though three of the machines were offering only one flavor, the selection of yogurt and ice cream was good as were the toppings. The young lady at the cash register (bharris105, according to my receipt) was polite. She directed my attention to the sample cups, then a few minutes later, she correctly told me to insert my credit card into the machine. This is where the problem lies. The machine faced me; however, it was obvious that the cashier could see it. I confirmed the amount I was to pay and then the machine asked me how much I want to tip. To TIP! Yogurtland, you must be joking. Tip for what? Because she told me insert my card into the machine. Was the machine visible to her in an attempt to embarrass me into tipping! The cashier at the grocery store works harder helping me on my order than any Yogurtland worker as ever done and I don't tip my grocery store cashier. So corporate, I'll never tip your cashier, especially since you have your technological hand out. I think you are rude to even ask. read more

This yogurtland interior is very dimmed compared to the others, similar to a hollister. Went here with my friends after shopping around downtown. The yogurt here is pretty okay, but not the best I've tasted from this franchise. Plain yogurt was a bit sour and the taro tasted kind of icy, probably the machine. Employees were nice, asked us to sign up for the rewards program but I already had it. I asked if I could take an extra empty cup with me and she said yes, so that was really nice of her. Overall it's a great location, whoever owns this franchise should be really happy. A lot of people go here and it's in a busy location. This place is awesome! We found it after a quick walk from our dining spot. First, they gave me 4 yogurt cups without me asking. They have pretty awesome flavors, like double cookies and cream and low fat red velvet, as well as not-so-common-ones, like taro root, and limited editions root beer float and hibiscus sorbet. Second, toppings galore. Yeah, we've all had cheesecake, fruit, and boba in our yogurt. But about Lucky Charms marshmallows? They also had three kinds of Ghirardelli syrups by the register (chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate). I kinda went nuts. My first bite of coconut yogurt included fruity pebbles, cheesecake, Lucky Charms marshmallows, strawberries, crumbled up oreos, and chocolate syrup. We both half filled out cups and the total was a little over 5 bucks. It wasn't crowded on an 8pm on a Tuesday night, and there was ample seating. On our way out, we noticed that they had chilled water with pieces of cut up fruit available. Upon closer inspection, they even bothered to slit the strawberries floating in the chilled water. They had everything from vanilla, tart, strawberry (made with real strawberries) to holiday flavors like pumpkin, cranberry raspberry tart, and bananas foster. They had other flavors like red velvet, chocolate milkshake, double cookies and cream, mango, coconut, cheesecake, and that's not even all the flavors! Everytime we come there are only about 3-4 flavors ready and available. All the other flavors are out and or low on mix. It says that they are handcrafted flavors well it would be nice if they had them prepared and ready for clients. The staff also go to the back and don't return up front for 15-20 minutes. Really glad there is a Yogurtland on West 7th and nearby Target. It gets crowded during peak times and hard to get a table, even though there are more tables outside of the store. The service is not as attentive as the one in Carrollton (the one I am used to). The upside is the hours as they are open until 11pm even on a Sunday. This place isn't really great for a date, since there are kids running around there some times. It can be good for a date, if it's sunny and you go outside on a bench, which there are two of them in front of the store. I gave three stars (would give a half-star more if half-stars were a thing), because I love frozen yogurt and was spoiled with it when it started trending. Yogurtland being a chain, is pretty good for what it is. Not too pricey with a small cup coming out to $3 for us up to $6 for a large cup. Lots of toppings to choose from. My wife and I guessed that people would go eat and then head over to this very inexpensive place for desert. We could both have a lot for only 7 dollars. Cost is by weight so the toppings are what adds to the cost. If you like Tarts, then you will want to go to one of the other area yogurt places because our friend that is a huge yogurt guru said so. However, He said this is the place with the best toppings and lowest price per oz. Therefore, if you aren't very much into the Tarts, then come here.
