Great service and a laid-back atmosphere at this location. At times I'm not a huge fan of yogurt flavors. I enjoy their bubbles and add them to homemade drinks. read more

A variety of flavor choices. Topping area is clean and they have a variety of choices too. If you're looking for nuts, look near the register. They're in shakers. read more

This was a nice option for dessert in the area if you want something healthier. There were many flavors available and all the toppings were in stock and full. I did had to wait for awhile for an employee to come out to check out, and one of the machine was making a weird whirring noise that kind of took over the shop's ambiance. But overall everything was as expected and clean. read more

The place was clean & they had a variety of flavors available. My main difficulty was that the nuts were not easily located, in addition to other toppings, so I missed out on that topping for my frozen yogurt. Toppings were plentiful & in stock. Cashier was attentive but preoccupied at times, at times manning multiple duties at once, so the customer support could be improved. read more

My daughter and I have been to two yogurtland locations. Both locations, there were some flavors out of stock, but there was a sign on both windows at the entrance warning us of that, so no big deal. The yogurt was the best I've had in a long time. Toppings were flavorful and the fruit toppings fresh. We'll definitely be back! The only reason I took off a star, was the employee at the Fort Worth seventh Street location, she was not interested in being at work, didn't even smile when we approached, and was borderline rude. The employee at the hurst location was great, very patient and very nice. read more

One of the nicer Yogurtlands we have been to in Texas vs California. Nice and friendly staff and the fruits looked fresh and well maintained. They had couple machines not working so a sign would have been nice. Overall solid and clean. read more

We love this Yogurtland! It's always delicious and they have so many toppings always in stock! My daughters love filling up their bowls and the atmosphere is casual for families with little kids. The staff is very friendly and they ring you up quickly. Definitely an awesome place to stop for a treat! read more

Yogurtland - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This place was very good. There weren't a ton of option w the yogurt (and my niece said the same with the toppings) but trust me, it was quite enough. I've not been to many so I'm not sure if that's even right. Maybe this is normal! But I can say it was good!! We really enjoyed our yogurt bowls we created. One of the ladies working was very sweet and attentive. The other woman was not. Haha She looked like she wanted to not be there. Which I understand. But ‍. Either way, good little frozen yogurt place. read more

The froyo I've tried has been good, but on my last three visits 8 of the 16 flavors were unavailable which is really disappointing not to mention annoying. The employees stand around in the back room and can't be bothered to look up from their phones until it's time to ring up customers, mind you the register sits behind a big jar of loose dollars and coins with a sign that says "tips appreciated." I guess now it's customary to tip someone for the superior service they provide reading out how much the computer tells them to charge the customer. Hard pass. They charge .65 per ounce which is more expensive than many of its competitors. So it's more expensive and they only have half the flavors you'd expect, so I'm not sure why anyone would choose to go here rather than somewhere cheaper where parking is a lot easier. read more

Just not worth it. Frozen yogurt was icy, not creamy. But most of all $17 for 2 cups not full all the way!!?? That's crazy. Flavors were off. Not very clean or put together. This location in particular is very small for the crowds it brings so it's hard to get around. Wish they had sample cups by the yogurt station. Won't be back. read more

Catch them when they first open before all the kids start sticking their hands in the toppings. When this place gets busy you can't stop the madness of sloppy people with no home training you can't blame the business for that though. read more

I love frozen yogurt and am happy that there's one option in the area that's easy to get to. It's decent frozen yogurt with good topping selection. It does suck that some of the flavors disappear within a few days so don't get too attached to one flavor. It was good a while back but as it gets warmer it gets messier near the frozen yogurt dispensers and there's frozen yogurt on the floor or on the handles which sucks. Some of the staff are nice and hand you the spoon as you pay but some of them are super rude and aggravated if you even ask to scan for rewards like one of my friends did today. We had to ask for a spoon since she didn't give us one at all and they keep the spoons near the register. This happened to my friends and I, and the group that was before us. The cashier was rolling her eyes and just seemed rude. read more

I am currently sitting outside on the concrete floor outside of this yogurtland and the girls working here had tables from outside and chairs all picked up by 8:47 PM. Keep in mind THEY DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL 9:30 PM!! Many people were outside standing or sitting on the floor due to the chairs being stacked up and tables taken away. Also the girls do not have the toppings stocked up and they make rude faces when you ask for certain toppings. Definitely a RED FLAG. Please whoever is in charge needs to talk to the girls working during this shift or just all the employees in general. How do you want people to tip with situations like these. read more

This place is conveniently located by all these restaurants and across from target and the bank. Parking is very limited so you'll have either be really lucky to have front row business parking, or park on the side and walk. ( it's not that bad) The place was clean, not very busy. It did smell kinda weird, almost like a foul smell ( like trash), i don't know if it's from the outside lingering in? I don't know. The plus is a little small, but not that crowded. They have really cool flavors like American blow pop, cheesecake, etc. and of course normal flavors. The yogurt didn't taste as fresh to me. Not a lot of flavor came out for me when I tasted it. However I love the topping choices. They have a tamarin stick, nutter butter, etc. I prob will be back because or the convenience and cravings. read more

My boyfriend and I spent a day doing tourist things in Fort Worth. We made it to the AirBnb worn out. This was the perfect hotel snack. The cups are freaking huge, and we used a special that got us a good price. The chocolate yogurt is so rich and delicious. I loved the brownie bites, and he enjoyed the cookie dough bites. Plus we got to keep our spoons as little souvenirs. Wish there was one near me! read more

Yogurtland is my favorite place to get frozen yogurt in Fort Worth. I've liked all the flavors I've tried, but I enjoy the fruity and plain tart flavors the most. None of the flavors have been overly icy. I usually add popping boba and mochi, while my girlfriend likes the oreo topping. The employees here have always been friendly, and the store is clean. It's also conveniently located in Montgomery Plaza. If you can't find parking right in front, I suggest parking in the Target close by and walking over. It's a great stop to get something sweet and cool off during the day or grab dessert and take a stroll after dinner in the evening. read more

Whatever you do don't come after 3, They are out of every flavor. Thankfully the staff keep clean, would be great if they had more machines tho read more

It did take me a few minutes to find parking. Even though three of the machines were offering only one flavor, the selection of yogurt and ice cream was good as were the toppings. The young lady at the cash register (bharris105, according to my receipt) was polite. She directed my attention to the sample cups, then a few minutes later, she correctly told me to insert my credit card into the machine. This is where the problem lies. The machine faced me; however, it was obvious that the cashier could see it. I confirmed the amount I was to pay and then the machine asked me how much I want to tip. To TIP! Yogurtland, you must be joking. Tip for what? Because she told me insert my card into the machine. Was the machine visible to her in an attempt to embarrass me into tipping! The cashier at the grocery store works harder helping me on my order than any Yogurtland worker as ever done and I don't tip my grocery store cashier. So corporate, I'll never tip your cashier, especially since you have your technological hand out. I think you are rude to even ask. read more

This yogurtland interior is very dimmed compared to the others, similar to a hollister. Went here with my friends after shopping around downtown. The yogurt here is pretty okay, but not the best I've tasted from this franchise. Plain yogurt was a bit sour and the taro tasted kind of icy, probably the machine. Employees were nice, asked us to sign up for the rewards program but I already had it. I asked if I could take an extra empty cup with me and she said yes, so that was really nice of her. Overall it's a great location, whoever owns this franchise should be really happy. A lot of people go here and it's in a busy location. If you're craving yogurt then this is the place to go. read more

This place is awesome! We found it after a quick walk from our dining spot. First, they gave me 4 yogurt cups without me asking. They have pretty awesome flavors, like double cookies and cream and low fat red velvet, as well as not-so-common-ones, like taro root, and limited editions root beer float and hibiscus sorbet. Second, toppings galore. Yeah, we've all had cheesecake, fruit, and boba in our yogurt. But about Lucky Charms marshmallows? They also had three kinds of Ghirardelli syrups by the register (chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate). I kinda went nuts. My first bite of coconut yogurt included fruity pebbles, cheesecake, Lucky Charms marshmallows, strawberries, crumbled up oreos, and chocolate syrup. We both half filled out cups and the total was a little over 5 bucks. It wasn't crowded on an 8pm on a Tuesday night, and there was ample seating. On our way out, we noticed that they had chilled water with pieces of cut up fruit available. Upon closer inspection, they even bothered to slit the strawberries floating in the chilled water. That's love, right there. read more

Super clean including the bathroom, very friendly staff. The pineapple mango flavor was amazing. will definitely be returning to this location! read more

The yogurt is great. However, the experience would be better if the staff wore their masks properly.

I LOVE FROZEN YOGURT!!! They have a nice selection of yogurt flavors and toppings here. The girl behind the counter seemed preoccupied, but when I went to the counter she asked if I wanted sample cups and proceeded to hand us about 10 of them! I really enjoyed the flavors here. They had everything from vanilla, tart, strawberry (made with real strawberries) to holiday flavors like pumpkin, cranberry raspberry tart, and bananas foster. They had other flavors like red velvet, chocolate milkshake, double cookies and cream, mango, coconut, cheesecake, and that's not even all the flavors! I made sure I got a little bit of just about all of them (: I like their toppings selection, too. They have your usual fruits, cereals, wafers, mochi, oreo crumbs, cheesecake bits, cookie dough balls, etc. They didn't have normal granola, but they had some kind of organic granola with pumpkin seeds I believe. Wasn't bad! They have a rewards card now too! Free 3 Oz. after you register your card and another one on your birthday! I'll definitely be back (: read more

Yogurtland in Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth has extremely poor service. They are always out of flavors and have terrible attitudes when you ask for service. They shut down before the store even closes and has sticky floors you can feel as you walk. Will not be coming back to this location of Yogurtland. read more

Busy shop but great yogurt and assortment of toppings staff was helpful and nice. Would definitely return to this location again.

Everytime we come there are only about 3-4 flavors ready and available. All the other flavors are out and or low on mix. It says that they are handcrafted flavors well it would be nice if they had them prepared and ready for clients. The staff also go to the back and don't return up front for 15-20 minutes. Really disappointed! read more

This is the only frozen yogurt place that I like the plain tart flavor. Everywhere else just isn't as good as Yogurtland. Plus I looooooove the granola they have. They are always clean, the toppings are fresh and if the don't have something out they will get it from the back for you. Anyone that partners with Sanrio to put Hello Kitty on my yogurt cup and give me a ChocoCat spoon is awesome in my book :) read more

Really glad there is a Yogurtland on West 7th and nearby Target. It gets crowded during peak times and hard to get a table, even though there are more tables outside of the store. The service is not as attentive as the one in Carrollton (the one I am used to). The upside is the hours as they are open until 11pm even on a Sunday. This place isn't really great for a date, since there are kids running around there some times. It can be good for a date, if it's sunny and you go outside on a bench, which there are two of them in front of the store. I gave three stars (would give a half-star more if half-stars were a thing), because I love frozen yogurt and was spoiled with it when it started trending. Yogurtland being a chain, is pretty good for what it is. Not too pricey with a small cup coming out to $3 for us up to $6 for a large cup. Lots of toppings to choose from. If you haven't been here before, the counter person will explain to you when you walk in...it's weighed by ounce. read more

The flavors and toppings at Yogurtland are tasty and noteworthy, but more than anything I need to write a review so that everyone knows how CHEAP the yogurt is! A personal serving of frozen yogurt anywhere else in town will run you $4-6. Even with an excessive amount of fruit and cheese cake topping (so tasty!) you'll pay no more than $2.50 or so at Yogurtland. Part of me wanted to keep this little secret all to myself--after all, Yogurtland is always packed and even more customers means a longer wait for me--but I'm a good person and felt that I needed to share the weatlh! So go buy yourself and all of your friends some yogurt, just leave some for me! read more

Don't forget to use the middle lever that combines the two on each side. Best flavor is the Red Velvet Cake by rating, but the real best flavors are the combos with the middle lever. It's usually busy after dinner when the two/three restaurants and the Chick fil a are busy. My wife and I guessed that people would go eat and then head over to this very inexpensive place for desert. We could both have a lot for only 7 dollars. Cost is by weight so the toppings are what adds to the cost. If you like Tarts, then you will want to go to one of the other area yogurt places because our friend that is a huge yogurt guru said so. However, He said this is the place with the best toppings and lowest price per oz. Therefore, if you aren't very much into the Tarts, then come here. And if you don't know, you can still come here because they have Tarts which you can try. read more

Was glad to see that this location still tasted as good as the other locations I've visited. I don't think that the employee upkeep was as good though. Even during a lull of customers, the employees remained at the front and chatted when clearly, there was a mess of sample cups and spilled over yogurt that could have been cleaned away from the machines. At least maybe wipe down the scales! I was super excited to see the sanrio themed spoons and tubs, it made my little heart very happy. read more

OK, as you may notice, I don't discriminate when it comes to frozen yogurt! The fact that I can also get red beans and mochi added to my delectable treat in a cup, takes their yogurt to another level (in my opinion)...geez so many flavours to choose from! MMM...Lemonade passionfruit tart is perfect for the summer time (with redbean, coconut and mango) Their new chocolate coconut truffle sounds great also (definitely need to give it a try next time) read more

Great stuff and good variety too and it's what you have come to expect from a soft-serve yogurt place. The location is perfect for an after dinner treat but they really need to enlarge their space. My only negative was the store was too small to handle all the customers and therefore it really impacted the whole experience. There were not enough places to sit, inside and really only a couple of public benches outside. If they could improve this aspect it really would be great! read more
