Great customer service. Even though this is a rather small store, we felt comfortable enough to stay and enjoy our ice cream indoors with our 1 year old. The small table for kiddos made it even better for us. Awesome business!
Great customer service and a wide selection of delicious ice cream flavors. After trying several samples, I chose one scoop of Cookie Monster and one scoop of Strawberry Magic. I also requested a waffle cone on top, and the two flavors complemented each other perfectly.
Morgan's Ice Cream is homemade, dye free, gluten free yummy ice cream. They also have homemade pastries brought in daily. Molly, the server, was so nice and informative. She explained the flavors of the ice cream; they had interesting names. Morgan's was a cute little ice cream shop. It doesn't have much seating, but you can always take your bowl, cup, or cone to-go!
Yum! If you love all things ice cream then you need to come visit this place. Seeing all the "sold out" signs on many of their flavors is a good sign...it means they have been busy! I had 2 scoops of Strawberry and Cookies and cream. The employee suggested chocolate syrup and whip cream. The flavor combos were amazing! The establishment is super clean, great service and worth the drive to S. Main!
Great experience with Morgan's ice cream! They have some unique flavors that are delicious and not very heavy. I did the "don't tell mom" which was birthday cake with cookie dough, and the Cookie Monster, which was like a blue cream (naturally dyed!) with Oreo pieces. Both were so delicious I wish I had the Cookie Monster on top so you could see the blue in my photos. The staff was very nice and the place is cute. It's very small so definitely recommend grabbing it and eating outside on a nice day. Thanks, Yelp, for creating this opportunity for the community.
Took my mother along to experience a much more boutique ice cream run experience than we are used to. She got the fudged up brownie and Cookie Monster scoops, which were much bigger than expected, after being allowed to try little tastes of a few different ice creams to know what unique flavor she would actually want. There were a couple items out of stock on a Monday afternoon so it is clear to see just what the most popular flavors were. The overload of chocolate and cookies was immaculate and not overwhelming. The parlor is very small and doesn't feel like the right spot to finish that much ice cream in one sitting but the regular decor was so very cute. The attendant was super kind helping to guide her to the right experience and point out all the options. There's also a mini fridge with to go pints!
Wow, I'm already a sucker for ice cream flights but this ice cream was. so. dang. good!!!! We had such friendly and quick service when we came in on a Saturday right around opening time. They let you sample flavors and I had a hard time choosing which flavors to go with! Ultimately I picked the pistachio raspberry, the lemon oreo, strawberry and buttercake, and oreo ice cream flavors. They were rich and creamy and not too sweet, you could definitely taste the fresh berries they use in their goodies!! It's small on the inside with a few seating options, but it was a nice day so we took ours to go enjoy outside. This is a must visit if you're in the area and love high quality ice cream!!!
Cute ice cream shop downtown. Home made ice cream. I love they listed the allergens on the menu and there was something I could have (allergy to soy). It's inviting and cute inside. Molly helped us and was friendly and explained the menu options well.
Service was great and the ice cream was very flavorful. I got the Wookies Cookies and the Strawberry Magic. Wookies Cookies was fantastic and creamy. It also had a feel of a churro. The Strawberry Magic had good flavor but in my opinion had too much cake. But this place was definitely a good choice none the less.
My favorite Southside ice cream shop !! Home of the Affagotto! Cold brew amd ice cream ! I had one today ! I stopped by to see the new flavors for March and got lucky !! Lemon Cookie Kiss was on the list and I love anything lemon so I grabbed a pint and a waffle cone to-go ! The service is always fast and friendly with casual atmosphere! I come here once or twice a month! Looking forward to the next visit!
This is a cute little shop, very simple and tucked in a strip of other shops surrounded by several popular restaurants. They don't offer seating, which I think is a bummer, considering it would be a perfect little stop during the summer/hot months. That's for those, who enjoy their ice cream and visit the area and their shop frequently. For the reasons below, I wish they offered samples. The idea of getting a full-serving, just to throw it out for something else with the potential of repeating; was something I felt was wasteful and made no sense. As a customer, if that didn't make sense, I can't imagine how it made sense to the owner. Ice Cream: Pumpkin Brown Butter Molasses Cookie Dough: Again, being that we aren't able to sample, I tried to get something I thought I would enjoy. I love pumpkin cheesecake ice cream, so I took a chance with the pumpkin brown on a waffle cone. The first couple of bites were okay, but I didn't want to waste a full serving of ice cream by choosing another flavor. Possibly because it was gluten-free, I found it to be gritty and it had an undesirable texture. Cookie Monster: I tasted this, the bite I sampled, tasted okay. My partner said he enjoyed it. Overall, I don't think I will visit this establishment again, but I'm happy I was able to visit. I do know several people who enjoy Vegan/Gluten Free foods and for them, this will be the perfect ice cream shop! Also, if you go during the warmer days, be careful. As soon as you step outside, your ice cream will quickly melt. I'd suggest you get your serving in a cup/bowl and not a cone. The customer service was pleasant and I found the prices to be a bit higher than some other places (Braums), however, this is a specialty shop, so the higher prices are understood.
For the record, Morgan's doesn't open until noon. I showed up on Friday, but was too early. So I came back today - YAY! I got the honey on the waffle and it was fantastically delicious. Lots of flavors and combinations to choose from. I even bought an extra pint of the maple walnut to bring home. This shoppe is clean and cutely decorated. Fast and friendly service. This hit the spot!! Let your tastebuds decide.

I came to Morgan's with a recommendation that it was the best ice cream in town and it lived up to that standard. The flavor selection was plentiful with lots of choices. While getting samples to better understand what I would want, the person working wasn't getting impatient and she was extremely kind. Each time someone would come in and out of the store she would greet them. My only concerns were that the shop got a little crowded when there multiple people waiting to order and that the ice cream melted pretty quick outside of the fridge. However, that doesn't take away the fact that Morgan is one of the best ice cream spots in town. I would highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!! read more
It had been such a long time since I'd been around this area, and honestly it's turned into such a fun little spot now. It was the perfect hot sunny day for some ice cream, so stopped by and tried the Café Delight and Honey Nuts Vanilla, plus sampled a few other flavors too. The Café Delight had oat & coconut milk espresso ice cream with white chocolate chip cookies mixed in, super creamy and really good. I just wish the espresso flavor was a little stronger since I love bold coffee flavors. The Honey Not so Vanilla was delicious, creamy and just perfect too. Also tried the fudge brownie and golden oreo and the fudge brownie was definitely my favorite. It was rich, creamy, and super chocolatey. The golden oreo gave classic cookies & cream vibes and was really good too. The girl helping us was so sweet, the ice cream quality was amazing overall, and even though the jelly sprinkled donut flavor wasn't really my thing, it was still such a fun experience. I also wanted to try the toasted lemon coconut since I love lighter summer flavors, but they were out of it. Hopefully next time! read more

I visited with a couple of girlfriends on a Friday night and they were busy but service was quick! They have so many fun options to choose from and great vegan flavors as well. I got one of their monthly flavors which was Lemon Cookie Kiss (V), A house-made coconut & oat milk lemon ice cream with crumbles of Lemon Oreos mixed in. It was soo delicious. It tasted like a lemon cake. It's a small shop but there's some seating inside and outside. The back wall was adorned with children's ice cream cone coloring pages which were super cute. They don't offer samples but if you don't like the flavor you choose for some reason they'll swap it out for a different one so that's nice. I highly recommend it! read more

The ice cream here was great! The people were very friendly and it definitely gave off a small town feel. Someone I was with managed to make a mess and they went above and beyond to help out! The ice cream was also pretty good! The only I would add is there were aspects of the store where the store seemed bland. I'd definitely recommend this for a place to finish off your meal with a dessert!! read more

I had delicious vegan and gluten free salted caramel shortbread fudge in a waffle bowl. It wasn't too sweet and had the perfect amount of salt and I liked the little surprises of shortbread bar pieces mixed in. I think that took it to another level. It's one of the flavors for January so if you love salted caramel, I suggest you go to Morgan's to get a scoop! My husband had the fudged up brownie and the mint chip. I got to taste both of them and both had really good flavors. It's amazing to me how these can be sweet, but also in a way, savory. I don't know how they do it. Mint chip is another flavor of the month and it's also vegan and gluten free. I don't know how or with what the ice cream was dyed with in order to get that signature light green look, but the ice cream was dyed naturally. We ended up getting a pint of what I assume was a flavor of December because it was winter mint fudge, which they don't have on the menu anymore. The fudge is so decadent, but the mint really holds it down. The person at the counter was super nice even though it was close to closing time and it's such a cute store front. There's plenty of free parking on the street. I would definitely come here again. I'm excited to see what flavors they have for February. read more
Tried the fudged up brownie and it had massive pieces of brownie in it. I was pleasantly surprised. I would rate it a 10/10 for sure. I can't wait to try out more of their flavors. It's a great treat after eating at one of the numerous restaurants on the same block. read more

Ice cream in Texas is essential, and Morgan's takes care of their customers! I loved the flavor options, especially the new seasonal flavors for fall like pumpkin, apple and more! Service was great, Valentina was so kind! They have several types of cones, including homemade waffle cones that I highly recommend. I loved my brownie ice cream, and next time I'm excited to try the affogato option to add cold brew to any scoop! Great spot in Fort Worth read more
Morgan's delivers high quality ice cream in a cute and convenient location in Fort Worth. The girl working behind the counter was patient while my sister and I tried to choose what flavor we wanted. She also suggested the most popular flavors to try as well. I tried the Cookie Monster and it was so good! My sister tried the fudged up cookie dough. She liked it but wished she would've got the same flavor as me. The prices are a little high, but I will say they did not skimp on the quality of their ice cream. I would definitely return once it's warmer outside! read more

This location is located in an up and coming neighborhood of Fort Worth! I'm excited for them to be able to experience the booming area! The store is small but just enough room to get what you need and enjoy the rest of the area! Lots of things to do surrounding them. They don't do samples so that was kind of disappointing! I wanted to try them all!! I ended up selecting strawberry magic which was pretty delicious but the butter cake was a weird texture! Still not sure how to feel about it, but I'm still leaning towards a positive vibe on it due to the strawberry taste was really strong and it was very creamy! The worker was very sweet to suggest the ice cream that she liked in detail so I appreciate her for helping making my selection a lot easier! I gotta come back again though to try everything else and I can't wait! read more

Small, simple ice cream place near UT SOUTHWESTERN Moncrief clinic. Parking was tricky, which was the biggest downside! Unless you work nearby or happen to be in the area, it would be a hassle to drive just to go to Morgan's. Very simple interior, not very busy at lunch time. Relatively smaller flavor options compared to big Chain ice cream places. The cookies & cream was creamy, smooth, & not overwhelmingly sweet. Ok portion-size. I enjoyed my one scoop, but it is pricey. $4.75 for one scoop in a cup, $1.5 extra for waffle bowl, $1 extra for a cone. read more

I initially was thinking I wouldn't be able to actually eat the ice cream because I can't have dairy; however, I noticed a few vegan choices on the menu! I went with the Fudged Up Cookie Dough, it's made with coconut milk. I didn't think it would taste as good as it did. I liked the texture of it too. The entryway is small and when more people lined up behind me the line wrapped around. But everyone had patience and we're happy for a cold treat on such a hot Texas day! Parking is good, there's spaces leading up to Morgan's and past it. There's sidewalks so you can take a stroll while enjoying your scoop. read more

Delicious local treat, Perfectly creamy. service can be slow during a rush but they're very nice. The inside was small and cute, mostly a grab and go place. Must try, local favorite, my coworker catered this for her wedding. read more
Fantastic ice cream and fabulous service. We took a little road trip to Forth Worth and it was most certainly worth it! One of the best ice cream flavors I've ever had and my friend who had children with food allergies and followed a gluten free lifestyle was super impressed with the gluten free variety and how delicious it was. She said she was coming back with her entirely family the very next day! That's awesome! Go see them and see what's up. Really really amazing! Such a great idea to cool off in this heat! I chose the Wookies Cookies flavor and it was jam packed with delight and deliciousness! Pretty dang gooooody! My friend chose the Key Lime cheesecake and she really enjoyed it! read more
