You had us at wagyu... husband ordered the Lonestar hot dog which was reminiscent of a Chicago dog because of the atomic green pickled stuff, but this had a kick. I had the Lonestar street dog because it reminded me of the street vendors who would sell hot dogs outside of clubs in Los Angeles. They really get you with the smell of grilled onions. When I took a bite out of my hot dog, I was so surprised. It was so tender. It didn't have the snap you would usually experience with regular hot dogs. It had such a nice meaty flavor. I really didn't know what to expect with a wagyu beef hot dog, but it's delicious. Definitely worth checking this place out. I'll come back again for sure. Nonetheless, I truly do feel that Rodeo Goat does it differently. Came here after work with some friends. There's quite an assortment of creative options. I opted for the Hot Bastard. To make it even more interesting, I got it with the Impossible Patty (per recommendation). Now, upon first bite, there's not an immediate heat. However, it slowly creeps up. It creeps up to the point where you do find yourself looking for a glass of water or just anything to help settle the heat. That's what I loved the most about this burger. Maybe it was the fresno peppers. Maybe it was the habanero cheddar. Whatever it was, I loved it. Now, in terms of the patty, I thought it was great quality. I haven't tried their beef patties to use as a comparison but I still enjoyed the burger very much with the impossible patty. Only qualm about it was that the patty did give way about halfway through. Though, I find that's on par with a good messy burger. Overall, would come again, especially with the immense variety. There are lots of burger options to choose from, so there's something for just about everyone. One suggestion would be to add a dedicated toppings section to the menu. When building your own burger, it's difficult to know all of the available topping choices. The only downside to our visit was that there was a very large dog dining inside the restaurant. The staff allowed the dog's water bowl to be placed on the table, and while the dog remained on a leash, several employees stopped to pet it before returning to refill drinks, deliver food, or check on guests. That wasn't something I was comfortable with and took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

I couldn't finish the tots because I was so stuffed with the burger (solid portions). The burger had somewhat of a homemade burger taste which I loved. Although I must say, Texas still can't compete with LA when it comes to vegan food, especially burgers...we're just a little ahead of the game here in Cali when it comes to veg food. Vice definitely reminded me of the first iteration of plant based burgers from some time ago which is why I think LA/Cali is ahead of the game.
