The new Dubai chocolate bite treat is tasty, and I've also enjoyed the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha and the Matcha one. Absolutely Unacceptable Wait Time - Over 30 Minutes for 3 Coffees. My experience has been profoundly frustrating and frankly, unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my order is still not ready. Throughout this period, I have watched countless other customers come in, place their orders, receive their drinks, and leave. Meanwhile, I have been standing waiting in the corner, out of the flow of traffic, feeling completely ignored. Nothing that can do other than cancel my order and walk away!!! read more

When it comes to service, I cannot recommend this Starbucks location at all. While sometimes you stop out of necessity, every visit I've had here has been disrespectful, frustrating, and disappointing. On multiple occasions, my order has been made incorrectly, and it feels as though the staff are not paying attention--or worse, doing it on purpose. When I point out the mistake, I'm met with a quick "sorry," but no real effort to correct the issue. This has happened more than once, and it's especially frustrating when I'm on my way to work and don't have time to wait for it to be fixed. What makes the situation worse is the behavior of the manager. On two separate visits, when he saw me, he avoided me entirely by walking to the back instead of addressing the problem directly. That is unacceptable leadership and sets a poor example for the rest of the team. I will no longer spend my money at this location. Customers deserve respect, accuracy, and accountability for the service they pay for. This store needs serious changes--whether that means retraining staff or replacing management--because the current experience is completely unacceptable. read more

Awesome experience at this Starbucks today. The three ladies behind the counter were all friendly, smiling and super nice. Before ordering my drink I decided to browse their merchandise shelves. Here I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Wow. That doesn't happen often. The lady who took my drink order did a great job. My drink is always complicated but she processed it correctly and cheerfully. My drink was ready quickly and was perfect. This Starbucks has a large outdoor patio area in front where you can sit and watch all the cars go by on Hall Blvd while relaxing with your Starbucks drink and snack. Its a very pleasant spot. There is lots of nice indoor seating available as well. I like the atmosphere at this Starbucks. My visit here today was great in every way. read more

The employees were not very kind. Each person I interacted with seemed to be very annoyed. I asked for a kids vanilla steamer and they gave me a tall steamed milk. When I clarified my order the employee was bothered that she had to remake it stating "I guess I can remake it." Also my eggs came in just a bag... is this normal? first time at this store, ordered ahead went in to grab and had to wait as they were busy, no big deal. There was a lady working named Bri who was rude and not friendly. Their cold brew was down and a lady was waiting on her cold brew and asked about her drink Bri responded "our cold brew is down, you can have an iced coffee" if it was down and you saw her drink you should have let her know and asked what else you could get her, she should not of had to ask you. Then I asked for a ice water and Bro told me "you can go get back in line and we will get you one" ummm, I have never been told that at a Starbucks... There was Avery nice older lady working who heard the exchange and brought me over a water, she was kind and was a fine example of great customer service, I forgot to look for her name tag but kudos to her for being kind and providing customer service. read more

Don't do pick ups at this location. They get my order wrong almost every single time, so then I have to wait and have them remake it. Kinda defeats the purpose of pick up when I intentionally use this service to save time. Workers are new every few months, so I get they don't know what they are doing, but attention to detail is everything for this job? The website lists "oven-warmed food" which doesn't sound too appetizing, but the breakfast sandwiches are decent. Though I find it interesting that the "Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon, Cholesterol-Free Egg, Reduced-Fat White Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich" has 350 cals and 41 carbs while the Peppered Bacon, Egg and Aged Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich has 390 cals and 37 carbs. So for 40 cals I'll get the full flavored version with fewer carbs. I know, it has more fat calories - I guess I live on the edge sometimes. Not a bad breakfast on the run. So after the Starbucks CEO made the big splash earlier this year about refocusing the stores back to the roots (something about wanting to walk in and smell coffee, not food cooking), many still sell the breakfast sandwiches. I guess they need to burn through the millions they have stashed in freezers somewhere. This store? looks like all the others, coffee tastes like all the others, but not sure the hours are the same. This Starbucks is closest to my work. Usually its pretty good but sometimes the morning staff get a bit too chatty with one another and forget a drink order so you stand around waiting for them to ask if you've been helped. The girl was nice and made my drink immediately and gave me a free drink coupon for next time. She made it right. Other than that one little hiccup, I will continue to go back here and there. This Starbucks biggest drawback is the parking lot which is extremely small for this mini strip mall. There is very high traffic here but the emcees do a great job hammering out the drinks. There is minimal indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well. #40 read more

This Starbucks is usually busy, especially on the weekends, but I typically don't experience any service delays. I usually only come here if I'm also going to Einstein bagels right next door. I use 3 stars as the model for Starbucks if I have a pleasant experience, and add or detract based on my experiences there, for better or for worse. I start at 3 because there are a plethora of coffee options available that are better. I've always received great service and my last experience was positive with a barista who actually ground my whole beans to the specification I requested and advised me of a sale they were having on said beans, he managed to upsell me which is not an easy thing to do (as in the past I was employed by a different Starbucks and therefore am not easily swayed). This is a solid location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, which is nice. read more

I am a Starbucks regular at several sites. This is by far my least favorite. I only go to this one if I am in the area. The help is standoffish and not helpful. This is very unusual for a Starbucks. This one is hard to get to even though it is highly visible when driving on Hall Blvd. You need to turn off Hall and wind around to a small parking lot and then walk way to the front of the strip mall to find the store. And the store shape is weird and not inviting. The decor is substandard for Starbucks as well. I do not recommend going here unless you can stroll over from your work place.
