Welp - this has less to do with the location, it was clean, people were kind - all the things! But more to do with Jamba overall! I haven't been in quite awhile but when I used to work in stores I had Jamba quite often. Every so often an orange dream machine, as a treat. But usually a green juice or an orange carrot juice and always a wheat grass shot. We stop we by Einstein's for a rare bagel breakfast after I was out of town for a long workweek and I thought - wow - a juice and a wheatgrass shot would be really good today! So I headed over and when I got in - no oranges or fresh fruit, no flats of wheatgrass. Nothing fresh! Ok, ok it sounds like this is not new news - ok. But for me complete surprise! No longer do they do any fresh juices. The employees kindly looked at me like I had a third eye when I mentioned a green juice or carrot and orange juice. So I asked for a recommendation and got some sort of peach smoothie that is for immunity - they assured me it had really good orange juice concentrate It was ok, but just ok-ish: They have some form of pre-made wheatgrass-esq shot in a bottle that tasted more of sweetness and candy than health. Sweet group of people. But sadly; last Jamba visit ever for me. read more

Super disappointed in JJ overall, not just this location. Nothing feels fresh anymore -- everything is loaded with sugar, and the smoothies don't even taste like real fruit. What happened to fresh-squeezed orange juice? That used to be the one redeeming thing. Went to the Tualatin location and it was chaos. So loud I could barely think -- blenders nonstop, machines humming, employees shouting over each other. The acoustics are awful. The Gen Z cashier looked at us like we were old farts who were out of touch...lol. Corporate changes messed it all up. Overall just not a good experience. This store is the worst Jamba I have experienced! The service lacks understanding of what customer service is. Out of three visits over the last week I have been forgotten twice and the Jamba was terrible. Don't let them get away with a poorly made Jamba! The first time they forgot about me they game me a card for a free Jamba! Needless to say I haven't used it and won't! I am considering opening a smoothie king just to offer a better option in this region! Absolutely terrible to wait 15 minutes to watch people come and go and then ask me what my order was and then to make a poor Jamba shake! I think I'll make my own shake today! Please don't lie to your customers especially when they use to work for Jamba Juice. Came in with my son on a Tuesday afternoon. Bought a large white gummy bear smoothie (32 oz) and asked it to be split. I know for a FACT that when you split a large to 2 small cups (16 oz) they should be FULL because 32 divide by 2 is 16. Plus, I use to work at Jamba Juice.. don't tell me the math has changed because that would be another lie. The manger there told me no they don't quite fill up. Girl.... This thing was 1/4 less than what it was supposed to be for BOTH CUPS. Would like someone to remedy this, all the other locations of Jamba juices have always filled up the cups when we split it. read more

I walked in and wasn't quite sure what time they closed and asked if they were almost closing and they were so sweet and polite and said nope not at all after which I realized they closed in the next like five minutes... Usually love them but had a bad experience there two weeks ago. I ordered my usual, peanut butter moo'd with extra protein. The drink literally had no flavor! Even my husband agreed and told me to stop buying those drinks if they taste like that. It was like they forgot the peanut butter and the banana. Tasted like just whey protein. At first I didn't do a review because the manager promptly called me to inquire. She was very understanding and said she'd talk to the staff. This location is close to my home and they always have the best energy. I appreciate the staff for keeping the store clean and stocked. Great service, asking if I need anything else with my order, making sure I get my points, if I need a drink carrier, etc. Over the years I've been going there, they know my order, which I love and again, I so appreciate them. My daughter loves the mural in the store and it definitely brightens the space. Prices have gotten higher than I'd like, but then again I'm getting coconut whip to everything Thanks Jamba team! read more

great drinks! however i agree with the last statement. sometimes this location tries to give you less than what you paid for. Medium drink and add one will always equal large drink . And a large drink split in two should be close to full two 16 oz. What an amazing experience my kids and I had. I came in, planning to get a smoothie and they sold my favorite bar. Then I saw in front of the register a new coffee drink with coconut and asked the lovely lady running the cash register questions. She was not only so kind but looked up the answers to my questions if she didn't feel %100 positive with the right answer. She even recommended how the drink should be made but I was hesitant and went with what I thought would be good and it was horrible lol, they gave me the drink the way this lovely suggested and I looked at her and said, clearly I should have listened to you lol. This was my first time at this location but not my first Jamba so I am familiar with the concept. It is located in a shopping center area in Bridgeport where there is parking. I walked inside to a clean restaurant with three friendly ladies greeting me as I walked in. The restaurant was clean and had little stickers to encourage social distancing. The workers all wore proper ppe. I ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie (not sure the name) . I waited in the waiting area and my smoothie came out relatively fast. I took it to go and enjoyed half of it in my car and half of it the next day. It was tasty both times. read more

Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced at any Jamba Juice location. I order the same thing every time and have never had an issue. When it didn't come out as expected, I inquired on why it was different. I was told it's the way that it ALWAYS does in a very rude tone. I can make smoothies perfectly fine at home but enjoy letting my kids have a 'treat' once in a while. But, for $10 a smoothie; if it doesn't come with a smile and 'the customer is always right' mentality... I will not be coming back! read more

This Jamba Juice is consistently slow because they understaff in the mornings. The staff is polite and the drinks are good. Advice: develop a better plan for staffing during the morning rush and train your staff on how to quickly prepare beverages between taking orders. 2 stars read more

It's a chain and the smoothies are the same as you would get at any other Jamba Juice, but this location is especially nice, so I'm rating it on that (vs. a comparison to a local smoothie joint). Love this jamba juice, they're usually really friendly. My husband absolutely adores the pumpkin smash smoothie. I always go for the Ginger n' greens or the acai antioxidant smoothie. The cheddar tomato twist is one of our favorites. The parm pretzels are always kind of burnt tho or maybe dry...well, actually they're both kind of dry but surprisingly still good. Today, the girl who made our smoothies kind of seemed irritated by us for some reason, it was weird. They usually always fill our cups almost to the brink of being too full (which is good) but today the girl left about an inch between the lid and the fill line, so it was kind of disappointing. The smoothies are still delicious, I just wish she filled them up all the way like they usually do, especially because I could see there was enough of both smoothies still left in each blender to give out samples. read more

It's Jamba, they're all the same, blended boosted smoothies that only the most efficient of corporate establishments can provide...you always know what you're gonna get here. All that aside I do like the Tualatin Jamba. Friendly staff and they're really quick no matter how busy they are. Definitely the best of any Jamba I've been to. The all-fruit smoothies are my fave and the Peach Perfection is terrific. I do feel bad for the girl chosen to wear the banana suit every day though...that's gotta suck. read more

I always stop here when I am running errands. This place gets slammed, yet the staff always looks like they are having a good time. I am always impressed when I see these 'young folks' being so professional and courteous. I've seen some difficult customers there.
