Stopped into the Tualatin Vitality Bowls on a Saturday evening and ordered a large Superfood Bowl…read morewith pea protein blended in. It came loaded: sliced banana fanned around the edge, then blueberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, granola, and a drizzle of honey, all over an açaí, pitaya, and graviola base. It was generous and fresh, and the fruit looked like it had been cut that evening. What sets this place apart is what's missing. The menu says no ice or frozen yogurt fillers, and you can taste it. The bowl is dense and fruit-forward, not a sugary slush. It kept me full for hours. The space is better than it needs to be for a bowl shop. There's an open ceiling, warm pendant lights, a fireplace with a lounge corner, a kids' play area, and high chairs. It's clean and calm, a spot where you could actually sit and eat. I also liked the local touches: posters for the Tualatin cheer squad and Tigard Tigers soccer, both teams they sponsor. You can tell this is a neighborhood business. Daniela took my order and was friendly and quick. Five stars, and I'll be back to try the Dragon Bowl.

I highly recommend the blueberry almond butter smoothie and pink flamingo! I loved the açaí mango bowl but man that blue vanilla cashew drizzle on the radiant raspberry bowl is something to try. So far I've only done pickup orders with my coworkers and the items have survived the 10 min drive and aren't watery or soupy by the time I get to enjoy them. My neighborhood store is the Scholls Ferry location but I was running errands near Bridgeport and I decided to stop into this location to buy my family meal. I haven't been in quite awhile but when I used to work in stores I had Jamba quite often. Every so often an orange dream machine, as a treat. But usually a green juice or an orange carrot juice and always a wheat grass shot. We stop we by Einstein's for a rare bagel breakfast after I was out of town for a long workweek and I thought - wow - a juice and a wheatgrass shot would be really good today! So I headed over and when I got in - no oranges or fresh fruit, no flats of wheatgrass. Nothing fresh! Ok, ok it sounds like this is not new news - ok. But for me complete surprise! No longer do they do any fresh juices. The employees kindly looked at me like I had a third eye when I mentioned a green juice or carrot and orange juice. So I asked for a recommendation and got some sort of peach smoothie that is for immunity - they assured me it had really good orange juice concentrate It was ok, but just ok-ish: They have some form of pre-made wheatgrass-esq shot in a bottle that tasted more of sweetness and candy than health. Sweet group of people. But sadly; last Jamba visit ever for me.

I…read morewas bracing myself for that typical chalky, gritty texture most nutrition shakes have--but NOPE! This was smooth perfection from first sip to last drop. It took me a solid 45 minutes to finish because it was so filling, and guess what? Even as it sat, the flavor stayed delicious and the texture didn't change a bit. Their menu is huge! Seriously, so many options--it feels like I'd have to visit every day for 90 days straight just to try everything. Decision paralysis is real here, but honestly, that's a great problem to have. The store wasn't busy when I visited, so it was nice and relaxed, giving me time to ask questions and enjoy the vibe. Pricing is on the higher side for drinks, but considering this is Tigard and these shakes are meal replacements, it's actually pretty reasonable. Definitely cheaper than grabbing a meal at most places around here, where you'd easily spend over \$20. Also, shout-out to Noah! Super friendly guy who genuinely cared about my fitness goals. He recommended their marathon program, which costs \$150 for a 10-day session, happening twice a month (from the 1st-10th and 15th-25th). You do need to buy Herbalife shakes and follow their meal plan, but I'm excited to see how it works out. I'll be back with an update once I finish my first round. For now, Daily Nutrition is a solid 5-star experience!
