This was definitely not the best experience at this location. We felt rushed to order and the cashier seemed to be in hurry even though it was not busy at all. She ended up taking our order while she was in the middle of making a smoothie for someone else. These guys were great. I stupidly walked in around 9:10pm on a hot Sunday when they closed at 9pm. They were probably slammed today. When I realized they were closed they made my drinks anyway. Excellent customer service this Monday morning. The cashier was upbeat (but not at all obnoxious), amazingly efficient, and super warm. It appeared she obviously knew what she was doing. Hey Madison, fix your attitude and the way you serve your customers. Seriously. The worst customer service ever. She couldn't even muster a smile, and seemed to be annoyed to be serving us the whole time. The cherry on top was when I wanted to use our Buy One Get One fundraiser card twice for 4 drinks, and explained to her that she'd have to separate the 2 transactions, she condescendingly told us that we didn't need to do that. Of course, she was wrong and after taking several minutes figuring that out, she wouldn't admit it. She ended up separating the transactions like I originally told her to, but instead of apologizing, she acted like we wasted her time. I haven't been that pissed at a random cashier in a long time. It's a horrible look for the business. She either needs to go back for customer service training or just needs to go before she pisses off any more customers. read more

I like to stop at this Jamba juice on my way to work, they are always cheery, quick and sometime they even knock a few cents off the total cause I work in the area. I like the vibe they give off a lot better than the hipster packed Starbucks across the parking lot. Aside from the ambiance, I know I can get something more nourishing to kick off my day than if I was going for a latte. This is the worst Jamba Juice. They were so busy so I waited 15 min for my Energy Bowl. I waited & I didn't have a problem with that but my Bowl came out so unfamiliar. I regularly eat is this bowl so I am very familiar with the taste & consistency of the ingredients. This time I had the worst Energy Bowl. The color came out oddly bright magenta. Think they were in a hurry & may have used too much fruit juice. I didn't have enough fruits in it, and I paid aprox $7 for this. Jamba Juice is unique when it comes to their delicious flavors. It is hard not to cave in to one of these yummy treats every now and then.

Each time I've tried to visit this Jamba Juice location I've been completely underwhelmed. Wether its waiting 10 mins to even be acknowledged by a staff member or told to wait without a "hello, please, or thank you" this location's staff management is poor to say the least. I hate to put the blame on the teenagers behind the counter, but you can tell they're undertrained, understaffed and just plain don't want to be there. Lesson to the store manager... hire and train more efficiently for better service. read more

They have lost some of their more experienced staff there recently. Most recent visit we were the only ones in there during our order. I asked for an extra thick smoothie and it was very runny. Then they forgot our pretzels and all disappeared to the back to talk. I had to flag someone down to remind them of our pretzels.This location has been hit and miss lately. The Tualatin location in the Pet Smart shopping mall is their best location. read more
