When I went there I was in a complete shock. First of all, they were apparently closed inside when there was no warning on the app, me and my friend checked the app before walking along 4 miles to get there! We were then told to get out and read the sign by a very rude employee, which honestly hurt us badly. They should be fired! We then decided to go to the drive-through on foot because we really needed a refreshing drink from the long journey we had walked there for we then stood in a line of a few cars, and then when it was finally our turn, it was completely silent. We stood there for a few minutes asking if they were there or not no response as soon as we left another car pulled in through the drive-through and right away. We instantly heard welcome to Starbucks, can I take your order? I am in stock! We then asked my father to come pick us up and take us to the drive through and this is the most shocking part. They messed up our drinks 3 times. Also the wait was crazy. Do better you dumb idiot! You're a million dollars company. I expect better, you just lost many loyal customers. The chai was watery and spicy with no sweetness. Bleh! undrinkable. So I parked and went inside to have the drink remade even though I had just gone through the drive through. After ignoring me for a bit while I was the only one in line, the male employee insisted I was wrong about how the drink has always been made. Even though I 100% know the chai was made differently (with milk!) as I've been ordering the chai when he was running around in nappies and sipping fruit juice boxes. I used to come here often, before I was screamed at through the drive through. My favorite barista, Julia, was screamed at by an old man wearing a Starbucks hat. He was snapping his fingers and clapping at her to move faster. We were having a delightful, meaningful conversation. I felt rushed and disrespected as a customer. My experience does not match the high price I am paying. I enjoy the store for Julia, but management has never made me feel welcomed. read more

Since the new manager, Robin, took over, this location has significantly declined in quality. Robin's behavior in the lobby makes me feel uncomfortable, and she seems out of touch with creating genuine connections with customers. My brother has even started leaving immediately when he sees her working. Where is upper management in all this? What happened to the Starbucks I used to know and love? This little gem has recently been remodeled! Located off of 99w in the HMart shopping center this is the closest Starbucks for us. The new look is fresh and modern. I miss the long dining room table, but the small tables can easily be pushed together to accommodate your needs. Friendly baristas greet you upon arrival. I usually order on my Ap, so I walk in, smile, and collect my prepaid drink! I would love to give this remodeled store a five star rating, but alas, with all of the new EVERYTHING...this Starbucks does not have a Clover machine. What? One of the best devices to get the best flavor from fresh beans...and they didn't get one!!! If you have not ordered a Clover coffee in one of the many Starbucks that do offer this I challenge you to make a Clover Coffee your next order. read more

Meeting with a friend and the 3 employees were friendly and communicated well! While there one employee custom made drinks with patience and asked the customers de their feedback on the drinks too. I have to say that typically in this area, Starbucks' locations have amazing service. This location is the exception. The girl who took my order also answered a phone call and took quite a bit of time before she asked them to hold to finish helping me. When my coffee came I asked if it was mine because I had ordered a venti and this was a grande. The barista let out a sigh and said she'd make me another one. She wasn't directing her exasperation at me, it was directed at her co-worker. When the cashier had handed her the cup for my drink, the barista also made some comment about her using the wrong initials for the drink. She had to verify what my order was. She told me that I could have both the grande and the venti, since they would throw it out anyway. I would have enjoyed that if the drink was more enjoyable, tastewise. I ordered a salted caramel latte and it was awful. When I came home I added a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of sea salt and stirred it. If I hadn't come home with the drinks, I would have tossed both of them out. So, from the quality of service to the quality of the product, I was disappointed on both counts. The store layout is also awkward and due to all of this, it would not ever be worth my time to visit this location again. read more

This was within walking distance of Ms. K.'s and my apartment when we lived in T-town (on a nice day, anyway). Typical Starbucks; this one is located in a strip mall by an Albertson's, WaMu bank (I guess it must be a Chase now?), Baskin Robbins and Blockbuster Video. It isn't a particularly large location and is set up in such a way that you kind of have to make your way past those waiting in line for their coffee to get to the register to order/pay. Through no fault of their own, just the layout of the buiding/space. There isn't a whole lot of room to sit and/or chairs, but it does have a couple tables with chairs outside, which is really great on a nice day. The staff was always friendly and seemed to make the coffee correctly as requested. Again, this is a Starbucks, so keep that in mind, but so long as your expectation is Starbucks, this won't disappoint. read more

As Starbucks go this is a bit funky on the ones I've been in. If I wasn't jonesing for a cup of Java I may not have stopped here. Great Starbucks in the area this place has the most consistent and friendly service. Hubs and I have been here multiple days/times and the service has always been great. My only complaint is a couple of times I've been in here when I've forgotten to pack a lunch and they only seem to carry the steak wrap or the kids pb&j box- neither of which are my faves. So like other have said this is a hole in the wall Starbucks. From what I have seen you can get in and out really fast. Almost every time I come in I see the same people so it has that small town feel. If you want a drive thru there is one down 99w about 1.5 miles away. read more

I really hate writing anything negative espically when everyone here is REALLY so nice but this is an chance for a learning experience, I stop at one of 2 Starbucks locations on my way to work every day (I work nights) so it's usually close to closing time and the past couple times I have come in here is just seems like they could use at least one more person working. It could be a staffing issue because like I stated earlier The staff and very helpful however it looks like the manager is usually more focused on getting your clothing items done and where is using one girl left, make all the water, and get everything done. I am the manager please so I know everybody wants to go home but I have waited up to 10 minutes for a coffee in that snowfall of the barista who is making coffee she can only do so much in my other location always has at least 4 people working all the way up to the moment they lock the doors. I understand the other location has a drive thru but watching the barista try to handle 2 people in like and 5 people waiting while the manage is in back is just kinda frustrating to me to watch the barist kira Not only taking orders and making orders but also dealing with the customers who are getting angry because it's taking a while. And again I want to say nobody is upset with Keera or whoever the barista happens to be that day but the gentleman who looks to be in charge always seems to disappear and leave the barista on her own. I normally come to this Starbucks because it's on my way to work but today was the worst I've ever gotten from a star bucks. I bought a caned refresher and asked for a cup of ice. I watched the cashier write the cup and put it in line. Others had lined up behind me and they put their orders in. I waited for about 10mins waiting for my simple cup of ice. I stood and watched as the barista made all the others drinks and send them out. My cup I think was given to someone else I think. So after watching a noticing my Cup of ice wasn't coming I asked the Cashier what was going on. She replied with "Right I'll make another cup" so I waited again for my simple cup of ice.
