They asked me if I wanted it heated up. I said I did. I saw her put it in the microwave, and I assumed they turned it on. When I bit into it (I had already left and walked across the street) it was cold. Like cold cold. On top of that it was flavorless which made it worse. To make matters worse, the staff were spraying cleaning chemicals on the glass surfaces while customers were standing nearby, and some people even got splashed in the face. There was no greeting, no smile, and almost no customers inside. The whole atmosphere felt off, and honestly, I'm not surprised this location only has around three stars.
