The shop alternates between two ordering windows on opposite sides of the building, and having additional staff to take orders at both windows would help move customers through much faster. The quality of the coffee was good, but the staffing and ordering process need attention, especially on weekends.

There is an eclectic and vaguely punk sort of vibe. It's clean and welcoming, but not overly polished. It's comfortable and inviting. Feels like an old-school coffeeshop from the 90s. The people who work there are also super friendly and happy to answer questions. There coffee is great and I love both the hot and cold options. The most recent time I was there I had an iced coffee and a pretty decent breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and bacon on an everything bagel. It was tasty and came out quickly. The bacon was chopped up into the egg, which I liked. They also recently started selling these incredible cinnamon rolls from a local bakery called Just Cinnamon. It happened to be a Friday the last time I was there so I brought a caramel pecan roll home to share with my wife. We loved it! Dagny's has great coffee, good breakfast options, and an awesome space for hanging out. I really enjoy sitting there to read or work remotely.

There's plenty of seating and a side room that they sometimes utilize for open mics and music performances. It's a great space and has a chill vibe. Lots of study groups will come to meet too, so it can get a bit loud if they're having a discussion. But it's well suited for the space. On a practical note, the drinks from Dutch Bros are always tasty and you can build your own out of anything. They have larger containers than some places and you get more bang for your buck. No restrooms are available for customers.

The physical menu says $8 and the digital menu says $7... not sure what I paid for it because they didn't give me a receipt. I asked for it with Oat Milk, not sure if there are additional charges. On a positive note that iced pistachio latte was delicious, especially the sips with chunks of pistachio sauce. Yum. Wanting to support the small business I also got their Bitifour ($2) and the Baklava ($6). The bitifour was described as a butter shortbread cookie which I really like but this version was on the dry, not buttery, and not sweet enough side for a cookie. The baklava came with 2 pieces in one order. I liked the baklava a lot more than the bitifour. I really liked the pistachio latte but I have a hard time giving a business 5 stars when their pricing is fuzzy.
