Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I ordered 2 beverages, and waited 25 mins for them. To be honest they weren't even busy. After i placed my order, I used the restroom, they were out of toilet paper, at least the bathroom was clean. I came out let the barista know they were out then continued to wait for my drinks. Once I got my drinks I noticed they were made incorrectly as they were wayyy too light, like too much cream. I mentioned it to the barista, she offered to remake them so I said sure I'd like that, I even told her to take her time, once again it was incorrect, so I repeated my drink order, which was a iced coffee. This Starbucks moved to the other side of the parking lot and added a drive thru. Most people don't know the move happened (guilty until my friend told me), so it's not as busy as the old one used to be. I came in mid day to do some work and have an refresher. I failed and ordered at the calloway site but they nicely made my drink for me anyway. The bathrooms are great. It's all very new and clean. Seats with work style tables are a little limited inside but plugs are all around. My lack of a star this trip was for the music. It was BLARING Mexican music. It was a bit difficult to concentrate through it. I put my headphones in with white noise but it was still super loud. When I was getting up to leave, it was a little lower but was a bit of a turn off. Will definitely be back for my typical Starbucks needs. read more

Great Starbucks location. It's in a good area (I am a bit partial because it's right by my house) and generally fast service! The baristas are friendly and don't drag their feet when serving coffee to customers. This is generally a busy and heavily-trafficked Starbucks. This means that they are used to high-density days and hours, so if you are in a hurry this is usually a safe bet. This also means that there is rarely seating (inside at least). Even still, if you come in before rush hours you should be fine! Side note, relatively great place to study. read more

After a morning grocery shop I was needing a cup of joe. The only thing his location doesn't have as a stand alone Starbucks is a drive thru. I know how lazy can I be? Well I managed to get my rusty butt out of my car to get my cup of coffee instead of braving a fast food joint near by. As usual it the same as any Starbucks. Friendly staff with overpriced coffee!! Although we all frequent this place to get a cup and pay the price to make sure of consistency. And they will make sure your coffee is right too and that's what we pay for. I always said they should of named it Fivebucks instead!! Great coffee with great outdoor seating too. The only thing keeping this Starbucks location from having 5 stars is the lack of a drive through, and the fact that they close earlier than the other Starbucks locations on the Westside. IMHO this Starbucks has the best outdoor seating area. There are chairs, tables, couches, and I believe even some shady areas outside. The seating area is separated from the busy street by a grassy area. There is always ample adjacent parking, even on busy weekday mornings when all the Centennial High School kids line up to get their morning caffeine fix. The interior seating is very nice at this location, also. It has a more open feel than most of the other Starbucks (except for the White Lane and Stein location) You'll find the same group of elderly gentlemen sitting outside every morning. I'm not joking. I have started going for long walks (4-8 miles) every morning whenever I'm not working and it doesn't matter whether I leave at 5:00 or 8:00 am, these gentlemen are always there chit chatting with each other like a group of old hens. The barristas are always friendly, full of smiles and cheery greetings. And I have NEVER had a drink come out wrong here. Their quality control is far greater than at some other Starbucks locations around town! never a burnt shot and the tea is always adequately shaken. This Starbucks has achieved the community feel of an independent store while maintaining the standards that make for legendary service! Kudos to you! read more

Update ! Changed Starbucks locations , and let me tell you , it was a fabulous change ! They charge what they are suppose to for water ( free) and only .50 cents to flavor it ! This is a good location for customer service and seating. They obviously have lots of regulars from the area, shih speaks for their level of service. The older staff is extremely quick and courteous. The only time I've ever had slow service or a wrong order is when they are training a newbie or the iced coffee brew has run out, which is totally understandable. There is no drive thru and the parking can be very limited as they share with the steak and grape, but it's worth it. read more

This location is not near as busy as the one down the street, partly because it doesn't have a drive thru and the parking is adequate since the other business nearby is only open during the evenings. Came by today for the first time and was rudely engaged by the cashier. It wasn't very busy and her attitude to take my order was a little too negative. I had to tell her 3 times that I wanted my drink iced. I had to tell her 2 times that I wanted to use my free drink and was still charged and got the "oops" face. I dropped by this location on July 1st on my way back home. I decided to stop by this location to get a drink and a quick snack. There is no drive thru at this location which is fine. I went into the store where I was greeted with a "Hello!" It was not busy, a few Mobile orders but nothing crazy. I started ordering with the lady at the register, I had a drink that requires some building, but a drink that is not complicated. I asked for cinnamon powder in my drink (cinnamon containers are not out due to COVID-19, which is understandable, that's why I asked for it in my drink) the girl looked at me and basically ignored my request. She did not put it in the system so that once my sticker pops out it will say cinnamon powder. I noticed and was like okay no big deal, maybe she'll add it for me herself. Then I proceed to order a breakfast sandwich and I ask for sriracha as well. Again did not put it in the POS. Once my order was complete, a lady that brought out my sandwich was super nice and friendly. I had to ask the barista for the sriracha (of course). So then I get my drink right after and no cinnamon powder. Then I ask the barista making the drinks to add the cinnamon powder to my drink and she was rude about having to add it! She gave me a look like I didn't order it like that. I understand the frustration with guests and how they could be needy but I just wanted my drink to be perfect. Normally an alright location but when high school kids come in and start being loud the staff won't say anything to them.

The staff is nice, but I will not be back if they allow homeless people to camp out at tables for hours. Tonight there were two very dirty men using the best tables for hours. One slept the whole time. He was allowed to have his dog under the table. I want shelter and help for these men, but do I want to pay to sit and eat and drink next to the stench? How could the owners permit this? What kind of disinfectants are used on these tables after hefty bags of junk are placed on them.
