Since it was our first visit, the server patiently guided us through the options. I ordered the vanilla bean latte, and my husband got a matcha. Both drinks were absolutely perfect in taste and sweetness! There was a tiny mix-up where my husband received a regular matcha instead of the lavender matcha he ordered, but it tasted so good we didn't mind at all. I have never experienced a poor interaction with the staff and they've provided the expected level of service to both myself and those I observe around me during each visit. The person, who I assume, is the manager on duty during the day has been nothing but exceptional during each visit, even asking "what smoothie are you waiting for" if she feels as though her customer may have been waiting too long for a smoothie.
