The portion was generous as I barely ate half of it. As I was paying, it was awkward being requested a gratuity. The only employees present were the owners. The prices on the menu have increased at least once, so they could be increased again.

I stopped by this afternoon and ordered several food items, a coffee, and one of their amazing candles. At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out! Haven't yet tried this place and was so glad I did. Kyla greeted me and took my order. As I sat in the shop, I felt so free! The windows and doors were rolled up and air flowed through. When she returned, there was a sweet, "Happy Mother's Day," inscribed on my coffee lid. What a nice surprise! We chatted for a bit about the morning and she was so generous and kind. She could have easily said, 'thanks, have a nice day,' but she took an extra second or so to connect and it was a huge blessing for this Mom's first Mother's Day so far away from home.
