Stopped in for a drink and left with a smile. Perfect visit. Placed the order on the app and it was ready just about when I got to the counter. The Cocomo blended freeze was awesome. Excellent taste and will definitely try it out again! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - The sign in the snow - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Denton, Texas

Taia is such a fun and bubbly barista, love going and seeing her, always makes my coffee the absolute best!

The service is amazing but the drinks unfortunately are not. I have given thid location several chances and I have been disappointed every time. Today was the last straw, I wanted to try their new Carmel pumpkin latte and there was no hint of pumpkin or carmel. Their drinks never taste like what I ordered which is frustrating since I pay so much money for a cup of coffee only to toss it out. I even requested for it to be extra sweet with carmel drizzle and it's definitely not sweet and does not have any Carmel. read more

For the past two days the iced coffee has been tasting like watery coffee , tooooo much ice bros

It's cold outside. When it's cold outside for me, I want hot drinks like hot coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate. Dutch Bros has HOT CHOCOLATE on lock! I went for the first in Nov 2023 and have been back at least 2 to 3 times a week ever since! Mainly because they have a host of sugar-free syrup options and for me being diabetic, that is key! They have many flavors such as double chocolate, tuxedo (mix of white chocolate and chocolate), German chocolate, golden, etc. All are delicious! Not all have a sugar free options but they have several options which is WAY more than Starbuck's one sugar-free vanilla option which I love. Will I still go to Starbucks and get my sugar-free vanilla latte? Yes because I am hooked. But Dutch Bros SF vanilla latte is a close delicious 2nd and is a few cents cheaper. - Drive through is not as fast and is confusing for first time customers. You order at the window or if they are really busy, they have someone come outside and take orders (think Chick-fil-A). But it's not as efficient and you can end up waiting about 10 mins longer. I give it a 3. - Customer Service is a solid 4. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Bubbly in fact. Whether really early in the morning or late before closing. Love it, just not the wait. - Cleanliness is a 4. When I peak in at the window, there is a lot going on. But I do see someone always coming behind the broistas and wiping up, which shows they are cognizant. - Hot Chocolate (I have had several types now) - a delicious and comforting 5. The cups have a top on them that remind you of an adult sippy cup! - Latte - a 4.5 So overall I give Dutch Bros a respectable 4! If you want some comfort on a cold day, RUN not walk to Dutch Bros. Take the kids! read more

After seeing someone bring this to work and then seeing someone post about it on FB about how amazing it is, I just had to try it. Me and my boyfriend decided to come try it out on our day off together. I downloaded the app for the rewards system, which is a plus. When we pulled up the building had cars wrapped around and it was moving fast, (similar to how Chick-fil-A rolls). So after scanning the menu we both decided on the 'Picture Perfect'. After ordering we maybe we're in line for about 5 minutes and before we knew it an employee was bringing us our drinks. Now for the drinks themselves... holy crap!!! They were so delicious but yet I could still taste the coffee flavor. I will definitely be back! read more

If I wanted to wait 45 min for a coffee, I'll go to Starbucks. All the other Dutch bros I have been to have been super speedy and fast ..... this one however. They opened about 1.5 months ago so maybe still working out the kinks? The gal that took my order was awesome and my drink tasted great but this wait is killlerrr. read more

I enjoy Dutch Bros and their products, but I absolutely hate waiting for them for so long. The past three times I have gone to Dutch Bros location has been around 9pm. I always order ahead of time too. Usually the app says it'll take a little less than 10 minutes. I get there, it's not ready. I'm still waiting at the windows for an additional amount of time, especially when I account for the time waiting in Drive-Thru. I think I waited 30 minutes at some point. It's getting annoying and I'm unsure if it's because I chose Drive-Thru, a late pick-up time, or complicated drinks. read more

Super impressed by Dutch Bros. It was suggested by a family member and we were happy we gave it a try. The prices were great and coffee yummy. You can get a medium coffee and it's larger, yummier and cheaper than an large iced coffee at Starbucks. read more

New location means new untrained staff. Be prepared to wait. Regardless if you choose drive thru or walk up. If you decide to walk up be careful where you choose to park because the drive thru line will block you in. If you choose drive thru be prepared to be stuck or pop a curb. We waited 25 mins at the walk up window only to find out our order "was cleared" and they didn't have it. I just asked for a refund and went to Starbucks. read more

Amazing coffee but even better service!! When I tell you that this place is going to be my new coffee shop, especially over (if you know you know) Now don't get my wrong, Dutch Bros is not any cheaper than my once favorite coffee shop, however the app and the rewards system are AMAZING. I've gone 3 times and I already very close to claiming my first reward. It's insane yummy the Icee Carmelizer is, accompanied by great customer service, you just can't beat it. They also have a FREE puppy cup, this is huge and even contains a little dog treat! I highly recommend you check it out! read more

now listen. i'm not usually one to complain, but this is the 3rd time in a row i've been where i've been served the wrong drink, and i waited in line for OVER AN HOUR !! with the left side moving 5 cars before the right side ever moved 1 car. i ordered a cake batter freeze with whipped cream and this tastes like a cherry cough syrup with absolutely no coffee in it and no whipped cream. i will not be coming back to this location. i'm tired of waisting my money on a shitty cup of coffee and bad service. read more

I've known about Dutch for years and every Dutch Bros I've been to (which is quite a few all over the PNW and a few here in Texas) and was so excited to finally have one that's closer then a 45 minute away drive. But this is by far the SLOWEST Dutch I've ever been to! The people are nice but spend a lot of time chatting with each other verses making drinks. They make the drinks correct every time but plan on waiting anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes before getting your drink and that's for the walk up and drive through. When they first opened I gave them credit cause they were learning and finding a flow but here we are and nothings changed about the speed of service. Stopped by the walk up window today, got there at 3:18 and didn't get my drinks till 3:46. Kinda disappointed that they can't seem to figure out how to pick the speed up a little bit when making drinks. read more

Super slow! I have patience with new locations and staff but they've been open for almost two months. My average wait time is 25-30 mins!! The people who make the drinks are slow, people taking orders do good job. I will be finding a different coffee place. read more

So I went to this Dutch on the 4th and waited for 40 minutes to order the "red, white and blue" off the apps menu thinking it was going to be a festive red white and blue, like the name of the drink. The girl I ordered from completely denied it existed and was really snotty about it saying "that literally doesn't exist". Then she offered to do the freedom rebel and switch the vanilla out with the white chocolate (which is the Red, White and Blue drink) and then gave me this swamp water massacre. usually the people at Dutch are always super nice. I've been drinking Dutch in Oregon for the last 5 years and I'm super bummed that they're giving themselves a bad name in Texas. read more

Avoid this place if you actually like coffee.... I ordered an iced coffee (black, unsweetened) and ended up paying $5 for a watered- down beverage that resembled tea more than it did coffee. No joke, hospitals have better coffee than this place.... I don't know about their gimmicky drinks, because I wouldn't be caught dead with coffee that isn't black, but one would figure that a place that pressures customers into tipping before they have any point of reference for quality of product and service would make a greater effort to provide a product worth paying for on a basic level. I will not be returning. If they can mess up plain black coffee, lord only knows what else they suck at making. read more
