They were patient, answered my questions kindly, and even helped make sure my items were packed carefully. She immediately said they DO have betel leaves, shared my desired with her co-worker, he asked me about how many leaves I wanted, emerged with them a short time later. After some research, betel leaves are sometimes preserved in favorable conditions (in an unseen area), so I was super excited about this store & service! Either management or corporate must not mind losing customers. You would think with it being 4th of July weekend the store would be better staffed.
