Everytime I go in there and do self check out the lady that allways in the self check out is rude and has a very bad attitude her name is chec 520 went there and the time was 9:37 on o1/27/24 she was rude and mean she had a bad attitude when I showed up she kept giving me dirty looks and she's always there. I have been a customer for many years with little or know probldm. However, the store was packed no carts readily Vzlable only two checkers. One side if self check was closed. Q0 or so people backed up behind each checker. The self -check was a maze of carts 10 or more waiting there to. Several customers said this is recurring issue. Either management or corporate must not mind losing customers. You would think with it being 4th of July weekend the store would be better staffed. read more

Maybe its just me but the pharmacy customer service has gone way downhill. The wait time is longer, the outside drop off/pick up is so long it is unusable and the staff seems young, inexperienced, bothered, and lack basic customer service skills. I'm a patient person and I'm not rude but the lady across the counter was. Even though I got a call saying my meds were done - when I drove the 15 miles to pick them up - they weren't ready. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. This isn't the first time with an experience like this. I've been a pharmacy customer here for over 15 years and sadly I'm searching for a new one. read more

I tried the clicklist option today for the first time because I hurt my back. I've thought about trying it before out of laziness, but never have. It is awesome! The first 3 times the fee is waived, but after that they charge a 5 dollar fee. You have to call the number and you tell them which spot you're in. For me it took not quite 10 minutes for them to come out with my groceries. Def a good option if you're injured or just don't feel like spending a lot of time in the grocery store. This was the best grocery shopping experience I've ever had. It felt like I was in the beginning of a Disney movie, where everything starts out happy, all the characters are overly friendly, and the birds are following me around singing a harmonic tune(there really was a bird flying around inside the store). But in all seriousness, the staff here are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you find what you need. All the produce and meat is fresh and the store is very clean. I try not to write negative reviews but I have gotten expired meat from this Kroger store FOUR times now and had to return I had run in on Mother's Day to get a few things quickly and one of those things were pork beer brats. I was in a hurry and didn't check Silly me for not checking the date from a store that continues to sell spoiled and old meat. This store has gotten better. It used to be rude workers through out, but lately I've noticed a positive change. They are trying to make it a better shopping experience which was and is very needed. A manager helps at checkout by directing shoppers to available cashiers which keeps traffic flowing smoothly and I've noticed the cashiers are not as rude as they once were. I feel much better going here now than before these positive changes. I hope it keeps up! read more

Went to this Kroger today. They don't have very good meat. The Nolan Ryan is a joke and the leanest they have is 93 . I always buy the 96 . Well we get to the checkout and have to wait forever because a woman was having trouble paying for her items. The manager was standing there just looking and not taking care of the situation. The girl who checked out was amazingly fast. Well the manager ran off and we were left to bag our own groceries. We spent $200.00. The girl who checked us out started helping after she got through checking all items. I think they ought to give a discount to bag your own groceries. Also if they were short handed the MANAGER could have helped do some bagging. He didn't seem like he was good for much else!! Be a long time before I go back. Okay so its quite odd to write a review for something like your common grocery store, but its a must. So I LOVE shopping here for three main things: meats, cheese, and odds and ins. I say meats because there's NO way you can get amazing prices on top quality meats....even beats out Wal-Mart. Also the "Manger's Special" is good for when you want something but on budget and plan to drink/eat it quickly after purchasing it, plus if you're like me on a budget then its a must. Well I can't emphasize that I must stop here after shopping at Wal-Mart which makes two trips, but its so worth it...just take a peak. read more

this place has a terrible parking lot and the store layout is trash. very busy and not enough cashiers and the customer service desk is always super slow. the bakery is real sketchy and the store is dirty. you can see its a real dirty store. will stay away read more

Really great prices, and even better prices if you get a card and join their shopping program. Nice store that is brand new and just opened. At least three or four employees asked if I was finding everything all right which is a plus at a grocery store, not something you get everywhere. read more

Do NOT expect to use a quick, 15 or less check out line, easily. I had 10 items. A woman with 25 items or more (I quit counting at 25) pushed in front of me as the young checker watched...she said NOTHING. I reminded them both this was for 15 or less items. The customer told me she ALWAYS checks out in this lane. I promptly told her to read the sign.....if she could. It all went South from there. The checker started screaming, "Stop, stop, stop, If you dont like the service in my line, go to another!` I am, at 76, a bit too old to be scolded by someone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. At least my GRANDS respect their elders and would know that employees do not scream at a customer in front of a store full of other customers. I am so tired of stores posting signs for the convenience of us....and clearly, ignoring people who feel entitled. Management needs to give refresher classes, IF there is ANY TRAINING at time of employement. There is a large selection of grocery stores in this area. I chose Kroger because it seems to be a step up from WM. Apparently not when it comes to customer appreciation. read more

Apparently Kroger doesn't want prescriptions filed on Medicare. I transferred one to a Kroger Pharmacy. Big mistake!! Apparently the first refill was filed on insurance I haven't had in over a year. How does that happen? So when I went back to store for 2nd refill, they tell me they can't refill because my insurance is no longer in force. Back to Albertsons I go! read more

We were hoping the recent renovation to this Kroger would make a difference but nothing has changed, even the rank sewage smell is back due to a back up problem in the deli. The produce is terrible, there were bugs crawling around ON the pastries at the Starbucks and I have witnessed managers yelling at workers more than once. I don't understand why the Kroger across town off of Teasly is run so well with consistent fresh fruits and vegetables and no gross sewer smell. read more
