I usually don't go to this Aldi but decided to stop by this store on the way home from work and get wine and spaghetti and ground turkey to make for dinner. The store is clean. The store is well organized, stocked well and fruit and vegetables were fresh. The service was good. The prices at Aldi are great and economical during this unbelievable inflation. read more

Today was my 1st trip in Aldi. As I walked in a lady was concluding her checkout & pushing her empty cart away from the register. I asked if she minded if I used her cart. She said no & pushed it towards me. The blue haired cashier yelled & said "No, I mind that cart is my cart now!" I have never been yelled at by a cashier before. This displays Awful customer service & human nature. I will not support a company that treats their customers in this manner, left the store & will not return. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Aldi. I prefer to go here over other locations. They have a variety of things here. I mainly come here for the salads, fruits, breakfast items, and snacks. The prices are really good here as well. They offer alot of their brands and few other brands. read more

I like of course the prices and the variety of organic products. Unfortunately On my most recent visit to the store, a whole family was unmasked (I was with my 67 year old dad) when I questioned the cashier she told me they are not requiring face mask to shop. They can only "suggest" customers to wear one. I complain with ALDI headquarters and they confirmed they can not ask costumers to wear a mask. So now I have to over pay for picking up as I am not safe at their store. I have proof of what headquarters told me. So if you don't want to wear a mask GO TO ALDI! read more

The customer service at this store is horrible!!!!! The male cashier was VERY rude to my husband. We went in for one item but ended up getting about 4 more things than planned so, my husband grabbed an empty box to put them in. When we got to the register, I asked him to sit the box down on the belt as to ease his suffering from the heavy items but, the cashier was very rude. He rolled his eyes at my husband and said "Take the stuff out because I can't ring up the freaking box"! He then continued degrading my husband with the customers at his register ahead of us and talked to us very rude, so I grabbed the things I was holding, along with my husband and the box and we moved to the next register. Although there was an extensive wait in the next lane, I decided to take that option instead of dealing with him personally because at that point I was angry. We knew, and had planned to take the things from the box and place them on the belt individually but, since someone else was checking out in front of us and the belt was full we decided to wait until there was room to do so. I don't understand why people take jobs in customer service when they don't like dealing with people. Anyway, the cashier in the next line was an elderly lady, and she was very sweet! She, too, had a customer in front of her that was needing an extra minute or so, to pay due to some unexpected delays. The male cashier that I was speaking about before came over and talked to her very rudely as well to the point where he was in her face about taking longer than expected to pay. Her issue was that she was picking up an order for someone and they needed to add one more item so she was waiting to pay until the new item had been rung up. He proceeded to talk to the female cashier in a very rude way because she was patiently waiting for the customer. Then he turned his rage on the customer! The conversation ended very heated and almost escalated to a physical altercation because of his attitude. I feel sorry for the older lady that was working with him today. He even fussed at her for trying to pick up a phone call because the lines were so full. Once I was done paying for my groceries, I told the lady that she had been very helpful and wished her a happy new year. I also told her that I had empathy for her because of what she has to deal with. Nobody should be talked to that way. Once I told her how I felt she reached out and gave me a hug. I knew she must have really needed that hug and there is no telling what she has to go through on a daily basis working for someone like him. I shudder to think that he's the manager of the establishment. If so, the whole place needs to be shut down. This was ridiculous! You should respect the customers and your coworkers.. especially when they're elderly. This guy needs to be fired! He obviously hates his job so he should be removed from that obligation!! I'm not sure what his name was due to the fact that neither of them wore name tags but, we went to the store today, December 30, 2023 at approximately 5:10 pm. and he was the only male working upfront. I had heard so many good things about the bargains you find at Aldi. Normally I never shop at the store but today was the day I decided to give them a try. I don't know what's happened here in the last couple of weeks, but the customer service is in the toilet. Between stockers blocking isles so I can't get the groceries I need, the one employee who physically assaulted me, and the check out lady who put the groceries I bought into someone else's cart. Your inability to pay attention is not my fault. I'll go somewhere else. You're rude! read more

This store sucks big time! Their brand of champagne sells out in less than a day and they only order it once a week! What a stupid decision by the manager of this store! He's missing out on tons of sales if he would just have it delivered more than once a week. I rarely go there anymore because about 95% of the time they are sold out of the champagne. Why waste my time and gas going when I know there won't be any, and that's the only thing I buy there. read more

I have never been in an Aldi until today. You walk in to the most disgusting produce section with literally rotting veg and fruit. The store is dirty but I found three things of interest. Big fan of Aldi! Best prices by far for your staple items. Can easily go in & out in 15 minutes or less. The expanded fruits and deli section offer more selection. The home items are great finds. Very funny that they refuse to place your food that you purchase into the cart. It has to be thrown, I think its in the handbook. It seams as though it is almost mandatory that they throw it outside off the empty boxes in the carts. I recently started shopping at this store in Little Elm after it being highly recommended by a friend. The prices and quality of food is AMAZING. It's a German grocery store so some of the brand names were not recognizable. However everything I purchased tasted great and I couldn't believe how much money I saved. Bring a quarter and it will be returned when you place the cart back. We were not prepared for that and I thank the senior lady who provided us a quarter. On a quest to find a tastier turkey bacon per a relative we stopped in and were able to scratch off a few grocery list items (oh yeah, the bacon will stick to Butter Ball will rank Aldi brand 2 of 3). Excellent prices with a larger than expected selection. The lines are a little long but worth the wait with the savings. You need to bring your own bags and you have to use a quarter to get a shopping cart. Rest assured you get the quarter back when you return the cart. read more

I am from England. I grew up on Aldi Markets. My 45 year old daughter used to work for Aldi. The prices are remarkable, the food is delicious, best of all there is a little bit of European flair. My favorite cashier is a young lady by the name of Jasmine. Everytime I see her she greets me by my name and asks how I am doing. Very nice girl! One time I bought a veranda set and she happily helped me carry it to my car. I love this store read more

Aldi is a great place to shop great prices and good selection I will never shop at another Costco when we have choices like this available. Besides since Costco switch CEO they treat their employees terrible and are getting rid of their older employees. read more
