Unfortunately recent experiences did not meet expectations. The service and overall quality were disappointing. Customers I was with were not satisfied with the professionalism or customer experience. There is significant room for improvement in both service and communication. The atmosphere and service did not make for a positive dining experience. The smoothies taste less fresh than they used to be. Perhaps ingredients have changed? The store has good signs and specials during certain holidays. read more

The best part of my day--because watermelon slays! This summer, I discovered the magic of the infamous watermelon hydration drink, and I've been hooked ever since. I've easily purchased over 30 of them already! It's become my daily ritual, I gladly go miles out of my way on my commute just to stop here. Why? Because the service is that good. The ladies working in the morning are simply amazing, warm, welcoming, and always on point right at opening time. The store itself is spotless, always well-stocked with great snack options, and has a lively, feel-good vibe. This place isn't just a pit stop anymore it's a highlight of my day. Highly recommend! read more

Dragonfruit Frozen mix is soo good. The high 5 bowl was soo good. I like this place. They are quick and it's fruit so you can't go wrong. read more

It's not the first time that Lance has helped me here, but to whomever is above him, he's a star player at this location. I asked for a new drink I hadn't had before (the strawberry hulk) to which he responded by recommending adding blueberries. It sounded good to me, so naturally I did. I'm sure y'all don't have a minute or less rule here, but Lance had my drink out so fast I could hardly blink after ordering. And the blueberries. Great add-on! Super tasty drink and super customer service! Thanks Lance!! read more

Great smoothies and great environment. I love to come here often to stay up to date on my fitness goals. Would recommend

We have ordered 2 smoothies every Friday for a couple of years but we're going to take a time out (and I ALWAYS tip). The last month or so quality of product (and the level of service) has really gone down. The smoothies have been pretty tasteless. I don't know if the employees haven't been trained well or have been trained to "save money". But whatever, they haven't been good. The last time I went in I asked for a cardboard carrier. The young person started to give me one of the plastic bags. I said "No, cardboard carrier please. He looked at me like it was such an imposition. Hopefully, it gets better when we try again. read more

Placed a mobile order this morning. When my husband started drinking his, there were pieces of plastic in his smoothie. He called and spoke to manager. She was very "no big deal", "nothing we can do about it". He asked for a refund, she said she would try but wasn't sure she could do that. We asked for a call back from a GM and have heard nothing. For a chain company, they care little about their customers and customer service. Don't go here unless you want chunks of material in your smoothie! read more

My husband and I order from here at least 3 times a week because it's close to our work. I'm so sick of the attitude behind the counter. We get the pineapple spinach smoothie and mine is ALWAYS GREEN, the last time I got one this color there were bananas in it, I'm not stupid but they try to give me " when these two colors mix" spiel. First off don't talk to me like I'm stupid, and then walks away and says well OK you have a good one and was mumbling under her breath. It's a busy place and if you can't handle it probably shouldn't be there. These smoothies are not cheap to be talked to like you're bothering them! read more

Wow! Guys! You wouldn't believe it! I finally finished my very first YouTube diarrhea compilation video! It all started when I came here. I got one of those green smoothies where they put a bunch of food in a blender for you and feed it to you. After I ate it, I sat on the pot for at least 83 minutes with a non stop stream of green. I thought to myself "OMG! I could use this!" Then I started recording it all. And ever since then I go to smoothie king and get a smoothie and sit on my throne like a KING! Now I'm up to 10 views on my first compilation! Follow me and eat Smoothie King! 5 stars read more

I'm very shocked to see the low reviews. I was visiting and am not sure which Smoothie King I'm leaving this for. It was the store where, you can walk in and keep walking further in the store and to your left you will turn to place and order. You can sit down and wait for your order to the left of where you first walk in. So if that rings a bell, it's where I was. Anyways it was a Friday morning. So smoothies were $5. They tasted very good. Much better than Jamba Juice! It was on the level of Blenders (a great smoothie place in California). I really felt like it was the king of smoothies after having mine. read more

Made smoothies that were disgusting had to come back and get them remade, and the lady wouldn't give me a refund for having to come back and get them re made The smoothies were chunky and thick and tasted like ice had no flavor if I could rate them less than a star that's what they would deserve, i had to come back for a third time to get a refund bc the smoothies were still gross not only that the employee named Emily I watched her make another customers smoothie wash it out after she was done and while there was still dirty water from the previous smoothie she made inside the blender She still proceeded to make another customers smoothie. Disgusting do not recommend. read more

Been there many times. Always good. I read some other reviews. The negative ones were made by people who are never pleased.

They get a one star from me one of the girls has a really bad attitude and is rude. Overall they got me my drink fast. And the vibes was okay but the attitude was so uncalled for. read more

The smoothies are delicious and great. I have order from the one off Brinker Rd . every Thursday or Friday for a year. We take a smoothie to my granddaughters tutor for a treat. Today I have to say one of the staff was so rude I was a counter she raised her hands and turned around and went to back not even asking if I had been helped. I think she said her name was Dawnta. The other young girl with red hair was very helpful seen my phone where I had placed the order for pick up at 1:00 and paid full price for a 32oz smoothie. She went ahead and started my order even if they couldn't find the ticket. Then when order was done the other lady name Dawnta that was so rude said you can't give her that until you find the ticket. I placed the order for pick up at 1:00 because my granddaughter had class and we are on a schedule. This will be our last time at that locations. I will try the one off Teasley next. Surely the staff will be nice enough to say thank you or could I help you. read more

while 1 young woman took our order, another stood next to her and let out a long cough. nobody a wearing masks & she didn't cover her mouth. the smoothie was gross. won't be back. read more

The girls there were just snobs. We traveled to Texas specifically the city. Hoping we would get the same type of happiness but totally wrong. We countless times had to tell them the correction of our order. Every correction was given to us with an attitude. Will never return to this location read more

This is the second time I've been here and some guy with a handlebar mustache rolls his eyes or acts agitated as I order something. I'm not one of those customers that takes forever to order or something either, he just looks generally pissed off at everyone that comes in. Maybe pick some better staff, because as someone who works in fast food, it's not something you like to see coming in to spend money. I do like their smoothies though, they slap. read more

Every time I come in, the sweetest employee ever Emily, greets me and makes my smoothie. I swear she might be doing something illegal because every time I drink it, it tastes better and better (: LOL. This place is so good, 5-stars for Emily's 5-star service. read more

If there was a zero button we would give it zero stars. Sad because I've never felt like that before. Two drinks for $23 and these girls have such an attitude behind the counter. They are not happy and they clearly do not like their job. Man, this was an experience I will never forget. Put everybody in a bad mood in the car. They wouldn't give us an extra cup when we told him we wanted to pay for it. It was like fighting tooth and nails to get anything done. I'm telling you do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and avoid this place!! read more

The guy working with glasses and his hair in a ponytail is VERY rude and inpatient. Doesn't know what customer service is. Slamming things around while making peoples orders. This isn't my first encounter with him being this way I left it alone before however when you start snatching things out if peoples hand I have a problem with that. read more

These people are the slowest humans on the planet. They have absolutely no sense of rush I waited for 30 minutes for my smoothie that I ordered ahead!! Go to a different one if you want good service. They also have gnats flying all over because their fruit is rotting. read more

I walk in and and it's quickly apparent that this is a poor man's Jamba Juice. I proceed to ask for a water where they tell me they actually will charge me for the cup. Considering that the weather is 100° outside this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for charging people for water. In fact as a taxpayer we should be Levying a considerable tax on any one that is profiting from water. read more

I stopped in here one evening to grab a smoothie and both girls working were so helpful in assisting me with altering one of the recipes to contain less sugar. They even made the smoothie twice to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service! read more

Worst smoothie place ever.... I asked the young lady to substitute Splenda in my smoothie instead of sugar and she said it would be $1 more !!!!! For Splenda ... You know those yellow packets that you find for free in every restaurant and coffe shop..... When you're already charging me almost 10 bucks for a drink ( non alcoholic mind you). I draw the line at paying for Splenda. I walked out and she didn't even try to stop me.... Based on the reviews here.. I bet they go out of business withIn a year. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service, Sarah is awesome! Smoothies are delicious and they take great care to make your order correctly and quickly. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Just purchased smoothies for my family and myself and it was $28. Which was fine but then my 4 year old son asked for a cup of tap water. So I asked the girl making the smoothies if I could get some water for my son. She said that will be 40 cents because her boss is a hawk and really tight on that stuff. Well the moral of the story is..... give a 4 year old a cup of water especially when his parents just spent $28 on smoothies or just like in our case the customers will never come back. read more

I was just in the this location, and the whole reason they are getting two stars is because the smoothie is good. I always bring in my,own cup if i drink out because I know that plastic inevitably ends up in a landfill and I feel like I should be doing my part to eliminate some of this waste. I asked the woman who took my order if it would be an issue and she said no, the person making my drink said it was fine, and I was excited to get my smoothie when another worker, rudely, informed one of the employees that that was against some company policy and I would all of,the sudden not be allowed to use my own cup. I had already paid for a smaller version at a higher price so it would fit in my reusable cup and the rude-employee informed me i could "just pour it into my cup from theirs" which completely eliminates the point. If i was told I wouldnt be allowed to use my cup from the beginning maybe this review would be different. If Smoothie King actually wants to "Care about the environment" maybe they should make their policies known from the beginning instead of misleading customers. read more

Second time in the morning they "should" be open and all the lights are off and no one is in there. Not even a car around in the parking lot. Very disappointing. read more

This was absolutely the worst place I could have taken my grandchildren. Though they have a restroom and do serve drinks they refused to allow the kids to wash their hands as they have "confidential " documents in there. I am pretty sure my 7 year old twin granddaughters were not going to snoop in them for personal gain. I then asked if they could wash their hands in the front sink and was told that management didn't allow anyone to use their sinks. Finally I asked if they could wash their hands with wet paper towels. The girl in charge ignored us. Another associate finally provided that. We down 25 for 4 drinks and one wasn't even right. read more

This place is great. Its very inviting and the staff is friendly. I love coming here on sundays to get the Buy one get one deal, and its perfect for after workouts. My favorite smoothie is the Hulk, its a great, cheap, weight gain shake. read more

Service was pretty friendly. Fast, patient. The cashier had to answer about 100 questions for the person before us and was very kind.

This used to be our go to place after a workout. Not anymore. Pulled up a few to nine, lights on, door unlocked. Walked in and was told they were closed. When I called the next day to speak with a manager her only response was " I talked to her and told her to lock the door next time" we missed out on our VIP buy one get one smoothie because they closed early. Sucks to pay for extra perks and not be able to recieve them. I think we will find a new post workout snack. I don't recommend places who don't value good customer service. read more

So I sniff around there every once and a while, and yesterday I had a great experience with Smoothie Girl Sydney!!!
