There is preferred parking near the entrance for zero or low emission vehicles. Unfortunately, the electric vehicle charging ports are no longer in this location. The parking staff said the chargers are in a remote parking area. Never did find them, but fortunately did not need them. We arrived on Sunday around 1 pm and there was no wait. They do activate a waiting list when needed that you can get on as you drive there. Very few reservations are available. Maybe for large groups. But don't worry, they have a lot of seating and the tables turn over readily.

As we waited for our food , we went to do a self tour of the brewery and that was great to see the history of Sierra Nevada and the different rooms that the processing occurred in. After our food we cashed out and took the remainder of our beers to their outdoor area . Once you pass by their amphitheater you went down this trail towards a little river and we went farther still and there was this whole field of yard games and tables that you could sit and enjoy right next to the rushing river (French Broad River) . The restaurant is nice and clean and we were greeted warmly. You'll find menus on a stand in front of the register more or less. SCW ordered a vegan reuben with shoe string fries. I ordered the spicy vegan Philly and buffalo cauliflower bites along with some beers. We sat down and were served about 10 minutes later. SCW thought her reuben was "kick ass good", I agreed as I had a couple bites. My spicy Philly was good, the star of the show for me was the buffalo cauliflower bites. We finished them before we even ate our sandwiches. Great flavors for both sandwiches. The unfortunate part was it seemed some of the shoestring fries weren't cooked through. Minus a star there. I enjoyed the experience, the food and the service. Will certainly be back again.
