I did my first mobile order since I was craving something sweet. It was super easy using the Starbucks app. I also had already added money to the virtual card so it was quick paying for what I wanted. I ordered the Pistachio Frappuccino Blended Beverage with choice of heavy cream, salted brown buttery toffee, whipped cream, 2 pistachio sauce, and 4 pumps of Frappuccino Roast. My visit occurred after the recent Starbucks (corporate) refresh. "You rock!" was written on my friend's latte cup, and I enjoyed a free refill on my iced coffee as we hung out in the café. Both of our drinks were just fine. The baristas were friendly and provided fast service. The inside seating was pretty full when I arrived shortly after 9:30 am, but spots soon opened up. Outdoor seating also is provided but is limited. TIP: Be sure to turn at the correct light on 436! I missed it and had to drive through a neighborhood to turn around. read more

This Starbucks location has its moments. Most times the staff is friendly, and when the drive thru is long, someone is outside assisting with orders in advance. (Download the app, load in your cash, it saves so much time). It's commonly busy in the morning, but the drinks come out efficiently. A couple staff members could use customer service training though, especially in the drive thru. Very few times have there been an extra long wait and they always make up for it being very kind and customer friendly. My drink orders are the same; iced chai tea latte, chai tea latte or a refresher. Since I'm not a coffee person, these are my favorite go-to options, and they never disappoint. This review is coming as I am a former partner of 10+ years. I opted to go inside instead of the drive-thru because I've always enjoyed going inside to place my order. Upon entering, I was not greeted and stood at the front register for a good few minutes. There was no one in line. The drive thru partner had to come ring out my drink. She didn't ask my name, so this also becomes an issue later once my drink is made. I ordered a very simple drink - Venti iced green tea with 2 Splendas. The partner on bar was clearly in the weeds with mobile orders, cafe, and drive thru. There was absolutely no support for her other than someone helping with warming. The shift on duty was busy filling out the duty roster, clocked out, and just left. The condiment bar was a mess, trash on the floor in the front lobby, the partners clearly in the weeds, and overall just a very unkept feel. Once my drink was made over 11 minutes later (drive thru had priority I guess, because those were the only tickets being pulled), the drink was handed off to the wrong person because it didn't have my name. Another customer ordered green tea as well, so she took my drink as an extra. I told the barista, she sighed, and made another one. However, she didn't have enough tea to make a venti, so she cut it with more water than it calls for. I was already over it at this point. This is why I don't come to Starbucks anymore. read more

A simple fix of adding more ice or more cold foam could've been added to rectify this issue but they would rather be lazy and stingy. This location looks and feels newer to the area. It is a part of a shopping strip that is a recent addition. They have both inside and drive thru ordering options. When you pull in you'll circle to the back to get into the drive thru line. If you're parking and staying, all the spots are up front. They have a patio with a couple tables for outside seating as well. It was clean and well kept from the look of it. The drive thru moved quickly and they were pleasant throughout. They also had a sign up for hurricane Harvey donations that they are accepting right now. Which was a nice thing to see. Overall: B+ Quick, easy and efficient. Nice new vibe throughout. read more

From one Starbucks to another, the only difference you might find is basically service and cleanliness. Menus are most likely to be the same (unless you are in a different country), but friendliness, attentiveness and cleanliness are pretty much the only things I feel like I can truly review from one Starbucks to another. I don't think I recall ever being unhappy with a beverage. So when it comes to thing Starbucks, which is conveniently close to one of the offices I visit, in Apopka, I can overall say I've had good experiences. To be fair, usually place my order online (through the app) and pick it up, through the Drive-thru, within minutes of placing it. Most of the times I'm rushing to work and forgot to brew coffee at home or was unable to. Every time consistently, employees have been helpful and my order has been ready with basically no wait time. Came here on a saturday morning around 730 am. I was surprised that they weren't that busy. We ordered a few drinks and two sandwiches. My husband asked if he can have hot green tea and the girl at the counter said they didn't have any. How is that possible?? He opted for a different hot tea and asked if he can have some honey for it on the side. She said that there was honey at the station where the napkins and sugar is. Once he got his drink, he noticed that there wasn't any honey there and he told her. Instead of giving him a bottle to put on the table, she told him she will just put the honey in it herself. The manager is VERY rude to the customers in many ways. She talks to customers as if she is engaging in reverse discrimination. Anna is the manager at the store on 436 and Bear lake road in Apopka Florida. We have had 3 bad experiences with her at that store!!! We have tried to be patient and understanding with her but she/Anna doesn't care!!!!! I spend over 100 dollars a week at this particular store and now after todays incident by her/Anna telling us to just LEAVE (again) and NEVER come back!!! Tall is small, Grande is medium, Venti is large, Trenta is extra large. Is your drink hot or cold? What is it latte, tea, blended? Did you want any flavors it? Super fancy? Want milk at a specific temperature or need 4 pumps vanilla , 4 pumps hazelnut, 2 1/2 pump toffe soy non fat. They will do it for you. Starbucks has never disapointed in the service department. So, I recently moved to this area and of course love Starbucks blonde roast coffee so I wanted to try this new location. The first time there was 2 days ago I went in the drive thru. The line was wrapped around so long that as soon as you pulled in to turn you immediately were in the line it was so long. I figured fine I have been in long lines they move fast but nope. I got my blonde cafe coconut milk latte it tasted terrible and they forget the whip cream. At that point I was too frustrated to have them remake it. I figured okay let me give them another shot. I went today and ordered through my mobile app like always but instead of waiting in the drive thru I went inside which was super crowded I was like is this normal? Anyways I ordered it at 10:18am and my time my order was due to be ready was at 10:30pm. It wasn't. I waited....and waited. At around 10:50am I am concerned and ask the barista if they have seen my order it was put in at 10:18am. By this time it was getting closer to now 11am. I ask the customers around me what time they ordered to get an idea of how backed up they are. The guy next to me ordered his drink at 11:20am and got his drink before me. Anoher girl waiting for her drink they forgot about her too and did nothing to fix it like give a gif card something. So, as I was talking to another customer saying if I was in drive-thru I would've been done the barista interjected as said no you would get it the same time as now. Um no I waited nearly a full hour for my mobile order. Unacceptable she should've got her manager and offered something to make the situation right. Where was the leadership? Then the excuse was well all the other starbucks turned off their mobile orders that's why they are so backed up. And so many customers around me were also getting upset saying they are never coming back to that location. I don't blame them. Dont go here. They are disorganized don't know anything about customer service. Never have I seen so many unhappy customers in a Starbucks. It's sad really. read more

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, with no one on the intercom after 5 minutes of waiting and saying hello multiple times. Once I pulled up to the window they told me I would have to re enter the drive through line. How is this my fault? As a customer you shouldn't make me wait another 40 minutes to get one drink.
