Nancy and I stopped in for a pick-me-up while shopping in the area. This store is located near a busy intersection and the parking lot can be tricky when it's packed. It's Starbucks so it's a bit pricey. I usually stick to a simple Americano when coming here since a large comes to $5.08, Yikes! I had a gift card, so I'm living it up, lol! The store is clean and organized. Staff were super friendly and efficient. I wish they still had the creamer, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon seasoning at the mixing station, but staff will provide it at the pick-up area if you ask for it. They have a good amount of seats inside the store and they also have a nice patio available if you prefer to be outside. All-n-all, it's a great spot if you need a strong coffee or light snack while in the area. read more

It's a Starbucks. Scott had a gift card so we pulled in and got a large coffee. I usually don't like Starbucks coffee but this one tasted pretty good today. This store is very clean and friendly staff, lots of pastries to choose from. It did have a lock on the bathroom door which I thought was odd you had to ask for the code. I no longer have the vanilla and cinnamon shakers out by the sugar you have to ask for it and they don't have vanilla. But overall we had a pleasant experience here. read more

Pictured here is the hibiscus tea and dragon fruit drink. They add a bit of syrup unless you ask to opt out. I love love hibiscus tea and can drink way more so don't ask me why I got a tall. Just scared to ask how much. Lattes are typically my go to. I enjoy many of Starbucks locations and nice to plug in and get work done there. Service is always great here and the line moves pretty quickly. Today I tried the Dubai chocolate matcha with soy and it was freaking delicious! That drink will be on rotation for sure! The breakfast at any Starbucks is always hit or miss .. it never looks like the picture and taste freezer burned or old. So I stay away from it unless it's the egg bites or their bakery items .. you can't go wrong with a bagel or croissant. They have outdoor seating and a decent size parking lot but the drive thru line is short and can easily get crowded where you are forced to wait outside of their lot to get in line. read more

A very convenient location in Fern Park / Casselberry area - with your standard Starbucks fare - that is typically humming with activity inside and very busy in the drive through in the mornings. I usually am able to find a seat inside and would not recommend choosing this location for a medium to large group gathering. The cooler weather allows for more (comfortable than hot weather) seating outdoors. The drinks have been made according to my specific requests and rather quickly most days that they aren't "slammed." I've never had an issue with mobile ordering so that's always an option if you just want to pop in and out. Free WiFi of course and an upgrade to indoor furniture now provides additional charging areas. Overall a solid location for hanging out or passing through. read more

I'm not typically one to review a corporate chain - they've got their loyal patrons and locally owned businesses need our support. That being said, I have consistently gotten such courteous and thoughtful service here since the pandemic started. As an example, today I biked a mile to come do some work at this location, just to get out of the house and get some caffeine. When I landed, their cafe was totally closed and only their drive thru was opening about 10 minutes after I arrived. I stopped my bike at a table to hydrate and come up with plan B when one of the baristas noticed me and asked if I was alright, apologizing for the inconvenience. I completely get last minute changes and COVID restrictions, so I was very ready to just graciously head out and come back another time. She instead asked for my order then and there, sent it in, and they had me bike through the drive thru to pay and pick it up. It was hilarious! I was so so grateful that they were flexible with me to the point that they were able to be. (I would also like to point out that they may not have been willing to be so flexible if I had put up a huge fuss or fight.) They've definitely gotten a little bit more loyalty from me. read more

This is one of two Starbucks locations within just a few miles of my house. The staff and service are always top-notch whenever I stop in! Drinks are made quickly and one is always greeted with a friendly face! The entire store was very recently remodeled and now has a modern open concept seating area that is clean and inviting. The restrooms are always kept up as well. This location also recently began providing board games, inviting customers to stay and enjoy them with their families and friends-a nice change from the grab and go vibe Starbucks typically gives off. Extremely disappointed the moving of Starbucks from 750 East Altamonte to 168 Semoran Blvd Exchange. Not sure how the came about to even think on such idea... since the genius are not daily customers. There are only 3 IN/OUT exits, 436 is an extreme busy stransit, just to even atempt to exit if your in a hurry. Specially on mobil or uber orders. The parking is going to be a mad house, since employees will take the best parking, not to say the lease... How many employees did you expect in each of the 5 food stores, located in the same plaza... We could wiggle around w/o reckling the Walgreens customer and or employee parking... although am sure they will probably start putting signs (ONLY FOR WALGREEN CUSTOMERS) right... I frecuently visit the 750 E, not just because is within walking distance from my apt, it's a trendy area, you have the best in stores, sorounding. The Cranes Roost festivities, brings this Starbucks money. Besides, your right next to hotels. My I see daily customers of Wholefoods, Chillis, etc, just come over for a nice chat and drinks, etc... It has great views, besides all if there is heavy traffic in 436, there are 12 exits from this Starbucks... no way to get stuck... At your new location 168... am not driving, also then when I exit, I will have to go from the right late all the way to the left, to do an U turn back to "UP TOWN" CRANES ROOST... There is no problem with the baristas service at any of the Starbucks locations, I luv them all... But many think, that marketing and investors, picks worst locations for traffic in/out conviniently. For example: Your new location at Lee Road, close to I-4, has the worst in/out traffic convinience, bad traffic due to it's right before the I-4 or you have to do a U turn, if your in the oposite side, dangerous. I never visit it, although I drive by it every day of work on my way home... You have so many other locations that are extreme dangerous. But then again, like I said before, the "GENIUS" marketing locators... are not using these locations at all. Never the less at your new location 168 there is nothing. Across there are only 3 bldgs, of Advent Health, with students, closing about 4 pm, then no activity, The Advent Health Hospital, near by, but am sure they will not risk crossing the main 436 ave to the new location... might end up at the emergency room... and/or their luch will be over, right. In overall, am sorry to see my favorite Starbucks leave. I will go ocacionally on non busy days... but the "Lechonera" new Puertorrican rest, just opened. They are having trouble with the exit of customers, bad traffic area. I visit other Starbucks if am out and about... the Winter Park if right across my work... so it's convinient for pickups. But not to stay enjoying, it away from my apt... Too bad the could not resolve a good contrack with Rimkus Realty, they did miss out on doing a drive thru... all the way from the back side of PeeWee and great terrace with the views. I can always walk to the B&N Starbucks, Altamonte Mall. I won't be able to use my rewards... but at least is within walking distance for me. OK, so a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Right? Doesn't matter if it's inside of target or a standalone building or the strip mall... Starbucks pretty much a Starbucks, consistent, a bit expensive for coffee, usually a fairly clean bathroom to use and relatively quick service. This particular location just does not make to be Starbucks quality check as far as I'm concerned. The store while visiting visible from the highway is a bit difficult to enter as a poorly executed drive-through blocks the only entrance in without driving all the way around another building to circle around back. The Starbucks itself is somewhat talk to way, not possible to get to, but like I said it's a little bit irritating and with a live there very long drive-through line it does totally blocked the way in and when you have to be as bad as I did a bad bad thing LOL! As for food, coffee, drink, whatever. It's the same stuff you find at any other Starbucks. Everything is well-stocked and looked good. Even the perishable stuff down in the refrigerator case was all neatly organized and clearly freshly replenished. My only complaint are difficult to get it in/parking in general and a mediocre at best kind of friendly staff in general... Not the best of the best of all a Starbucks that's all I'm saying. The male worker there was clearly very bothered by me ordering drinks. I think maybe the girl who took my order didn't hear me say two of the first drink I ordered, not a big deal. When I mentioned I was missing a drink he made it very clear he was annoyed by this by making faces to his coworker who was laughing and shaking her head. He didn't remake it correct and I almost didn't say anything because I was already so uncomfortable. He made it right the second time & as I was walking away my mom saw him wave me off in a shooing manner. I am still visiting this location often and their service and success at getting orders right has been back and forth. Once in awhile, we sit there while one of us gets our order and then they give our 2nd order away to someone in the drive through...never to make it again for us. We've even had to ask twice when they have done this. Only customers inside the building and one is sitting there without anything...you would that that would be noticed, but no, usually they don't see it. However, when we do get our orders, it's as ordered and pretty quickly, so I'm still giving it a 4. The crew is nice and attentive when we are ordering speaking to them. They have also finally stop asking if we want chocolate treats (chocolate iced bread/muffins) heated up, which always makes an insane mess. This is the best Starbucks ever. Gray, my barista server person even asked if I wanted extra sus inclusions in my Amogus pinkity drinkity!! I love the customer service here and I've never been unsatisfied with my orders here. It's probably the only Starbucks that has amogus drinks with the sus inclusion options. This is my usual Starbucks. After today it will not be. Ordered two Iced Caramel Machiattos. One was free, because I spent a lot of money to get the stars to get a free one. Regardless, they hand me one of the drinks and it has two cups, they put the original ventilation cup inside another because there was caramel all over the outside the original cup. Why not just poor the original Ventimiglia into the other cup??? I still had caramel goop coming up over top of the original cup and the lid didn't exactly fit now that there's two cups. This is laziness on the part of the employee who decided to do this. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere since customer service means nothing to you. read more

Did a quick stop here to grab a coffee to go and be on our way to our next destination. Luckily they have a drive-thru which made things even faster for us. They were quick to take our order and move the line. The drink was made correctly and we were on our way again in no time. One down side is the entry and exit path for the parking lot / drive thru. Exiting out at a light is pretty essential on the busy road that is Semoran, so this makes it extra challenging when that option isn't present. The staff is friendly and efficient and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
