That said: In 106° RealFeel weather, put ice in the "iced drinks" you're serving. If you see someone come back to you, struggle with the lid, drain sone of the cup and ask for extra ice, side-eye and 6 dime-sized cubes is not it. If a customer orders creamer, put enough in the clear cup that it's visibly lighter than weak coffee. If someone gives you a bottle to fill, fill the bottle up. Leaving 2 inches at the top is just insulting, and leaves the customer with the impression you're going out of your way to underserve them. On this day, customers sat on comfortable chairs and worked at tables. I could see myself working offsite here. On this day, however, I was in a hurry. So I didn't realize that the drink I ordered was not quite the order I received. I understand this could be a "one-off", and I look forward to returning. The drive-through is convenient, but the two-way traffic from an adjacent parking lot requires some maneuvering around the cars. The drive thru was packed yet moving. I decided to venture inside. I'm so glad I did. The customer service was outstandingly amazing, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The store was clean, filled with people enjoying the atmosphere, and the line continuously flowed. I had to look away from the cups, they always seem to get me [like one of my cups in the picture - lol]. I brought one of my reusable cups to get the additional stars/discount as part of the holiday game and challenge in the Starbucks app. The praline latte was delicious. Visited this Starbucks location a few times while on my way home from the WP area. Their drive thru lane wait time isn't too horrible. Very quick, but the staff does take time to make the drinks. Love the location of this Starbucks because if I forgot my cup of coffee before work I can grab it on my way onto I4. Passed by to grab myself an iced coffee and the staff was super friendly and seemed excited to be there. My coffee was perfectly made and the line went by quickly. I honestly blame myself for returning to this location after noticing the quality and customer service was declining. Went through the drive thru this afternoon to order my usual. Right from the start I could hear the tone in her voice while taking my order. I immediately knew my order was going to be wrong. I get to the window to be met with a dismissive attitude. I basically tipped the crew to be treated badly! As I suspected, my chai latte wasn't correct. So turned around to head back to the Starbucks and went inside with my incorrect order. It was a bit chaotic in there from the after church crowd. After being ignored for a few minutes, the cashier finally approached me to help. I explained what was missing and he could've cared less and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience nor the error on their part. He simply said I can give you the vanilla on the side which I happily accepted because I wanted out of there to only end up with a nasty cup of my chai latte which I threw in the trash when I got home. I am just leaving this Starbucks. They are out of every snack box and every sandwich. I came on my lunch break to get some thing for lunch and the only options are a pastry. How do you run out of every lunch option? I then went to pay in the app signed me out then the password reset button button wouldn't work.
