Some unshaven dude made my coffee this morning he's normally decent but this morning I asked for no whipped cream or whatever in my cinnamon dolce because they tend to fill a quarter of the cup with the foam or whipped cream the problem is that I'd like my coffee cup to be full of coffee not 25% full of whipped cream or whatever I asked him to remake it and he said I asked for no whipped cream that's foam. The girl with the red hair and piercings should be fired, she's always talking to people very as a matter factly like everyone works at Starbucks and should know certain things. The one day I ordered a latte and I accidentally didn't say iced and she felt the need to come to the window to tell me lattes are made hot and if I wanted iced I should be more specific next time like okay ma'am I apologize. I come here often on bike rides and Iv'e always had a pleasant experience. Simply nothing to complain about. A model Starbucks. Drinks are made in a timely manner and the staff are always friendly! One staff member especially had offered me extra ice water (after I finished my first), on a hot day. The building is clean, and modern with outdoor and indoor seating. I'm a huge Starbucks and I have the gold card to prove it, but this one greatly disappointed. My wife and I visited today and were itching for Frappuccinos, but unfortunately we received no service. The staff looked at us and then carried on their conversation as if we were invisible. After standing there for way too long we left. I think that this location is what a Starbucks should be. Fresh, welcoming, and always a good start to someone's day. I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks. This location has kept that streak alive. The location is great as it is so close to my house. It appears to be out of place sitting in front of the South Mall. But I'm glad it is there. The staff is attentive and quick. They make my drinks in a timely manner but have not skipped quality for speed. Especially when I'm in the drive thru. When I'm paying $3-$5 for a drink there had better be quality over speed. The prices are lower then most Starbucks I have ventured to and the interior is always well kept. The only issue I have is the lack of good ventilation. I am saturated with the smell of coffee when I come from this location. The smell is 3 times worse then when I leave any other Starbucks. I hope they can keep up the good work! read more

This Starbucks can do no wrong I swear. I recently just moved into the area, and my job is only 15 minutes from this Starbucks location so of course I always stop in the morning before work. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Customer services is ALWAYS a 5 star in my eyes. Everyone is always smiling, repeating my order back to me, making sure my order is right, and even complements me. I am not one to go out of my way for employees doing their jobs right but the service is exceptional here. I hope their managers know how AWESOME of a team they have!! My wife and I come here a lot. But this time she asked for a pink drink with lite ice, well in this photo you can see she drank the drink and you can see how much ice is in it. We also ordered two bacon cheddar sandwiches which mine was a little cold and the bacon was almost raw in the middle. Overall my experience this time. read more

They had plenty of staff and it wasn't busy enough for them not to maintain keeping the place clean. The place looked run down. There isn't much else to say about the place. Be nice to the barista. If you are nice to them they will be nice to you! This is the closest Starbucks to my apartment and 98% of the time they are worth the trip. Some of the drinks are a little overpriced but I only drink the fraps. Even in the winter! They usually have tons of new coffee drinks (some are only seasonal) plus the website has a hidden menu! I haven't tried ordering a hidden menu drink but maybe I'll test the baristas one day. One thing I can say is I recommend the drive thru if it's early morning or on a hot day! The location isn't very big and the seating they do have is usually taken by 5 hour laptop visitors. Especially the comfy chairs! But overall it's nice, cozy and the noise is as minimal as you can get from a coffee shop. read more

The drive through is decent, but not the best place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It seems to have as much seating as the Tilghman store, but a lot of the tables are really crowded together (so much so that someone has to get up to let someone sit at the table next to him or her). And the baristas tend not to be as friendly. I'll drive thru this location anytime but it's just not cozy to enjoy time w/a friend or two. Maybe I'll go back to sit once the outdoor are reopens in the spring. read more

Never had a problem here before yesterday. Ordered a caramel frap for which I waited 10 minutes. It was not busy at all. As I waited at the drive thru I witnessed the barista accidentally tilt the cup. The whipped cream and caramel slid onto the counter. The barista proceeded to do something that really turned my stomach. She picked up the whipped cream with her bare hand from the counter and placed it back on the frap. The barista was nervous when she noticed I was looking at her while she was making the drink. I asked her to make another one, and she got one of her coworkers to make it. It's completely unacceptable that your employee thought that an unsanitary practice like that was even remotely ok. I hope this is not a common practice at this establishment. Really? A few cents worth of whipped cream is worth potentially getting a customer sick. Gross! read more

It's a Starbucks. Product from store-to-store is mostly the same. So about all one can review is how this location is different. The staff are usually friendly. I am a regular so they know what I like. In fact, the manager (owner?) has just given me my drink for free saying "You are a regular". Nice. Even up until closing time they'll make you your favorite roast coffee drink on an individual basis. Plenty of mall parking and easy drive through makes this one convenient. read more

Nick N. Starbucks is Starbucks. Same product different location. For the price though you should receive some modicum of customer service. Not at the Lehigh St. location. I have used the drive through many times and the barista there usually sounds miserable. Just now when going in and ordering nothing is different. I had asked one of the baristas for a wet napkin or towel so I could wipe off their extremely dirty table and she told me to just grab a napkin myself from the Sugar and creamer station. Amazes me though how much better services here then at the Telman Street location where it is a constant fight to get your order correct - and in anything approaching a timely manner. This is a busy place, and maybe that's an excuse to poor service. The place always looks messy... One time, they were completely out of tissues/napkins, and I was standing, waiting and hoping for someone to look my way so that I could let one them know that I needed napkins. No customers in line, few employees were busy, one employee, the cashier was sweeping the floor right in front of me, but failed to acknowledge me. I was in disbelief.
