I love Nicole and of course Kimi who does my nails on a more regular basis both. Additionally their spa pedicures are amazing and the ultimate treat at the end a chair massage. First time and last time I visit this nail place. I asked for powder gel and they didn't even bother to clean up the powder from off my fingers. I had to literally ask the lady to buff down the powder, it was uneven. Don't even get me started on how unsanitary the store and equipment is. read more

Worst ever, scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. Requested general service $15.00 tried to sell me on something higher but it wasn't what I needed. From start to finish was about 8 minutes. I could still feel the dead skin on my heels. Cuticles fine but everything else just sad. I paid the $15.00 & he followed me outside for a tip. I've been going to this salon for months and now I am NEVER GOING BACK. Overcharged me and totally took advantage. Took them FOUR HOURS to do a new set of nails for me. 2 hours in and my nails still weren't painted. I couldn't believe it. The man (who I believe to be the owner) did a terrible job and I needed someone else to correct the shape. It was sloppy and bumpy still. I'm normally someone who never complains about shape, but it was horrendous. After they fixed the nail shape, I had to wait longer and longer. Then he overpriced me for the work done. $85 for a new set when I've never had to pay that much for a new set before. $45 for design. I was baffled. I always get rhinestones and designs and I have never paid that much. Totally ripped off and wasted 4 hours on nails I don't even like. read more

Been coming here for many many years, come in for a gel pedicure. About 4 people in the nail salon, they have me sit in pedicure chair and employee amy walks over. She begins to take my color off and start prepping me. 2 women now walk in talking about how they want her and are waiting for her, apparently now they have an appointment with her. She begins to rush me barley touching my toes with the file or anything. The owner Kevin says "they have appt" I said no problem she shouldn't have taken me then because she's going to rush my pedicure because she has an appointment that is not right by any means. This has happen one too many times here and I think the search for a new nail salon is in the mix. read more

Horrible does not honor appt. Filthy place waters down polish. Gel chips in 2 days. Nicole father asks for tips tell customers they should give more. Quickest horrible pedicure. 2 people there do a good job BELLA and guy with Tattoos. Run go get a job at a professional place. They reuse the acetone they soak your nails in. Stay away this place sucks. Don't think your getting a good price when you have to redo the whole thing 2 days later. Plenty of good places around don't give your money to this DUMP. read more

My daughter nails were done drying, I ask them when will they start her nails and completely ignored her and made us wait for an hour and half.. my daughter left crying.. Disgusting. They gave me used nail polish remover with dirt in it that someone else already used right before me and told me stick my hands in to soak off my gel polish already on. Made an appt for 10 am and they took people who arrived after me. It 10:30 and I still haven't been taken. They opened at 9:30 and by 10am their floor and bench is filthy indicating they don't actually clean each night. I refused service and am going to get my nails done somewhere sanitary. I'm currently on a search for the perfect nail salon so I've been trying a few around my area. This is definitely one of the better ones I've tried; I've been here twice already. The prices are great ($30 for SNS), the staff is friendly, and their designs are amazing. However there are two things that stop it from being my new salon. 1) Both times that I've been there the people doing my nails keep switching. Someone starts, then someone else takes over, then someone else switches in and then someone finishes it. The nails still come out great but the switching is a little frustrating. 2) I've been really into SNS/powder gel lately and they do a great job with it but there's not very many colors to choose from. If they had more options it would be wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back, but I'm still on the hunt. read more
