This is my second time here. My first time here I just got a pedicure so it wasn't bad. I decided to come here again for another pedicure and a gel manicure because they have good prices. Well I regret that decision. I got them done Friday afternoon and by Friday night two of my nails already chipped. Which is absolutely ridiculous and I will never return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone!! They quickly did my nails and barely dried them to the point where I even said something and they told me it was fine. Obviously not. June is my go to when it comes to getting a pedicure. She literally makes me fall asleep when she rubs my legs, and takes her time with cuticle care, which i appreciate. They also offer chair back massages, and Jennifer takes her time while doing my powder manicure. I spend hours here getting my nails done, but it is so worth it because i leave refreshed and looking spiffy. They are certainly not the cheapest on the block, but you pay for quality. They also have a parking lot in the back, which is convenient, and parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. Everything is extremely clean, and the people who work there are polite and friendly. They offer deals for manicure/pedicure packages, and also do eyelash extensions. Do yourself a favor and get pampered at Queens Nails! read more

This place is a convenient place for me to get my nails done when I go to visit the holy cemetery. It's very nice to know they are open late because not all nail salons are open that late. The only thing that confused me was them telling me wrong prices in the beginning but it happens people can be forgetful. The only negative thing here is that they didn't tell me it would be a $5 charge for a certain nail shape besides round or square which this is the first nail salon this happened at. I don't like that policy but ill get over it since the lady Nicole did a decent job and it was $20 for Acrylic nails which is an awesome price. Thanks for the pretty nails read more

This place totally lacks the bells and whistles of a hood nail saloon. The chairs don't work and there is no ending with a shoulder massage like many other places. The prices are decent. All the woman are Latino and try to speak English which is a plus. Took my daughters here and they were able to have conversations with the nail techs on what they want- unlike most places we have been where only one person in the entire shop speaks English. The person that did my pedicure and manicure did an excellent job. She didn't do the long massage you might get in other saloons but my feet were smooth and nails well painted. My daughters got pedicures, regular manicures and acrylic tips - first time- and they all were very happy and we weren't there for a long time either! The person who I assume is the manager talked to one of my daughters the whole time while she was doing the manicure and was so warm and welcoming! My daughters really enjoyed being there. The other thing that I appreciate is they don't try to up charge you and make you pay for extra hidden stuff which happens a lot in the other mail saloons I've been to. I used to live in Westbury for about 7 years before moving out to Queens. This was my go-to place to get my nails and waxing done. Used my mom's loyal member card and took advantage of some of the benefits they had. I'm the area once in a while since I have other family members living in this town and today I needed to do some primping before seeing them. I haven't set foot in their store in a long time but I was surprised some of the employees remembered me and even asked where I've been. It was a nice welcome when I walked in. Did a nice clean up on my eyebrows and lip as usual and I left a nice tip since it put a smile on face on the fact they remembered me. read more

Would not even give this one star. Work across the street and ran here quick on my hour lunch break to get my UV gel tips off. After 45 min of me soaking? ( which I've never had to do at my regular place ) they started to tend to my nails. The nail drill was so so weak, and they continue to have me soaking.... It's a very nice looking salon but the quality of my UV gel set was less than mediocre. My nails have craters and are uneven. The women are friendly but have no idea how to apply UV gel. If I come back it would only be for a pedicure. If you're looking for anything besides a mani/pedi, trust me, go somewhere else. read more

I recently moved to westbury so I'm used to my nails being done a certain way. I recently went for an acrylic fill in but the lady who did me said my acrylic was too "heavy" (which they weren't) and didn't fill them in at all...she just filed them down a little, painted over them and sent me on my way. A couple days later my acrylics started to lift and break. So not worth the $20. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. read more

So I went back with 2 bent nails, the lady looked at me as if I did something wrong, but they fixed it. So it's been exactly a week and my nails are horrendous. The nails are already lifting up. Great clean salon and incredibly nice and friendly nail technicians. Great prices and a loyalty card means I'll be coming back and absolutely taking advantage of the fact that they stay open late with an appointment. Id like to think of myself as a reasonable customer... My experience here was awful. Ive been twice, in case the first time was a glitch. The skill level of the employees is very very low. Expect to leave with parts of the nail unpainted, this happened in both cases- two different employee. Both times they made my cuticle bleed from a very simple manicure. They are also very limited as far as the services they provide. (Example- dont come here looking for acrylic) The employees do sloppy work, do not take their time, nor pay attention and of course are beyond rude. This place a waste of time and money. Id gladly pay more double what they charged me elsewhere to get better service and a half decent paint job. read more
