My toe is still in pain days later. I also just noticed last night that my polish is chipped, which is why I'm writing this review! It's Christmas Eve, and 1 day of working from home, not going outside, and somehow my polish is chipped, smh...$60 bucks later, my toe hurts and my polished is chipped. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this establishment again. Update: 3 hrs after my initial post, more polish chipped off. What a waste of time, money, effort and pain. Then the acrylic person came over and got it all over her skin which if you know anything about acrylic is bad because if you repeatedly get it on your skin you can develop and allergic reaction to it and you can't get acrylic done ever again. Not only did they charge her 39 dollars for a horrible job they tried to charge her more for color even though the color they used was to fix their mistakes. She wanted a French tip and instead she came out crying because of how badly they treated her. They were rude and my father had to call just so they would take off the color charge. Instead of a fun experience and be excited for prom my little sister is so sad. I went back in to ask for my money back and I was nice but stern. They said no we don't do refunds and he tried to straight up lie to me about what happened and he was rude to me too. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We initially misunderstood and thought appointments weren't necessary. Once it was explained to us, we scheduled a session for later that day and returned about three hours afterward. We waited briefly, about six minutes, in the seating area before being escorted upstairs. Our massages were one hour and included full body and hot stones. The ladies who worked with us were professional, kind, and attentive. They focused on pressure points without being invasive, and both my husband and I felt completely relaxed and cared for. We already knew we would return. As we were leaving and getting into our car, one of the staff members came outside to let us know that our package also included a facial, which we hadn't received. We hadn't even realized it was missing. She told us she would provide another gift certificate so we could come back for the facials. That level of honesty and integrity goes a very long way with us.
