I told them I needed to run an errand and would back in 15 - 20 min. I was asked to sign in and when I returned they were ready. Susan did a beautiful job. The pedicure included the usual plus a cooling gel, then exfoliation, lotions, hot towel wraps and a hot stone massage. I did just get regular polish but they do gel as well. But the damage was already done and I was afraid of getting an infection due to them not treating the wound properly. It all could have been prevented by their owner/ manager making sure staff is qualified and properly trained.
