A true fine dining experience! The sommelier was very knowledgable and the wine paring was exceptional, too. I do have a few "glitches" to note, though. First, the pace of service felt a bit rushed. The time between courses was not sufficient to finish the wine, take the whole experience of the course in. When you come to a special occasion place (12 course dinner), you don't plan to just have dinner, you plan to spend an evening. The space is nice, the tables are placed well to provide enough privacy. The kitchen though, does not need to so visible since it does not seem to be a show piece. And, the wrapped candy in the end do not belong to such place :) And unfortunately, my take-away little gift at the end of the meal missed part of the "gift" itself - not a biggie, but just saying :). So, on the balance: the food was great (except for desert, which, for me, missed the flavor complexity, but that might be a matter of taste).
