I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call. I want to thank Dan and Next Day Moulding for excellent customer service which allowed me to complete my project on time.

I found a beautiful marble remnant that I loved. Initially, the salesperson was very helpful and proactive, even taking the time to mark the specific cuts with blue tape to ensure we were on the same page. The Process & Delays: Unfortunately, the experience broke down during the fabrication phase. I was given a specific day for pickup, but the pieces weren't ready when I arrived. This went on for several days. Quality Control & Fabrication Issues: When the pieces were finally "finished," I'm glad I inspected them. The work was unprofessional: * The "eased edge" was very uneven. * The corners were chipped and not cut straight, and the bottom edges remained rough and uneven. At this point, the salesperson was no longer helpful or even involved. I ended up in the back of the shop personally dealing with the fabricator, trying to see if the errors could be fixed. As they worked on the stone, the quality didn't improve. It felt like I was being asked to supervise the work, which shouldn't be the customer's job. There was no internal quality control or professional assessment of the pieces before they were handed to me. The Conclusion: The shop eventually admitted they couldn't meet the required professional standard and issued a full refund, claiming the stone was too difficult to cut (despite it being a marble remnant from their own yard). However, given the uneven edges and lack of oversight, it felt more like a lack of technical execution and professional management. It's a shame because the material is excellent, but the fabrication process was a major disappointment - and now I have to drive to places much further away to look for a suitable stone for my still unfinished project. This area really needs a store with a great selection and expert fabricators.

I am a homeowner I purchased custom cabinets through my Contractor Kendrick home improvement. I paid for delivery upon delivering the cabinets. The delivery people drop the Cabinet. Then they banged the face of it up, chipping it upon refusing to sign for it and requesting the call the main office they told me my builder, I could fix it and still pay full price. They also ordered the wrong. Base Cabinet and told me that not every kitchen needs a silverware drawer again I called and spoke to the manager who had zero customer skills. Call me a liar and said I was trying to rip them off for a lousy $300 Cabinet the poor Contractor did his very best to argue with this company on my behalf heard this conversation and asked him why are we doing business with such a ridiculous outfit and instead of making it right they took the cabinet that they damaged back to their warehouse on Friday night took some paint and touched up the chips put glue all over the dovetail because the face of it was coming off and shipped it back and said that's the best they could do. Remind you now these are custom cabinets again.
