Thankfully, the upper security latch prevented him from getting inside. The staff responded and apologized, but we were never offered a different room, even though the main sliding door lock appeared to have been compromised during the incident. After that, we couldn't sleep because we no longer felt safe. I'm sharing our experience so other guests, especially families with children, are aware.

He made conversation with my boyfriend and me it was chill. We had to wait a bit to be helped but we didn't mind, I think he was helping the guests before us get settled in to their room, or just helping them find the room. After talking with us, idk why, but we got upgraded to a king instead of a queen suite! yes! If that's not great customer service idk what is. When we finally got our room, it was so nice! It didn't have any hint of lingering ciggarette smell in the air. The bathroom was well kept, and the clean. The coolest thing about the room was the soft changing light right above our bed :D If you don't like it, there's a switch to turn it off. For the price we got online, it was pretty worth it- about $84(?) and the place came with a clean microwave in the room and a mini fridge. It was a pretty great experience overall and my boyfriend and I would definitely love to stay here again. I also would reccomend this place to others :)

We paid approximately $570 for two nights and arrived from Las Vegas around 11:30 p.m. with three adults and three children, including two toddlers. One adult was recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery. The front desk gave us a working key to someone else's occupied room. We opened the door to find guests sleeping inside. If they could give us access to another guest's room, how could we feel secure in ours? They then offered us a king-bed room, let us accept it and wait approximately 20 minutes, and announced that it wasn't available either. Our paid reservation apparently meant nothing. We had already awakened our sleeping children, gotten them out of the cars, and unloaded three strollers, luggage, and belongings. We then had to load everything--and our exhausted children--back into the cars and drive to another property while our family member recovering from surgery endured increasing pain. Their supposed "sister hotel" turned out to be a motel with no suite, no breakfast, and dead bugs throughout the room. Photos are attached. Our arrival wasn't properly confirmed, and the paperwork contradicted itself about who would pay. We reached the room around 2 a.m., but our children were so unsettled by the ordeal that they did not settle back down until 4 a.m. The entire reason for this trip was my dad's meeting near the original hotel. From the replacement location, it took him two hours to get there with traffic. After putting our family through all of this, offering free parking was insulting. We are requesting a full refund, reimbursement of additional expenses, and meaningful compensation. This was exhausting, frightening, and completely unacceptable

When we arrived, the room felt extremely humid, the refrigerator door had been left open, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. We're not sure if the open refrigerator caused the smell, but it definitely wasn't a pleasant first impression. The next morning, we left early for medical appointments and requested housekeeping. When we returned around 7 p.m., our room still had not been serviced. If you're traveling on a budget, be aware of the additional fees. The website listed parking at $34 per night, but we were charged $50 per night because of an additional hold for potential room service charges. That unexpected cost was frustrating, especially during an already stressful medical trip. We had originally booked the hotel for a week but decided to check out after just one night. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
