This motel definitely went through a renovation and the convenience of location to a wedding venue…read moreI had to attend was great but they are lacking in many other things. The rooms immediately smell of cigarettes. The smoke alarm had low batteries so it beeped the entire time . The bed spread had an enormous oil stain along with huge bleach stains and cigarette burned holes. Don't expect any good towels or even a hair dryer. They only offered little bags of shampoo and the tiniest bars of soap. I saw a roach in the bathroom but luckily no where else. The bed was comfortable though! I wouldn't come back, I appreciated the microwave in the room but really they lack other amenities in the room. My only intention was to use the room to sleep so it did the job but I wouldn't recommend .

Pros: * Warm hospitality at 1:30 AM -- Seriously, the night…read moreattendant's welcome restored my humanity. That's not an exaggeration. * Spacious, solid rooms -- Huge space, firm beds (slept like a rock--rare for me), and bathrooms roomy enough for your at-home spa routine. * Practical amenities -- Reliable Wi-Fi, ample back-lot parking, and a cash-only soda machine. * Great location -- Just steps from Food 4 Less and a cluster of shops and eateries. * Staff energy -- An atmosphere so chill it'd cool even the hottest tempers. Bottom Line: If you roll in with a chip on your shoulder, keep walking. But if you're decent, hopeful, and after a clean, respectful place at the best price in town, this is the spot.

Ok when one pictures a hotel which charges by the hour, you might picture a large tenement style…read moredilapidated eye sore. Perhaps a scary, barbed wire laden bunker. Nope. This hotel is surprisingly comfortable and welcoming. The layout is not a multi-floored tenement but rather it is done as Ranch style bungalow units with parking right in front of your door. Is it scary? Barely, especially if you appreciate the beauty of urban blight and are a fan of the seedy underbelly reminiscent of old film noire films and pulp novels ,it's a dream come true. Sure there are drug addicts needing a room to get a fix in and sure and you might see an incognito rendezvous of cheating lovers discreetly squeezing in a quickie on their lunch breaks from work. And yeah the TV only has two channels - which based on their content should be titled " Vintage Porn" and " Too much Body Hair Cinema". The house keepers are attractive and really Fit but don't even think about hitting on them. They are busy , cuz every hour they have to turn down and fluff up each room anew. If you are a criminal on the lamb, be careful hotshot - cuz the cops routinely cruise the lot and check vins and tags. You having a good time and wanna stay another hour? You better put down the crack pipe or put your dick away and take cash to the front desk or they will be outside your window heckling you at full volume to pony up or kick bricks at precisely 10 minutes till the hour. We paid approximately $570 for two nights and arrived from Las Vegas around 11:30 p.m. with three adults and three children, including two toddlers. One adult was recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery. The front desk gave us a working key to someone else's occupied room. We opened the door to find guests sleeping inside. If they could give us access to another guest's room, how could we feel secure in ours? They then offered us a king-bed room, let us accept it and wait approximately 20 minutes, and announced that it wasn't available either. Our paid reservation apparently meant nothing. We had already awakened our sleeping children, gotten them out of the cars, and unloaded three strollers, luggage, and belongings. We then had to load everything--and our exhausted children--back into the cars and drive to another property while our family member recovering from surgery endured increasing pain. Their supposed "sister hotel" turned out to be a motel with no suite, no breakfast, and dead bugs throughout the room. Photos are attached. Our arrival wasn't properly confirmed, and the paperwork contradicted itself about who would pay. We reached the room around 2 a.m., but our children were so unsettled by the ordeal that they did not settle back down until 4 a.m. The entire reason for this trip was my dad's meeting near the original hotel. From the replacement location, it took him two hours to get there with traffic. After putting our family through all of this, offering free parking was insulting. We are requesting a full refund, reimbursement of additional expenses, and meaningful compensation. This was exhausting, frightening, and completely unacceptable
