She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST

No true complaints but there were a few fuzzy's on one of the black uniforms but not a big deal. Its located in a strip mall and the parking is shared with other businesses. The parking lot could be a bit busy depending on the time. The staff was nice and friendly. I would return again.

I received back my dress with incorrect measurements of tailoring, $33.90. I was told to go see Kang, tailor, at the Dougherty ferry location which is inconvenient because he is only there from 7am-1pm M-F. I told him I was unhappy and he spent 5 minutes arguing with me about the tailoring instead of just getting me in fitting room to correct the issue. He also mentioned it would cost more to address the error and he would not refund $33.90 spent on the incorrect tailoring. Just the fact that she remembers her customers is certainly saying something! For regular services, I think they're pretty average on pricing. The shop is located in Crestwood plaza close to Walgreens so it's perfect since I live nearby. They are open until 7pm which works even better for me! I dropped off my coats on a Monday and was asked when I needed it by. I didn't really need it by any certain time as it just started warming up that week again and I still have a couple of other coats I can wear in case it got cold so I asked for their usual turnaround time. He told me Friday of that same week that my coats will be ready for pickup. Friday was Christmas Eve, however, and we got so busy running around prepping for Christmas that I did not get the chance to pick my items up until the following Monday. Pick-up was a breeze though. Handed the lady the ticket and she grabbed my items, I paid for it and that was that. My coats look clean and most importantly, the smoky smell was gone from one of them. I previously wore one of my coats outside where there was a bon fire and could not air out the smoke. The cost for 2 coats was around $33. Not sure if it's pricey or not but I would say about the same when compared to the other dry cleaning shop I go to. I'm glad to have found this place and I'm glad they stay open longer. It looks to be a family-owned business with photos of the family hanging on the walls. The people working there were very nice and accommodating.
