    I posted on Google, and it appears my comment about my experience was flagged by Faulkner. Now, I…read moream forced to post here. Their actions scream guilt. Below is my original Google post. I uncomfortably received two separate phone calls from Faulkner and, as a courtesy, listened for several minutes as they justified their behavior. They apologized for my feeling a certain way, however, never for their actions. They even offensively started running down the people of color they were related to. The second guy who called had the audacity to tell me he had a Black child. So, of course, my experience couldn't have happened. It's very insulting and doesn't at all show compassion and understanding. I really attempted to keep my cool by saying I appreciate your call. However, they would follow it up by continuing to put their foot in their mouth. They so much wanted me to say they weren't wrong that they continued to try and keep the conversation going. It was so uncomfortable and offensive. Next time anyone walks through their doors, they should always lead with kindness and care. ORIGINAL POST: I have been wanting to purchase a Subaru for a long time. My son and I walked in, ready to make a purchase for an Outback. I felt uncomfortable when approached by a salesman, Anthony, I believe. He seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to even spend my money there. The no eye contact. Us not being offered a seat, etc. Usually, they want you to have a seat and a cup of coffee too! My son has a way about him that always wants to see the good in people, so we stayed. Going through everything, the whole car dealership talk quickly in what I still thought was uncomfortable we were finally told that they couldn't sell to us because I had a license and I started work at a government job in another state. My son happens to go to school in the state of Pennsylvania. Not that far from the dealerahip.I've never in my life heard of such a thing. Many people with money purchase new cars from different states. Does Bethlehem not want green money from Black people? I'll spend my money another way! Very disappointed, Subaru!

They took care of everything. We had a few little hiccups. That was not there fault and they took care of every single one. Some times things aren't always perfect and they made sure it was perfect.     I didn't think I'd ever have to leave a review for a car sales company but the experience here…read moredeemed fitting. About a week ago we went in to get a car appraised for a potential sale to CarMax, and the rep there (Ian, I believe) did the appraisal and took photos, test drove the car, etc. He came back with an offer and said that it's good for 7 days, however because we were from out of town, we didn't have the title with us and would have to go back home to get it. Fast forward 7 days, we got a call from CarMax again letting us know something along the lines of "Hey, it's CarMax, letting you know your value expires today, are you still coming in?" To which we replied - yes, but as we were busy looking for the title and other things that come up in a week's time. We asked "will you honor the same value if we come in tomorrow? (The day after) in which CarMax responded - yes, we will hold that price for you. Fast forward and driving 90 miles later (not in the sale vehicle, by the way), we met Donny, another rep there and he helped us out. He indicated that they would need to do another appraisal and get the value of the car again, and we said fine, but we weren't sure why since nothing has changed about the car we were looking to sell. Some background information - the car we were looking to sell is typically parked in a garage. It was driven to CarMax, and then back to the garage 8 miles away, and then back to CarMax (another 8 miles) to sell. So there was a total difference of approximately 17 miles from the time it was first appraised by Ian, to the time it was getting appraised by Donny. When the offer came back, it was $2,000 less than what was supposed to be "honored." When I asked why, we were told "well it depends on the market. The prices will change." $2,000 drop in less than 24 hours? On top of that, when we provided the title and paperwork to Donny, he had mentioned something came up that the previous rep could have foresaw and told us the week prior, when we first came in. So now after all that was said and done, because of the oversight from the first rep, we wouldn't have been able to sell the car that day to begin with, so now we'd have to drive the car another 8 miles and park it, wait for the document we need, and then **potentially** drive it back to CarMax for the price to drop down even more. What I didn't understand was why this first rep told us they would honor the original value as we were coming in the next day, for them to tell us something else? That is 100% bad business, especially knowing that we were coming from out of state. CarMax KNEW all of this information because it's logged in the system, yet the same rep didn't have the integrity to come out from their office or room to tell us this. An absolute waste of time. This review would have received 0 stars if Yelp allowed it, but Donny did his best and was on the unfortunate receiving end of an agitated customer because of an unprofessional ploy from an even more unprofessional coworker of his. Shout out to Donny but shame on your colleague.

Joey, the owner, took care of me personally, set up my demo drive and expertly highlighted special features on the care, history and condition of the car. Being a BMW CCA member and prior owner of many BMWs, I asked many challenging questions. Joey addressed all of my concerns honestly and transparently. He gave me a very fair price and when I picked up the car, he had it prepped to perfection. Richie Ramos, Sales Manager, made the paperwork a simple and pleasant process, unlike the grueling marathon I have endured at other dealers. I have been immensely enjoying the performance of my LVI BMW for two months now and have attended several Cars and Coffee events and shows. I am very happy I found this special car at Lehigh Valley Imports. I am also happy to share the fact that my overall satisfaction was enhanced by Joey's friendly trustworthiness. He is a true connoisseur of unique cars and first class customer service and his business, LVI, absolutely delivers a high standard of special service to "special" cars and people.
