Bought a 2013 Subaru Legacy Limited, on the left of the car there is clear packaging tape holding together various wires that if the tape were to fail would fall into the tire and destroy everything. There was tape around the coolant tank which after I removed it the tank started to leak. the car has a dead battery that isn't being properly charged (either from the alternator or serp belt). if your looking to buy a car here don't it is not a good idea. I got this 340k+ miles 2010 Volvo S80 car from Auto World for just $3322, including all documentation costs. I say it's a good deal that Auto World had. The other upside is the location has alot of options that brought me this bad boy here. The saleman, Mike, also gave me many maintainance recommendations. We bought a car a few months back. The vehicle has had multiple problems so we decided to get rid of it. We were financing the vehicle so we got GAP insurance. So that is not cheap so when the loan is paid off that money comes back to the purchasers. We have been after "BILL" that's his American name for over 2 weeks to get the refund but everytime there is an excuse where they do not want to pay. So now I guess you leave us no choices but to start making complaints, department of banking, Better Business bureau,whitehall twsp. All we are asking for is what is lawfully ours. This place is honestly horrible! I got my first car from them on august 18 and today is September 8 and I yet to receive the car! Hey sold me a lemon car, the car didn't even have an horn and claim they had no idea what was wrong with it! When I told them I don't want the car * 3 days after paying full cash* they didn't want to give me my money back, I had to get the cops involved, they decided to fix the car and almost a month after they can't tell me when I'm getting my car! "Bill" the owner, sold me a car that turned out to have frame damage. The car wasn't inspected I noticed when I got home. I sent him the bill and he shorted me money. I paid regular retail price. I took great care of it, and loved the car. But when I went to sell it and move on, I couldn't. No dealer would take it. I asked him to buy it back and he dodged me like the scumbag he is. I even offered to trade my car in on another car from him just to get out of it and he would not respond back. I private sold it and took a huge hit. Stay away from this place. read more

I didn't know what to expect because I've had bad experiences with used car dealers. However, the SUV was exactly like Bill described and I left there that day with my new (to me) Sequoia. Auto World USA had a vehicle that I was looking for and has been near impossible for me to find. I paid for a 3rd party technician to come and take a look at the vehicle on a Saturday since I was not able. Everything checked out, so I immediately told Bill that I was buying it and put a down payment on the car over the phone and said that I would pick it up next week since I live far away. I was told at that time that the car was mine. I got a call the following Monday saying that the car was sold later that day. They basically sold a car that was no longer theirs to sell since I had confirmed the purchase. The minute I bought it, the car should have been taken off the lot and made ready for me to pick it up. Their word was worthless, and now I am without a vehicle that I cant just go out and find another of because they just arent available on the market. Its just plain dishonesty. read more

We were unable to find one with our specific requirements. However, we stumbled upon the Auto World listing for the SUV with our specifications. I called mid-morning on a Saturday asking if they still had the SUV I wanted. They did and we were so excite that we drove 5 hours to Pennsylvania to check it out. The people there were incredibly courteous and even though they were extremely busy with other customers, they took the time to answer our questions. They ended up staying well after closing hours to ensure we both were getting a fair deal. It has been three weeks since our purchase and we have not encountered any mechanical issues with our new addition.
