Hands down the best buying experience! Donny was so fabulous, it didn't feel like buying a car. The team here is remarkable and they go above and beyond their job titles. Honestly can't wait to buy another car with them. If you are looking for straight-up honest upfront service, this is the place for you.

I just sold my car. The online offer matched my in person check. A very easy and less than 1 hour transaction in Easton.

Well now since they lowballed me and tried to get one over on me I am no longer a customer there…read more And the salesman I dealt with retired and is no longer there. I bought 4 vehicles from them them, and sold two to them. I do all my service through them. I'd say I'm pretty loyal. Nicole from internet sales reached out and said we can give an aggressive offer, so I said wth I'll stop by. Last time they stated this they gave me 12,500k over what I owed. Not this time. Cory wismer talks to you like your stupid or don't know anything. I have a 2025 lobo, clean exceptionally clean inside and out. Hard to find, not a lot of dealers have them on their lot. Shit mine came from Connecticut. He offered me 10k less than what it's worth, so I walked out and told him no. He told me they're easy to find and they stock them, I said oh yea where at. Because you're owned by Koch and you have none as an organization. So who looks stupid now. When I pulled up at home then they came up 5k from what they originally offered. I'm not an idiot. You lost me as a customer for life.

Not because they're great, sexy, powerful, etc. but because they're reliable and having driven one for a decade, it's a known commodity. Recent Experience 1: Very much on a whim with buying the car here. Gently used two-year-old Escape Titanium with low miles. The process here is very straight forward. After my wife did the test drive and said she liked it, I made it clear upfront that we're not doing the four-square game and that if anything like that occurs, the transaction is done. Thankfully I was assured that while they did that at one time, current management supposedly frowns on games so basically when it comes time to talk numbers, it's kind of the price is the price. You get a single sheet of paper, period. stop. done. There was a little haggle over the price but nothing extreme as the price of the car was already more than fair for a top of line - all bells and whistles included model. I asked for a bit off and the sales guy had to do the theatre act of "going to speak with his boss" for approval but based on how he said it, again, it was theatre. Two pseudo downsides to this part. The first would be that because we started this process so late in the day (and finished well after the they would normally close) the car wasn't exactly fully cleaned off the way it should have been. A good bit of residual dust on it from the ol' cement plant down the street, the gas tank was maybe 3/8 full and some sticky residue left on the window from the sticker. It was late and they half-assed it. The other would be the F&I guy. Let's just say, he knows how to try and scare people into buying things they probably don't need. Very, very easy during that part of the process to add multi-thousands of dollars on to the purchase price. Of course, make sure, if possible, to have your own financing in place. Even if you have excellent credit, the "best rate" they'll get you is more than 2% higher than what you can find locally at several area lending institutions including the credit union across the street. Service: Overall, this part of the process is fairly simple. Go on their website, choose a time for service and then click some boxes as to what you want. Day of, it was about an hour for an oil change/tire rotation and the waiting room was deserted. That little ditty comes to about $130 but since we bought the car there, this one (and only visit) was on the house. Nice little doom and gloom video from the technician that gets texted to you after where he is recommending tires on a car with 20K miles that was bought there and has only ever been serviced there and at the time of the sale was never mentioned. Amazing! Big time swipe left on that recommendation. Look, at the end of the day this process is what it is. It's not enjoyable and I truly don't think you ever really win; you're just trying not to lose, badly. I will not be servicing this car here the same as we never serviced the last car that was bought here (distance + too pricey + non-realistic recommendations) and I hold no allegiance to ever buying anything in the future from here.

My sales persons, Abby Zgura and Anthony Dibenedetto, were professional and easygoing, which turned a stressful situation into a satisfying exchange. I explained what my budget was and they worked a deal much lower than my cap. Which was amazing, because the car I was looking at I've been wanting for quite awhile and just hadn't "taken the plunge". Also, everyone I met in the dealership greeted me, shook my hand, and offered their help with anything I may need then and in the future. The professionals at Brown-Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley want to build healthy relationships with the community and it shows.

Her attitude brings a 5 star review ( we had Josh who was fantastic) like to give Josh a huge Shout Out, to a one or two star review.  When you bring your car into a dealership for work having someone that show compassion can ease the issue you are going through. When I rented the car it says I left at 8:58 Wednesday that's the time the transaction started I left at 9:30 . I brought it back at 10 am Saturday after hearing the car was fixed . We were there at 10 am and waited in line while Josh finished with a couple in front of us.  Then Josh went through what was owed and even went above and beyond recommended ways to prevent this from happening again.  I get to the check out at on the rental side and hand in my keys to Bridgette. She asks me where the car is and I said right there in the bay. She jumps up, saying oh they don't like that and ran into the shop to move the car. Right there It felt like I did something wrong. No hello , no good morning.  Then the bill came it showed 3 days rented. Which I thought was fine signed and got into my car. My wife noticed that instead of charging for 3 days I was charged for 4 and immediately went back to the counter to speak with Bridgette. She told my wife he should have been here on time if he didn't want to get charged for the extra day.   That's not a 5 star answer or experience. She was rude and condescending.
