He was at my car in no time, despite being a Sunday evening where I'm sure he had better things going on! After changing the tire, he followed me for a bit and thankfully so, because as my luck would have it, I actually blew two tires. Without hesitation, he packed me into his truck and we drove to get a rollback- obviously I would need a tow, and he was sure to keep me safe by not leaving me in my car at night on the side of interstate 81! Tim truly keeps the customer in mind when offering his service, and what was a stressful evening for me, ended with a sigh of relief as he delivered my car to a shop and me to am awaiting family member. We called the service connected with our car, but they had no one available in the area. We had called a number of people who said that they couldn't help us. In a moment of desperation, we called Tim--and he arrived quickly. He loaded our car onto his flatbed and took us to his garage.
