These guys are the absolutely best to deal with! We broke down on I-80 and needed a tow. Triple A was unable to provide the tow as my elderly mother couldn't wait for them and she was the card holder. We found these fellas on Yelp as another option. Stood at the Window like 4-5 mins before even being acknowledged while it's 2 woman sitting there the whole time doing absolutely nothing...Just for one of them too finally come and slide open the glass and just look at Me till I said something No type of friendly welcome ...I told her the issue I was having she goes to the back tells the guy I sat in the window watching him frown Up...Then she comes back an goes wait outside someone will be out there shortly. The Guy then comes Out , I Had A Bent Pipe Exhaust From A Tree branch haven too Swang out too wide in a Tight Space after a delivery in A residential neighborhood in Pennsylvania...But Anyway the Guy after not even Looking at it for secs Goes Ooo You'll never Be able too Bend That Back SThe Crease at the Bottom Were It's Bent You'll basically pull apart All type of other things ... Now I'm not the brightest light in the chandelier but I recognize When it's trying too be fed to Me , Then He goes on too Say You'll have too Bring it in the Shop Let the Exhaust Kool Down (Mind You it's High 30s Low40s Degrees out) Says they Would have too take it All apart and Cut The Tip Off The Exhaust "It Want Match the other But Will Look Better" Soo I Kindly told Him You know what . Don't even worry about it ... I Then Drove Right Down The Road Found A Telephone Pole That I Was Able Too Pull On Side Of . Climbed Up on top Of My Rig With a 2 Inch strap , Wrapped it around The Telephone pole and My Exhaust And With The Truck Still Running Bent it Right Back In Place As If It Never Happened and it Looks Great Didn't even take Me But 10 Maybe 15mins . Horrible experience. I strongly discourage anyone from using Ayers Towing service. I requested a tow through my Triple A membership and they were assigned for the pick-up. My car began to fail as I was driving home with my significant other and as anyone would feel, it's a nerve wracking experience. After calling triple A for a tow we began the wait. Not only did Ayers not show until 1.5 hours after the stated time of arrival for the tow, upon arrival the driver refused to work with us as we were on the phone and in the process of using our Triple A plus membership rather than our basic plan, as we realized we had both, and the later provides 100 miles of tow service Compared to the 5 miles with the basic. (we were towing 11 miles of distance so we realized we needed to use the plus for full coverage). Notably we were both with Triple A cards And we were present with the car. We were being proactive in getting this issue resolved so that we could use full coverage and simply get the tow. Upon arrival, the Ayers tow driver was rude, disrespectful, inappropriate and would not help us or wait while we were on the phone with Triple A. Even though he took 1.5 hours longer than the eta we were given. And even when I offered to just pay for the additional 6 miles they were charging off the basic plan so he wouldn't leave, he refused to help us. He abruptly pulled away and drove backward with a flat bed through a residential area. Yelling from the truck that he "wasn't taking that car anywhere." Not only would I absolutely never consider contacting Ayers for any reason, I would never feel safe being a passenger with them either. Don't call or use Ayers Towing, they are unreliable, unprofessional and frankly, unsafe. And based on what I observed, willing to take a variety of risks that could infringe on the safety of passengers and vehicles alike. The only thing to tow here is one message only, use anyone BUT Ayers. Awful. Absolutely awful. Zero stars, Zero service read more

The tow truck driver never gave us the key fob. They stated he left it in the cup holder. When you try to start my car is says no key detected. They are dishonest and need to come clean and replace my key. Karma will catch up to you eventually. You will get what you deserve. read more

Todd and his employees went well above and beyond what was expected of them for our convenience. They let us in and out of the yard to access my totaled car multiple times. Todd is available by phone at any time of day, which was appreciated since we were a few hours from home and didn't have much flexibility. From giving us a ride to providing us with information we were just too in shock to obtain at the scene of the accident, to advising us on how to proceed logistically without a car in the area, we can honestly say we do not know where we would be without Todd and crew! read more

Finally got around to getting my truck with a bad transmission to the shop. Called Ayers on worse day of inclement weather last winter and they were at my house super quick. I had to call Triple A 6 times who uses this service for 24 hour roadside service. First time they said 40 minutes. After an hour I call. They say 20 minutes. After 30, I call. They say 5-10 minutes. After 20 I call and this time they said he was here. He was never there. 2 hours later, he says he fell asleep and finally showed up. I just bought a used car that eats gas. That being said, I ran out of gas when I first bought it and ended up walking home due to the same problem!! Last but not least, it's 2 a.m. He brought a tiny jug of gas, bot even enough for me to get home and no where is open to get more. I live up the street a few miles. Ayers sent a response truck very quickly to jump my battery. The serviceman was very friendly and showed me some tips for charging my battery in the future. He even recommended a good battery back for the job and explained about how the battery dying could possibly affect the alternator and starter. He really went out of his way to help. I would recommend their service to anyone in a bind and rather than purchase a charger and keeping it topped up, I will just call them again if necessary. You should too. They really made a stressful day quite a bit better. read more

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who towed my car. I regret not asking him. Here's the scene: I pull off the ramp in Dorance, and my car shuts down. I'm stuck. I'm not from there. I don't know anybody. A police officer spots me. He asks for my ID and registration and insurance (I have no idea why... My car broke down. Why do you want to interrogate me?). Anyhow, he saw my driver's license, and I didn't offer the other things. He didn't bother with them. He called Ayer's for me. Along comes this amazing guy. He tows my car. He explains all of my options. He gives me an estimate on how much it would cost. He suggests a motel that is close by. He helps me hunt for ways to save money on the tow. My CAA card entitled me to a discount. He told me what might be wrong with my car. He drives me to the Econolodge. He waits to make sure I can stay there with my cat. That took 20 minutes, but there he was, making sure everything was okay before I left. I gave him a $10 tip, in Canadian money. It's all I had, but this man deserved it. I don't know who you were. And I know that you knew that I'm not from your area, and not likely to ever use your services again. You could have taken me for a ride. But I know that you, sir, were professional, courteous, helpful, and decent. You made a really difficult and stressful experience a little easier, and a lot less stressful. They were late twice, the dispatcher called and was yelling at me from the moment I answered, and I told her if she could wait one moment I'd get her the answers she was looking for. She then hung up on me. The driver dropped the car off and we saw him going past us at 80 on a back road in the tow truck. The customer service here was absolutely horrible, I don't know how they're even in business if this is how their dispatcher speaks to people. read more

My driver arrived within 15 minutes (I forget his name but he had a Boston accent) and the first thing he did was put me in the truck "where it's safe". Our driver John arrived less than 15 minutes after our call, he insisted we sat in his warm truck while he loaded our car (which only took 5 minutes I might add), he then proceeded to drive us to our destination (pep boys) where he waited with us until they opened their doors.
