We had a rusted bed on a Chev 1500 Silverado..estimate…read morein Aug 2921 was 4500.00..the owner told it was impossible to find another bed and rust had to be repaired. In Sept 2021 we took for repair..we're told new estimate was too low and quoted 5415.49. We agreed. Next day Blocker called and said he had to cut the bolts to remove bed and it was in such bad condition that the price would be $7,567.00. We went there to look..Mr Blocker told us there was no way to get the bed back on truck and it was the worst rust he has ever seen. I was able to find someone that would do the job for $2500 and this person had another truck bed in excellent shape. I then called a towing company to strap the bed to the truck and haul it to the new repair guy. Mr Blocker stated, "Oh, I didn't know it could be strapped on" At that point, I asked him "How long have you been in this business?" He lunged at me in anger and the towing guy stepped in between us. At that point, he started screaming at me, "Get the H off my property."My Blocker in my opinion is not honest and has an out of control temper .

I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed).
