I completely agree with the previous review by Trevor ((((this place is the holy grail f customer service))) Let me start off by saying that I found these guys here on Yelp because I LOVE. Yelp and have been a member for a long time so with that being said, I trust and value true opinions. I was a little nervous walking in as a woman and alone but that shortly faded away as I met Ahmed & his brother Mustafa. These guys know customer service and never once made me feel like I Was going to get ripped off or taken advantage of. After looking at my car, they helped me to pick a date to drop off, pick up and it was painless. I came in a customer and left feeling like I made new friends. It was such a pleasure working with Ahmed. So glad to have found a great local auto body shop. I have a very minor fender bender on my Tesla and instead of taking the easy way out of just replacing the fender and repainting that as well as other panels, he spent his time repairing and did a great job at it. I had my front and rear bumpers painted at this shop, the job was poor to say the least. They did not prime it all the way down and Just painted over the cracking paint, besides that I noticed drip marks and various imperfections. Bumpers were also put back with missing fasteners. Ofcourse they mad sure not to give me a receipt, poor work. You're better off going to Maaco. Bad business!! read more

I had purchased a deal from living social, interior and exterior cleaning service for my car and boy was i impressed with the work that A2M was a able to do. I have cloth interior where everything sticks to it and they were able to get the stains out, the matts were cleaned, the nooks and crannies were spotless and the hand waxed exterior really put it over the top. This place is a haven of hope for everyone who is skeptical about the auto service industry, or has otherwise been overcharged and screwed in the past. This auto repair shop is a start up three years old, and owned by two brothers who are both committed to outstanding customer service and building a base of highly satisfied customers. These smart men know the value and power of word-of-mouth referrals and positive yelp reviews. Here is my story. My car experienced a moderate dent when a coworker backed into it. My coworker agreed to pay for the damage, and so I brought my car to a local auto repair shop. I was given an estimate of about $700, and told it was possible the price could go up if they found further damage once they took the bumper off. I suppose I could've let it go with that, after all someone else was paying the bill. But the price tag seemed high, and my experience with auto shops is that when they tell you there "might" be additional charges, you can pretty much bank on it. So I found A2M Collision Center on yelp, and it was the only five-star rated shop in the Lehigh Valley. Consistently impressing customers is a tall order, and so I figured it was worth the trip to Allentown to check them out. I worked primarily with Mustafa, who gave me a quote significantly lower than what I had been quoted at the other place. I must have looked dumbfounded because Mustafa asked me if that was different than my expectations. I said it sure was, and immediately gave them the job. The job took a few days, and so I needed a car rental. Mustafa drove me to the airport to pick up my car rental, and he drove me to drop it off after the service was done. He didn't have to do this, and the idea of charging me for it didn't seem to even cross his mind. I will be honest. In the back of my head, I wondered if the lower cost meant lower quality work. But when I saw the completed work, the bumper looked brand-new. I was so impressed with Mustafa's sincerity and commitment to customer service that I asked them to detail my car while they had it. That is the level of trust that Mustafa had inspired. Mustafa returned the favor by immediately offering me a discount off of their regular fees, and also included an intense cleaning of my headlights to increase visibility. Throughout our dealings, Mustafa was personable and kind, too, expressing sincere interest in me as a person, not just as a customer. Wow, couldn't be more pleased with my experience at A2M. The wonder was very friendly and welcoming. We bought an Express Wash on Amazon Local for $9.99. I can't believe how incredibly cheap it was! Even at the full price of $19.95, this place is definitely an amazing deal. The car was cleaned to perfection both inside and out! Any time I need my car cleaned or anything else, I will be sure to go to A2M and I suggest you do as well. FYI: the place is a little difficult to see from the road. Don't bother looking for any other place to go to if you need your car painted. You found it here. I had a scratch on my new car and after hearing from my dealer that it was going to be expensive and would not look the same I was pretty upset to say the least. I looked on yelp for a business to paint my car since I am new to the area and due to the reviews already posted about Ahmed and his business I figured I would give him a shot. Right off the bat Ahmed told me not to worry about the scratch, he would get rid of it. This guy knows his job! He explained to me in detail (understanding I don't know the first thing about painting a car) what he would do and how it would look. When I picked my car up it looked like the day I bought it with 12 miles. Once again he explained to me everything he did in detail and even gave me advice to take care of my car in the future. I got the sense that this guy cares about my car just as much as I do. His professionalism and customer service in the auto sector far surpasses what I am used to which covers NJ, NC, VA, and PA. I'm a firm believer in customer service and will go with any business that treats me right since I always have the option to go somewhere else. A2M exceeded my expectations. My car had significant collision damage along the driver's side. The final result is that the car looks new. There is not a hint of a dent or scratch. The paint match is close to perfection, and I mean that as a compliment because the difference is almost undetectable. All of the exterior of the car was waxed and polished. In addition, the interior was immaculately detailed, something I have never seen before. At all times the customer service was courteous and responsive. The car looks great. OK, here is a different twist on these guys BUT still equally and extremely positive......I had my briefcase stolen out of my car in Allentown and my "Find IPAD" app traced it to A2M. I called there and offered a big reward if they'd return it. Ahmed answered the phone and said if it was on their property with an employee, they'd find it and get it back but "that no man should need to pay a reward to get his own property back." 10 minutes later, they found that an employee had picked the IPAD up a few blocks from where the briefcase had been stolen. They returned it to me immediately and refused to allow any reward to be paid. Holy Cow.......there are truly honorable people in this world. I love this place. They never disappoint with any issues I have with my car. I've gone here for anterior repair, for dents and scrapes on my car, a few paint jobs and even minor jobs like oil changes, AC and even detailing. Every member of this establishment is highly knowledgable and educated about the work that they do. As a continues client, I feel at ease every time about my process here.
