Susan was VERY helpful and put together a fantastic tower of balloons. She was even able to make gluten free cupcakes. I called M&M first thing in the morning and they had the huge balloon creation delivered that same afternoon. My friend loved the balloons and said the the gluten free cupcakes were absolutely delicious. To top it off, I also received a text message from Ben, who delivered everything. He sent a text as soon as he dropped everything off. Now THAT is customer service at it's best. I will definitely use this company again. Super great arrangement, EXACTLY as I ordered it, fresh baked goods and all in the same day! Thank you Susan & Ben with M&M Balloons for helping me let my friend know how special she is to me. Hoopla Face Painting and Balloon Art was AMAZING for my son's 1st birthday. Their selection of Face…read morePainting looked ok on the display, but she was so talented on the human canvas (does that sound weird? Lol). I got a butterfly done for my face, my daughter had a rainbow puppy, my husband had a baseball, and so many other people got other pieces done. And she didn't just do faces, she also did some tattoo-type work on arms. And the balloon artist was so fast! His work was so amazing and he customized every piece and made so many things! My daughter had a sword, a bicycle, a bow/arrow, an octopus, my husband had a monkey in a tree, he made ninjas, axes, and so much more. 10/10 highly suggest Hoopla for your next event if you're looking for a Face painter and/or balloon art! Pros: she has a taste and amazing ideas about decor…read more Cons: she will neither start nor complete the decor on time no matter how much she assures you she will. I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself. I trusted her blindly thinking she will deliver everything we agreed upon and didn't expect her to be rude and racist until we started talking to her after the fact.

Pros: Decoration looks good. You get what you agree up on…read more Cons: Doina is unprofessional. Snaps at the host. Passes personal comments. She was couple of hours late to get the decoration done. Which led us to panic and didn't get to start the event on time. She needed lots of help from our guests to get things setup. For an outdoor party, she needs to have a backup plan for the backdrop to hold for slight wind. It wasn't that the wind was too high. During the argument, she also mentioned to take her stuff back and leave. she is rude. She is also racist and passes comments about your job and other vendors you might be working with. For the amount she charges, she needs to be professional and work with the host.

He ordered from "from you flowers" which apparently contracts with this disaster of a business. What he ordered looked like it would be a pretty arrangement with a birthday balloon attached. I happened to be in the driveway when the delivery guy pulled up. He grabbed the flowers out of his trunk and handed me them and then realized the balloon had snapped off and went back to get it. He was super unprofessional with his delivery. The flowers were just sad looking. They looked nothing like the photos on the website. They were wilting and some of the leaves look diseased. We counted about 15 flowers. It looks like they got them at a budget store and got the leftovers that were on sale. Judging from the reviews on here, this is par for the course for this place. Avoid at all costs. My husband was embarrassed that he had tried to do a nice thing by sending me flowers and this mess showed up. We
