Worst florist ever. My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday and what arrived was a disappointing, wilting mess. He ordered from "from you flowers" which apparently contracts with this disaster of a business. What he ordered looked like it would be a pretty arrangement with a birthday balloon attached. I happened to be in the driveway when the delivery guy pulled up. He grabbed the flowers out of his trunk and handed me them and then realized the balloon had snapped off and went back to get it. He was super unprofessional with his delivery. The flowers were just sad looking. They looked nothing like the photos on the website. They were wilting and some of the leaves look diseased. We counted about 15 flowers. It looks like they got them at a budget store and got the leftovers that were on sale. Judging from the reviews on here, this is par for the course for this place. The Yelp reviews speak for themselves, but this "florist" is a complete fraud. My husband ordered a $100 bouquet for Valentine's Day delivery through an FTD website. The pic says it all - a literal handful of sad flowers arrived, the day AFTER Valentine's Day. No apologies from Olas, no offer to at least refund the delivery fee. Pathetic. I would give zero stars, if possible. My father has ordered flowers twice through FTD since they don't live nearby and Olas has unfortunately received the order. The first time the flowers weren't delivered, even though they said they were. They showed up the next day, half dead with a wet, wilted card I couldn't read. No apology. Today we received our second order from Olas, and again it's horrible. Wilted flowers and a nasty vase from Goodwill (the sticker residue was still on it, and the vase was filthy). Half dead flowers, not at all what was ordered and paid for through FTD. Not even a card, just the printed order statement cut out of a strip of paper. Unfortunately, my sister was present at my home when the flowers were left on the porch and was terribly embarrassed when she saw them. My daughter paid good money for a sympathy flower arrangement for me when my mom died and it was terrible quality ! The delivered product was very small and didn't look anything like the picture that she ordered from. The arrangement consisted of 3 stems of small miniature rose bush roses with 5 miniature carnations and 2 sprigs of greeery. The flowers were bruised and wilted as if they has been in refrigeration a long time. There was no card with it, just a faintly printed strip of paper with the order information.
