My daughter is the type of person that does stuff for everyone else so I thought that this would be a nice thing to do for her. I spent over $90 and the arrangement had dead flowers, broken ones and they spelled her name wrong. I can't believe that they would keep using Olas Flowers. They offered me a gift certificate. I received a flower arrangement from someone out of town after getting home from hospital. it was in a KERR canning jar, flowers were wilting AND it had bugs in it. plus there was a ribbon on it, that was squished and half in the water. Today on Valentine's Day I received my flowers from my husband.The flowers were pretty the arrangement was not done very well.The flowers were bunched in a tiny vase and were arranged very badly. I don't know how they made 18 roses look like this.I have had lots of flowers sent over the years we have been together 40. I did not tell him they were not good because they were a gift.But I will make sure not to order from them.I know they were probably busy but I'm sure they weren't cheap either. read more

I received a half dead posy of flowers that had been ordered by a family member as thanks for a recent stay. This was ordered via interflora - sad to say they arrived in a plastic bag, no water and the flowers had seen better days. Don't know where these flowers had been prior, but was rather disappointed- didn't even knock to let me know they were delivering just left on the door mat! read more

Flowers are fresh but nothing more exciting than a Safeway bouquet. My parents ordered these flowers for me for my 21st and I feel horrible as it is apparent to me that they must've spent 3x their actual value on them. They also delivered the message my parents asked to have on a card on a sheet of paper that looks like whoever cut it out couldn't even spend the time to do it straight. Take your business elsewhere! I would never use their services. My family sent me a flower arrangement from them and it was pathetic for the amount of money they spent. I was embarrassed to send them a picture of it the way it arrived, so i added some other flowers that i had around my house to the arrangement just to make it look ok before sending them the picture. read more

Please do not order from Olas. The quality is horrific! We were sent an bereavement arrangement and one plant was already dead and the entire arrangement smelled like cigarette smoke. I ran after the guy whom delivered to ask that he remove and take back. He drove off and ignored me. I have called the shop over 20 times and no one has answered and or returned a phone call. This is the second time I have had flowers delivered from Olas. Last time 3/4 of the flowers were dead. I contacted them and they did replace them with an even smaller bouquet. Today I received flowers from my children that I know they spent a lot of money on. The arrangement is tiny, the flowers are all cheap filler flowers (with on lily that is totally closed and doesn't look like it will ever open. I am not one to leave bad review but this is totally justified. There are so many good flower shops around please do not waste your time and money on Olas. Horrible product. I think this is a fraudulent business -- their website doesn't exist, if you check. I did receive bereavement flowers from my office, so the order was fulfilled; however, the arrangement was teeny and seemed like the few (2-3) flowers were cut from someone's yard. I think someone is messing with the buyers who buy online. I do not recommend. read more

I received flowers as I have been sick with covid 19 and when my husband brought them into my room i was appalled and couldn't believe my eyes. The worst flower arrangement I have ever seen. Flowers just shoved into water container. Old roses and terribly unbalanced, using scrape flowers. I ordered a bouquet for my daughter for Easter which came to $90 by the time he added on $5.99 for a "beautiful ribbon" around the vase and another $3.99 for the card and various taxes and film-flam. The bouquet was $60 and it was supposedly a free delivery, but it sure wasn't free! There was no ribbon, beautiful or not. Now, the flowers...TERRIBLE! There were exactly two roses in bloom and two or three lilies that were closed up tight. There was some cruddy looking greenery that was no higher than the top of the vase, and that was it. It looked like a child had ripped some flowers from the side of the road and jammed them into a vase. They didn't look anything at all like the picture on their site. It makes me sick to get ripped off like this. To anyone reading this, go elsewhere or don't buy at all. You will not be happy with what these creeps give you! read more

I received flowers from my husband yesterday, he purchased then from Avas and they were processed by Olas Flower. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the arrangement on the internet. It is small and poorly arranged. No creativity. I can do better myself. He paid $69 for this arrangement that was $50 for the vase and flowers with the balance tax and fees. To further compound matters it can with a sympathy care for the death of a relative. There was no sympathy card ordered. The lady that delivered the flowers did not appears to understand what she was doing. I will not use Olas or Avas online flowers again. read more

I received a bouquet from this company in sympathy for my mother's death. While the flowers and colors are beautiful, they are horribly arranged. Stems are cut too short for the vase used, and there are flower petals submerged in the water. I suspect that this is not the arrangement that my boss saw online when she had it sent to me. read more

The order was delivered on 2/20 the following day after my daughter's birthday and was not the right size....they sent the small size when I ordered the premium. After 3 phone calls to From you Flowers they waived the same day fee but the flowers looked like they were chewed on and very ratty. I even received an email saying they delivered the flowers on time but that wasn't the truth because a phone call later they said they don't deliver after dark. This is the second time a delivery has been unsatisfactory and I don't mind giving second tries but that is all....I'm sorry but no more business for this company. read more

I ordered a birthday basket for my wife 2 days ahead. A premium floral arrangement in a basket with a teddy bear and happy birthday balloon. This was to be delivered with a "I love you" themed card w/ custom message. All together a $100 price for a small arrangement plus 4 extras. The product arrived on the day that afternoon as we finish a birthday brunch. Perfect timing! And that was the only part worth any praise. Some of the flowers were not in bloom (the premium level stated all flowers would be in bloom). Half were dead and 3 blooms were wilting. There was no card, just a cut out of the order printout with delivery details and the custom message written on it. The teddy bear had an odd smell, like it sat somewhere damp for a while. The only satisfactory parts of the product are the dollar store balloon and basket. I have attempted to contact the shop and have either been told they will take a message for the owner to call me back or just no reply through email. If you need an arrangement delivered they are timely, but do not expect quality. read more

What i received was smaller than the smallest size you could choose, and looked nothing like what he ordered. No card he paid for either, just a note cut out of the printed order form (cut jagged even!) And wrapped around her business card!! Oh.. and she said "Happy birthday" when she handed them to me. I ordered flowers from FTD which then sent to Olas Flower to fulfill. I ordered 2 weeks in advance of Valentine's Day. The flowers never showed up on Valentine's Day thus ruining the day on our 25th anniversary. There was no communication except to say that they called me which was BS. I checked the number on the order and it was correct. I received no call. The flowers did show up at my wife's company - two days later and on a Sunday. Luckily she was working that day but normally she doesn't. What makes them think delivering on Sunday makes up for missing Valentine's Day which was two days ago! And, what if she wasn't working (which most people don't). Then, when my wife received them, they were junk. I paid $117 for these flowers and they were small and wilted (probably because they were 2 days late). you can see from the picture how small they are as well as what they were supposed to look like from the FTD web site. Also, because they were not delivered on Valentine's Day, I ended up buying flowers from a local grocery store for $39. Those were a lot better than the $117 flowers she got from Olas. I will never use FTD or Olas again! read more

When I first walked into the hall the tables were set but nothing else. I left to go and get dressed, and when I returned it was as if God had sprinkled a little bit of the garden of heaven in the hall I was just at. Ola turned a gray room into a beautiful colored bouquet for all to admire, and lit up mine and my wife's face. $80 bouquet ordered online through Avas for delivery on July 6, 2019. My sister is dying of cancer and this were to be a Birthday surprise. Received a phone call from my sister that she had received a "wilted cheap bouquet of week old flowers with many stems broken" The Olas delivery man said "Sorry" for the poor quality and broken stems when he delivered them. The bouquet in no way resembles the "Her Majesty Bouquet" as advertised on the Avas Flowers website. At this point Avas, who received my credit card payment has been unable to resolve the matter and issue a refund because Olas will not respond to several phone calls. Stay away from Olas Flowers, who obviously take no pride in the product they provide to customers. I'm sure there are plenty of other florists in Everett who would have done a much better job. This was my sister's last Birthday, so there are no redos. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and want to warn others to go elsewhere. read more

My mother ordered a $65+ arrangement for my daughter online through Avas Flowers. It was fulfilled by Olas Flower. The small bouquet was left on my porch with NO VASE OR WATER. Not even protective cellophane. It was a pile of wilting flowers tied with a pink bow, like a child had raided someone's flowerbed. Good thing I heard the doorbell and it wasn't a hot day. My daughter's wedding was perfect in every way thanks to Ola's flowers. She was our florist, but her work is unbeatable. The flower arrangements, the organization, attentiveness, cleanliness, professionalism, event planning, decor, and creativity is what makes Ola's Flowers a pleasure to work with. She is passionate about what she does, and that is why she is so great! There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have found Ola's Flowers.
