I'm judging based off of factors they were able to control. I asked for 2 photos for to be printed several times with the diameters of a locket. They gave me 6 with the same dimensions, but the dimensions were stretched so they were useless. they could've scaled it down proportionately, printed more photos, and given more size variability (the page was 8.5in x 11in and the prints were 1in x 0.5in). They did give me a good paper type at least. read more

So I reached out to Corporate on this issue, the Office of the President reached out to me by e-mail. I have since sent two e-mails in return to them and still no response. So I can see that the same lack of Customer Service it prevalent at the corporate office also. read more

Hi, i have used Staples a couple of times- And was helped with a Counter person, with reasonable results; The first time i was assisted, from a More professional/Friendly Counter attendant- and not so much When i went in to mail something back the second time( a few months later), From a different counter person; i Really would like to see Attendees, care about having a Better customer service attitude . read more

I went into Staples to make 2 copies on 11x17, which I did many times last year. I just went to their copiers and typed in the specs and made the copies. Today, my season started again, so I went in there to make my copies. The print didn't come out right so I asked an associate how to adjust it like it was last year. She said, "You can't do that on those machines." Me: "I did it one year ago." Her: "We can do it if you place an order. It will be ready tomorrow." Me: "For one copy? You can't make one copy or show me how?" Her: "Do you want your receipt?" No, thanks. And I'll never go in your store again. My schedule is too busy to be messing with this kind of nonsense. I began using Staples when our company purchased an apartment complex in Temple,Tx. Which required thousands of LIHTC documents copied. Until today printing copy services were to be expected for the area. Unfortunately, my customer service experience today was AWEFUL!!!! Isabel should not be in a position to assist anyone! I understand working with the public often becomes stressful but it doesn't take a PHD to maintain your composure while dealing with a clearly upset customer. Sadly, today's action has lost the business one of Temple, Texas newest community redevelopment organizations. read more

I like going here for office chairs because they have a nice selection, it's close to my house & the staff are usually very knowledgeable & helpful. Plus they have weekly deals that are worth checking out. After Christmas time & around back to school time, they also have great deals on office supply stuff. read more

I went in to have three documents printed. They needed nothing special done to them, but to be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper. The woman working at the copy center was helping a man with something he needed copied and bound. I waited about 10 minutes before she called someone to come help. The man didn't really know what was going on. First he told me they couldn't print from my external hard drive because I needed to email the documents to them. Then he wanted me to leave my hard drive there to have my documents printed, which then made me ask him how long it would take. He asked the lady, and she said and hour and a half. Really? An hour and a half to have three documents printed on 8.5" x 11" paper? He didn't even offer another solution, such as printing from the kiosk, and placing 8.5" x 11" paper into the copier so that I could print from there. So if you need something printed right away, do not go here. It's a shame OfficeMax in Temple is closing because they offered great quality printing, and I could go in, have my hard drive plugged in, and print whatever I needed in only a matter of a few minutes. read more

Ordered a picture online to be printed out. The add said if you ordered before 2:00pm it would be ready same day.... well it was not the guy told me by 5:30pm the next day. I called around 2:00pm the next day to check on the status of it and the woman on the phone told me it would not be done until 7:00pm and I said it was promised to be done by 5:30 she then told me if I wanted to pay $15 extra to rush it then they could have it done, no I'm not paying extra for something that I told would already been done! So whatever I waited for the text/email saying it's done never got anything!!! They never even printed my order!!!! I would never use this place again nor ever recommend!!! read more

Printing service Rep was very rude. There was 0 activity or any sense of urgency as a whole but when we requested a 10 page Doc be printed we were told we had to wait for 2 hours. It was not just the message ( when you're busy... you're busy... I get that) but the way it was said. The "supervisor" on staff ( Thursday June 15 at 1pm) truly seemed to enjoy sending us on our way... We went to Office Max and were greeted warmly and were out in 5 mins! Don't ever shop Staples. So it is not one location, it is Staples as a whole. Staples in Temple,Tx sent wrong lap top, they sold me the touch screen version of this model but sent me a regular one. I never had touch screen. I am very busy and didn't even attempt to use the touch screen. A couple of weeks went by and I began to customize my lap top when I realized that it was not a touch screen. When I took it to the store they tell me two weeks is the exchange policy. Nothing they can do. Of course, they didn't know who they were dealing with. Then when it was being exchanged, they insisted on needing the booklet. Well, I took care of that. Turns out they don't need the booklet that bad. Now new one may have hardware issues. Went to Austin location. Left that day to back up and return. Cutting it close to closing. Called at 6:50 to make sure they were not closing 5 minutes early or something. The voice greeting said they were already closed. I turned around and went home. I went back the next day. They need the box that it came with. Well, it is in Temple,Tx IF I even still had it. This location doesn't care. I called the store in Temple, Tx to explain to the manager at Staples on Barbara Jordon so he can explain the history of my ordeal as I already did to the Austin manager. Austin location still didn't care. My father had to drive to Austin from Temple to bring me the box. I hate Staples and do not trust them. read more

most horrible customer service i've ever dealt with. we had submitted blue prints to be printed and had confirmation they would be ready for pick up at 6 pm. (3hours ago). we went to pick them up and the women looked at us like we were crazy and told us that they didn't have them. they of course found them upon checking the email and then started complaining that it was taking 20 minutes to download... not my fault. They don't take care of business and the grey haired lady with glasses was an absolute witch about the entire situation. Our bid is now going to be late because someone isn't doing their job. We will stick with office depot from now on. read more
