As we waited in line, I observed the manager helping people throughout the store with the printers and copiers, asking people in line if they had labels printed already, and just keeping her store running as efficiently as possible with quite a few customers in there. If you can use a pre-printed label, you can get in and out pretty fast. If you need to have them print labels, there were only 2 full service stations that had that service available. The manager apologized for the wait which honestly wasn't bad at all. Once we got to the clerk, it was easy to provide the shipping info and send the packages on their way. Now for what people who don't ship weekly for 26 years need to know about this place: It's a complete ripoff. Somewhat similar to how a 7-11 will charge a huge markup on everything. The difference, though, is that I know what gum costs at a grocery store and I am able to make the conscious choice if I want to pay for the convenience or not at 7-11 for the same pack of gum. The average person shipping does not do it for a living like I do. They have no idea they are accepting an overcharge, and more significantly that they are not being given all choices and options available. The entire system at this store is to charge the max amount the customer will accept with every add-on and unnecessary fee they can legally get away with. This is an insanely shady way to do business. Yes, the male owner will be nice as he swindles you out of your money by making you think he's a kind man giving you a deal and helping you out. This is not reality. Watch how kind he is to people who question why he's only giving the most expensive shipping options when every one of the multiple carriers available carrier have multiple options and pricing. He opened a shipping hub, but has no interest in the majority of what people's shipping needs are. He can't even print anything out without charging you unless he is required to by the carrier (UPS). Thank God UPS is on to people like this, but the other carriers haven't caught up. UPS wants you to have a receipt in case there's any issues after handoff. Take the receipt. Say yes that you want the receipt when they ask, they simply don't want to waste the ink even knowing UPS tells them to. He's cheap and greedy, and I sense on the fast road to going out of business. He hasn't adapted to the customer base entering his store, he's focused on ripping everyone off. So be it. But the most dangerous aspect of this store here in orlando is the high quantity of people shipping internationally, which is already much more expensive than domestic shipments. They will tell you it's best to choose the option they know is ripping you off the most and the average customer has absolutely no idea they even had other options unless they ask a million questions, which the owner will respond to with a death stare. Some of the female staff are very nice, but trust that their boss requires them to do as much of this shadiness as they can also. The females will usually be honest when pressed, though. Buyer beware is what this place is all about. Someone had to tell you that if you've shipped here, you've likely been ripped off as much as they could get away with.

When I went to pick it up, he looked at his screen, and said, "Whoa, this should have been about $400 more." I almost had a heart attack. I could have bought a new one for that, it was a cracked screen on my iPad, I would have just put a screen protector over it, I could still see and it worked fine. He was able to get it only slightly higher than the written quote, he said I could pick it up the next day to see the manager to see if the original written quote could be honored, but at that point I just wanted my iPad back because I was afraid the manager would say I couldn't have it for less than the $400 more price. I believe I should have gotten it for the amount in writing when I dropped it off because they did not call me to ask permission to repair it for the higher price, but I was just grateful to get it for an amount in my budget. So in the end, great work, professional kind staff, just make sure they know if the price will differ than the written quote they must call you to get permission to proceed with the work. I got four prices, all wildly different. I would use them again as long as they know I am on a budget unfortunately and I would need to know if the price changes.
