Located in a Walmart, when I first asked the Walmart employee in the cell phone department he said it was a separate company located by the door but he would not recommend using them. I should have listened. Ifixandrepair replaced an iPhone XS screen in January 7 weeks later 2 small cracks appear right from the centre at the facial recognition camera edges. I suggested based on the origin of the cracks it seemed like there was pressure on the screen right there on top of the camera. Also it would be an unusual spot for a screen to be hit (in the top centre, in 2 spots a 1/2" apart but not at the edge of the phone). The employee said they can't help (just an employee) and call a number in New York. A person answers (not a business) tells me this is not possible, that a crack could not happen without it being dropped, however if I go back she will have them give me a "big discount" on a new screen. it was odd they didn't say how much like negotiating with me and when i asked they said about $10-$20 off. so after paying $120 in January I would pay another $110 in March. the whole thing seemed unprofessional and I would avoid them at all costs. no accountability for their work. waste of $120. read more
